Showed up 10 minutes before close, no on greeted me. When i finally saw an employee i asked for air in my tire not tires just one, and she said the compressors were off for the night. They close at 7 so i know they are still on so i say "you close at 7 no they aren't" and then she says she can put air in my tire. Complete and utter laziness read more

I'm not sure how this experience could have been better! I went to another Firestone right down the road, the guy at the desk was very helpful and friendly but couldn't get me an appointment until I had to be out of town but I tried this one and saw the same helpfulness. Every single interaction I had, in person or on the phone, with everyone at Firestone was customer-focused, kind and a huge relief in a very difficult situation. JB gave me a tip on where to look for a rental and Steven talked me through the repair needed and the prognosis extremely well. My life is measurably better having picked Firestone and I have already told people how great an experience I had and recommended Firestone! read more

We had our Friday the 13th on Thursday the 12th -- my son broke his leg, and as we were driving to the doctor's office, I got a flat tire. The people at Firestone were a light in the darkness of our day! They got the right sized tire from a nearby store and installed it, all in time for us to make it to the appointment. read more

I bought a set of tires here over a year ago. I noticed recently an issue with a noise from front left tire when I made a hard right turn. They squeezed me in and the technician/ mechanic took an hour checking everything out ( I watched him work) he was thorough. He found nothing wrong with the tires but the power steering fluid was low. Note less than a month ago at the Honda dealer the fluids were topped Hmmm Anyway I implicitly trust this place and the people that work there. I made an appointment for Brake repair at this Firestone location on 08/31/23 for my 2012 BMW X3. The Service Manager said that they inspected my brakes and that I needed to replace the pads and rotors on all 4 tires. The quote was almost $1,800.00, which included a $500 charge to replace the wheel housing and nut, because he claimed that one of the lugs on the back right rear tire was "cross threaded" and they could not remove the wheel. He said this was caused by the last person who mounted the tire, not doing it correctly. He suggested I take it back to that shop and have them fix or provide me with a check to cover the costs. Because the quote for the brakes was way more than I expected, I did not have them do any work, and told them I would come and pick up the car. The service manager then proceeded to tell me that my car wasn't safe to drive and advised me against driving until they could complete the work. I picked up the car and immediately drove to a friend who is a mechanic. My mechanic friend, hoisted the car onto a lift and removed the back tire in about 10 seconds, without any issue. There was no issue with the lugs being cross threaded or the tire not being able to removed. This shop was trying to get me to pay for work that was not needed, for a issue THEY lied about and created. Don't go here for service. Also, I was able to replace all 4 tires, pads and rotors for $600.00 at another shop. read more

I had an appointment yesterday, and was only coming in to get my brake pads fixed , and was quoted a number for it, but only to find out later , that it was also for a loose ball joint I had which they tacked on without my approval , but I did not approve of fixing it even though I knew it was a slight issue since I was gonna take it somewhere else to get it fixed, well they fixed it then charged extra for it then what was quoted by 300 more dollars, then when I confronted the manager he called me essentially a liar , and blacklisted me from all firestones I'm appalled that he would do that , since I wasn't asking for the service there read more

January 2, a SUNDAY, I had a flat tire and needed to get back to take care of children on a very busy and freezing cold day. I called and explained the situation to Steven and he graciously allowed me to have the car towed in and said they would work me in. When I arrived via Uber, my car had already been delivered...Steven greeted me at the front desk with a very receptive demeanor and full care, knowledgeable and kind customer service. The work was complete within a couple of hours. I was happy to wait as I couldn't even get in at other locations. Note: I recently moved back here from Colorado and was concerned I wouldn't find the same great Firestone service I had there in Longmont. My concerns were unfounded! Scheduled online to get 4 new tires and front and back brakes done, should have been a good sale for them. Received a confirmation email that everything was ready to go. Showed up this morning and they didn't have the tires. He called around and no one, including the warehouse, had the tires. Mind you, I went to Firestone to buy Firestone tires and they didn't have them. The same ones they are advertising on the Firestone site. I scheduled my day without my SUV once I got confirmation email. Ridiculously unprofessional Go ahead and read Firestone's comment back to me. All the info they want me to send them? All the info was completed when I scheduled the service. To then send me a response giving me "homework" to fill out and send them with info they already have? A clear disconnect with the customer. read more

My boyfriend and I were road tripping from Nashville to New York when our car broke down outside of Cincinnati. We had taken the car to other shops who barely looked at it and said that the car was fine and they didn't see any problems, so we decided to risk it and go on the trip anyway. When it did break down this firestone took care of us and fixed the car that day so we could make it back on the road. We are very thankful to them and all the help they gave to us and all the money they helped us save on hotels and such :). Hardworking staff, highly recommend. read more

Very disappointed about this place. I went there for oil change and they said they will do a curtesy check and add all the fluids for my car. Firestone is a big brand so I trusted them. I didn't check all the fluids before I left. Couple weeks later I noticed that they didn't add fluids for me at all. I called them up and they just say at that time they fluids levels are fine. That's impossible cause most of my fluids are below low level a lot. Anyways I won't go there any more for sure. read more

Very disappointed! After moving to Mason, OH from Michigan, I called this Firestone for an oil change and to redeem the lifetime alignment that I purchased in Michigan. The Firestone representative said that he wasn't able to see the "lifetime alignment" in my file so i would need to provide a receipt or an invoice for that transaction. Who keeps their receipts from 3-4 years ago?! I ended up calling the Fields Ertel Firestone and they pulled up all my information without any issues. I would rather drive a few more miles to Fields Ertel than deal with the Mason branch. read more

I have had terrible experience over the last 13 years at Tire Discounters, so decided to try Firestone as my husband has gone here a few times and had great service. They not only went above and beyond to help me with my ongoing issue that Tire Discounters couldn't ever seem to fix for the last 2 years, that Firestone fixed in less than 4 hours, their customer service was excellent. I was able to work with the store manager, Brian who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He listened to what I needed and mad recommendations that were right for me. The store was very clean and although the shop was busy with vehicles my services was timely. Another staff member, JD, met me at the door and provided me some important information related to the safety of my vehicle that he noticed as I pulled in. They all went above and beyond my expectations. I will most certainly be back and recommend them to anyone looking for service on a vehicle. read more
