At one point I walked out of waiting room and there was a lady there and she asked if I needed any help and had been waited on. After I told her my truck was already in the back, she asked if I needed anything or If something was wrong. Very tentative and customer service oriented there. They got done with my truck. I paid and while at the register, I asked if my locks had been put back in glove compartment. They said they would check and before they could a young man came from back and said I forgot these and handed to me. I noticed a wet spot under my truck and mentioned it to the young man checking me out and he came outside and crawled under my truck looked and confirmed it was water and not from my truck. While there I asked how the balance on the tires went he went and check with the crew and said it went well. He was such a big help and friendly from the moment I walked into the business. My first experience here is outstanding, i will be returning for my next oil change. One last item, the waiting room is the best. Comfortable chairs and a coffee bar. Outstanding. Outlining the knowledge and experience this shop processes. First and foremost the customer service I receive from Tony and the entire staff at Cinco Tire and Automotive each time I return is exemplary. My first experience with this shop started from word of mouth by an automotive technician who mentioned rates and services performed at Cinco Tire on many occasions to me at my job. Eventually I reached out to them for help and they were right there for me. I originally thought I had a stuck thermostat but they quickly discovered my problem. Not only was Tony able to work a fantastic price, but I could sense he really cared about my circumstances; going above and beyond with service and leading me the right way on repairing my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which unknown to me at the time had a blown head gasket due to a manufacture defect in the casting of my engine block which had broken away from one of the through bolts holding the driver-side portion of my head gasket. Through intensive diagnostics and experienced technicians they found the flaw in a very short time and rushed for my parts and Tony even planed a rental car for me and my daughters school function. They also had my vehicle towed to specialists on a flatbed truck that could correct the bolt issue by means of a coil insert to the faulty casting. After the completion of this in depth repair Tony recommended I file a claim with Chrysler I did have a current extended warranty and eventually had Jeep Chrysler reimburse me for all charges and fees But it doesn't stop there, this shop is a FULL service shop with skilled techs that perform everything I could ask for including regular maintenance like a synthetic oil change .I feel rest assured it's performed correctly and they beat anyone's price in Katy, TX and always honor coupons by Goodyear and their own as well. Cinco Tire and Automotive has made a believer out of me that not all garages are alike. And I will remain a loyal customer for life with Cinco Tire and Automotive.

I came in for a simple oil change, got pressured over and over to do a transmission flush, and it destroyed my car. My transmission was jerking, grinding, and my check-engine light came on. The dealership confirmed the fluid was burnt with metal debris, and now I'm facing a $12,886 repair. When I called to get help, the so-called investigator Stephen spoke rudely, took no accountability, and pretty much hung up in my face--even with a corporate rep on the line! They denied my claim without any written proof, only excuses. THE SERVICE WAS NOT EVEN SUPPOSED TO BE PERFORMED ON MY TYOE OF TRANSMISSION ACCORDING TO THE DEALERSHIP! I'm beyond disappointed and furious. If you value your vehicle, your money, and your peace of mind, do NOT trust these people. Dropped my car off here two weeks after the diagnosis to get serviced for the engine valve cover…read morereplacement ...red was having to pay upfront before he started the repairs so he could order the part. This is the first body shop that I've ever known where you have to pay for the service upfront before the service is even started and completed. Received my car back within two days after dropping it off. I immediately noticed on the drive home that my car still smelled like burnt oil, which is what happens when you need an engine valve replacement cover. The screaming piping noise was gone. But leaking oil was still there. I also noticed my front left rim was scuffed. After driving it home and parking in my garage my car started to leak an oily substance coming directly from the engine valve. I called Mr. Keith and told him that I am smelling the same burnt oil smell coming from my car prior to the repairs. He told me to bring it up there and he will take a look at it. Not sure what he did but after the first initial visit there, I was back up there a week later. Mr Keith claimed that it was from the old oil that had leaked on other parts of my car stemming from the original issue so Mr. Keith tried to clean up the oil as much as he could drove my car back home same thing I could still smell the oil burning from my car oil was still leaking and there was smoke coming from my car called Mr. Keith. He told me to drive it for a week then bring it back if the problem persist... brought my car back a third time only this time he told me he wanted to keep it overnight. When I receive my car back, he told me to drive it for another week and if the problem persist to bring it back again . I did notice that there was a pleasant smell coming from my car however, once I parked in my garage, I noticed the burnt oil smell again mixed in with the cleaning products that he had used to clean the oil off my car and smoke coming from the engine. The last time I took my car to be serviced. I had to rent a car. I told myself I am not taking my vehicle up there for a fourth time only for the same problem to return. I would just take it to BMW and get it looked at there because I am sick and tired of going back-and-forth to this body shop and nothing is getting done. So today two weeks after my last service with this body shop, I take my car to get serviced at BMW. They do their diagnostic and they find that the valve cover gasket was improperly installed causing it to re leak. Valve cover assembly was now needed again, which is why there is oil spilling over from the existing repair. Pretty much in a nutshell. BMW told me that Mr. Keith did a half ass job on my repair. One trip to car scientist is all it should have taken. It should not have taken an almost 4th time for you to right your wrong Mr. Keith and you are dead wrong. I asked you for some sort of compensation and you couldn't even give me at least half of the money I paid you to fix my vehicle since you did a half ass job on my car! Shame on you! I would never recommend bringing my vehicle here. I will just pay the extra eight hundred a thousand dollars to get my car fixed whatever it takes at least I know it will get done right at BMW. This whole ordeal has caused me to have to pay for the same issue twice because the issue in the beginning was never correctly fixed. I have attached pictures to my review to show proof that this is just not a made up review. This actually happened to me and I hope and pray that it does not become your nightmare. Do yourself a favor if you have a BMW that requires any service under the hood, do not bring it here!!

What happened at this location today was completely unacceptable…read more One of the managers apparently decided that he was going to charge my wife nearly FOUR TIMES the amount she had previously been charged to install two tires that she brought in herself. What makes this even more outrageous is that she had brought in two other brand-new tires less than two months ago and had them installed at a specific price. Yet today, for essentially the same service, this manager suddenly attempted to charge her almost quadruple. So I would genuinely like an explanation: what exactly changed in less than two months that justified increasing the installation price by nearly 400%? Because from where I'm standing, it certainly looks like someone saw a woman standing at the counter and decided they could take advantage of her. If that wasn't the reason, then Discount Tire should have absolutely no problem explaining exactly what justified such an enormous and completely inconsistent price increase. My family and I have been customers of Discount Tire for OVER 20 YEARS. That kind of loyalty should mean something. Instead, my wife was put in a position where she had to challenge a ridiculous charge just to receive the same pricing she had received less than two months earlier. Yes, in the end they honored the previous price--but that does NOT excuse what happened. The fact that this situation occurred in the first place speaks volumes. A customer should not have to argue, push back, or prove what they were previously charged just to prevent themselves from being grossly overcharged. And I want to be perfectly clear: I will NOT tolerate anyone attempting to take advantage of my wife--or any customer--because they believe they can get away with it. If this is the type of behavior Discount Tire permits from its management, then after more than two decades of giving this company our business, my entire family will gladly take that business somewhere else. Furthermore, I have a social-media audience of approximately 4 million followers on TikTok, and I have absolutely no problem publicly documenting exactly what happened at this location, including the previous installation price, what my wife was initially quoted today, and how the situation was handled. This isn't about a few dollars. It's about integrity, consistency, and how you treat your customers. Attempting to charge someone nearly FOUR TIMES the previous price for essentially the same service and then backing down only after being challenged is disgraceful. Discount Tire management should be looking very closely at what happened here and asking why a longtime customer was ever put in this position in the first place. Twenty-plus years of loyalty can disappear very quickly when customers feel like they're being taken advantage of. I would like to add as well, please tell your techs to take their greasy gloves off when they drive our vehicles, I'm tired of wiping grease off of my steering wheel, door handle, and gear shifter.... CMON NOW this is common sense. Stop being lazy!!!
