This place doesn't fix cars...instead they charge you for services and NEVER do the work!! I paid for the flush package on 6/30/14 (transmission, engine, radiator,etc) only to get my favorite place to get oil changes (Jiffylube) yesterday 9/3/14 and was advised I needed a transmission flush! I totally disagreed UNTIL they showed me the fluid it was dark brown/black. Of course Jiffylube advised me to call Fletcher and have them do it since it was NEVER done! I took my car today back up there and even though they are doing my flush now...they never once apologized for the inconvenience and advised me that per their flushes they are black after two months of driving 3000 miles and Google says you need it done every 60k miles...I will never recommend anyone to come here for services they just don't care take it from me. They will mess car up trust me!! read more

Completely mishandled any customer relation skills. I schedule an appointment for 1 to get an alignment done a job that should take 45 min to an hr at most. These people had my car for 4 hours. Everytime I called it was oh it will be another 45 min. Keep in mind I called every hour to get status update. It got to the point where I just went down there to get my car regardless if it was done or not. I had alignment done at brakes plus for 50 bucks cheaper with no appointment and it only took them 45 min. NOT 4 HOURS. when I asked what took so long I was told they only had one tech and were short staffed. Well that should have been told to me when I brought the car in or one of the 4 times I called. I would have understood reschedule or made arrangements to get the car the next day. Instead I stayed up even though I work overnight believing it would only be 45min. But not and I repeat 4HOURS horrible and I wont be back. Brakes plus won my service read more

Brought our vehicle in because it was close to our home...big mistake. They kept telling us they fixed the problem. They were nice and believable. After spending over 1000.00 they tell us oh wait now they truly found the problem trying to charge another 300.00.. (we already heard that from them 3 times.) Went to a mechanic recommended by friend who said they didn't do all they work they said they did and the 300.00 they wanted to charge us was 50.00 from this other mechanic. So sad you can't trust a company to be honest and do the work they promised. Will definitely never go there again and would not recommend to anyone. read more

If your looking for an honest automotive place it's not this one. I went in for basic ac service on June 20th , thought the service was good my ac was much better. I noticed fluid leaking on my car, so i brought it back Fletcher's told me transmission fluid was leaking into my ac and i needed to replace my AC condenser for $775. I find it strange that my car started leaking thereafter, my service. The service person talk to my like i was stupid and so i picked up my car and called the corporate office. The corporate office told me that it had nothing to do with my transmission and then followed up with me and said yes the transmission fluid is apart of the ac condensor, but Fletcher's is at no fault and will not take any responsibility. I took my car to a mechanic and I did NOT need a AC condenser for 775 there was absolutely nothing wrong with it and the AC worked fine. He did however, notice a small leak on my power steering hose which is a 90 dollar part. He also informed me that Fletchers has known to do shady stuff like this and noticed tons of fluid not power steering fluid but other fluid on my engine which he said may have been left by fletchers to cover up. Regardless of what the truth is overall i just wanted to feel comfortable taking my car in to a shop without someone being dishonest with me, because i work hard and don't need someone trying to cheat me. read more

Quick easy service without an appointment during the Holiday weekend. I took my car in with a coupon for a prepaid oil change that my parents when they opened, dropped my car off and left my number. They called at noon and told me there were a few things left to conduct on my car but could wait for the dealership and my car would be ready in 30min. I arrived signed and paid the tax/disposal fee $4. Happy customer. Clean, organized, and polite service. read more

We have had myriad issues with these guys, and one good experience. They have worked hard to earn a "never again" recommendation. 1. Estimated 2 hours to fix flat tire. Would not set appointment for return time. Only option was to wait the 2 hours. They explained to us that they are a full service shop and cannot just cut us in line, and that they don't make appointments for flat fixing. The only option was to "get in line". Other shops have much better service than this. I complained to corporate and they said they would discuss it with the management. 2. Would not honor treadwear warranty, even partially, when 80k tires wore out in 30k miles. They said that since the tires were not completely evenly worn (they were only worn slightly more at the edges), that the tire manufacturer would not cover them - they wore out early because of vehicle condition. So I bought some tires elsewhere and then decided to go back and hassle them, for only that reason, knowing full well it would lead nowhere. I was wrong. They were changing management and a corporate guy was there who charged his corporate account to refund a pro-rated amount on the tires. I had them mount my new tires, bought a lifetime alignment, and told them if they continue to treat me this way I will be happy to continue coming back. 3. Each store must be responsible for making a buck. As soon as the corporate guy was gone they were back to the same tricks, even with the new management. I did some work on the car which required an alignment check when finished. I asked my wife to call and make an appointment to take it in. The guy wouldn't make an appointment, so he was asked what time would be best to bring it in. He said right then was a good time. It took two and a half hours to check the alignment. And he told my wife that the "warranty" on the alignment is only good if we have them do all the work on the vehicle. I paid for a lifetime alignment on the vehicle and they wanted to revoke it because someone else worked on it. When I got home I asked where the alignment results print out was. My wife said she did not get one, the guy said something about the printer being broken. At that point she was so tired of dealing with the kids that she just wanted to get out of there. Unfortunately, the vehicle started pulling to one side, so we needed to take it back. My wife refuses to go back there because they won't make an appointment, and they won't complete the work in a timely fashion. Two weeks after the alignment check I had to go down with her and drop the vehicle off for an entire day. When we got it back there was still no print out of results (printer still broken). And the vehicle still pulls to the side. And we are done with this outfit. read more

The absolute worst service ever! After spending thousands of dollars on both of our family cars at this location through out the years. I have never had a problem with them, other than their timing on returning phone calls of finished services, the previous day we called and said we needed a new tire because the one that they sold us was damaged they said don't worry come in the morning we'll take care of it I get here in the morning first thing bright and early and they said they have to order the tire I told them specifically the day before I needed the vehicle to get to work now I get here and they say nobody told me so I didn't order a tire and I need to see the tire first why wouldn't they explain that over the phone now I have to take time away from work just sit here and wait for my vehicle to be done then the manager just has to tell me if I don't lower my voice he will kick me out of his business...... ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE BY FAR. AFTER TODAY I WILL NO LONGER RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! read more

Terrible!!! Bought a Groupon for 17$ took two weeks to get an appointment and then they charged me another 16$ on top of that. I explained I had a Groupon last time they did my oil change and I only paid an additional 5$. He said the previous workers screwed up and they had a 70 grand deficit. Came in for rear brakes only, initially quoted at under 150 but was charged 183. Didn't complain. Appointment was at 2pm. Sat there for almost 3 hours for only rear brakes. My cars brakes have sounded worse since then. Called them many times to get issue fixed. They always want me to drop off my car for the entire day. Finally came in one day and they tried telling me I had the wrong lug nuts on my car. I personally purchased the wheels and lugs only 1 month before I got my brakes done. They were all the same and no one has touched my car since I got my new tires. The technician before was shady and somehow removed my tires without my rim key. He approached me after my first two were off to ask for my key. Now they are saying I'm a liar. The manage told me to my face I was trying to pull a fast one and tried to make me purchase new ones. I know I had the right lugs before. Even worse. This second time at around to just inspect the noise has taken almost 4 hours and they are saying there is no noise. I first have to say that this used to be a great place to take my car for an oil change. I would recommend it to people, they always had great groupons for lower prices, they were always curteous, & relatively good with time. There has been alot of new faces I've seen recently & seems that they are under new management. This chane is not for the better. The last 2 or 3 times I have come they were not curteous on the phone, they just wanted to hurry up & get you off the phone as well as they sounded annoyed. I purchased a groupon which gives you 3 oil changes & in the past I always used it & got a litle punch card that showed how many I have left. The last time I tried they stated they didn't have cards & he would just write it on the receipt & int he computer. I didn't know where the receipt was so had him look in the computer but it just stated the groupon was used so I had to pay full price. Secondly I made an app for 8 am on Saturday. I was there 5 mins early, got checked in & confirmed with him that I had to have my car done no later than 1pm. He guarunteed this was doable since the appt was at 8 & it should only take about 1 1/2 hours. I went home & waited & waited & waited, still no call. At 1 pm I decided to call. They said hold please & when they came back they said my car was up on the machine & was being worked on Now! So basically when I called to ask about it they immediately put it up there to get started on it. He said he would see how fast he could get it done for me without any apology for making me late or compensation on my oil change which was exactly 1 1/2 hours later when they called to tell me it was done. So the appt I made meant nothing nor did the guaruntee it would be done on time & a 1 1/2 hour app turned into 6 1/2 hours of my day being lost. I feel that businesses get greedy & want to take in as much business as they can & not considering those who they already have. Had they not over booked & accepted so many walk ins my car would have been done on time. In addition to that if they had too many they should have been honest up front about it so that I could have taken my car somewhere else or re-scheduled so as not to be late for my other obligations & inconvenience me.
