    Horrible experience. Dropped of my Tesla Model Y for an alignment at the end of the day they called me saying it was done. Asked for a printout and they gave me another customer's Tesla printout, (they probably think I wouldn't be able to notice. They couldn't produce the printout for my car and I insisted in getting it put back on the rack to get a new printout. Long and behold my car was still out of alignment. This place is a joke. No wonder it had a 2 star rating.

    Quotes stating I needed a battery. This is AFTER I explained the rep it's under their warranty, and now they say battery is ok.

    Visited to have tires were rotated plus inspection for yearly maintenance. Rep told me I had a bad battery and gave me a quote at full price to replace it ($300+) and I had to remind him that it was under their Firestone warranty. He checked on what I said and realized Firestone would need to cover the replacement. That is suspicious. Also gave me a high priced quote for brake pads and rotors, which yes I am due to replace but denied their expensive service. I needed to empty my trunk full of camping gear for them to get in to replace this "bad" rear battery, so I returned 2 days later. Now again visiting, after waiting an hour for them to just retest the battery, also get the battery in stock from somewhere else, magically they say my batteries tested fine and doesn't need to be replaced. Is it because I drove more and recharged my battery better? Maybe? But I drove 50+ miles of freeway to get here in the first place for the first visit when he said it was "bad". Also if it was just low from not being driven enough, but not a truly bad battery, the first rep could have given some context and asked if the car was sitting a long time. He never showed me the first battery test results when trying to sell me on a full price battery either. Also he never gave me the print out for my initial service, payment receipt, battery test, or quotes. Said he would email that plus his quotes and was never received, not even 2 days later, still not found in junk mail or anything. So I returned AGAIN today for this replacement battery... 2+ hrs driving round trip plus 1+ hr in waiting room, to have this battery replaced, just to find out it wasn't even bad in the first place. The reps here today were nice and printed out service details from Sunday. I drove over an hour each way, for 2 visits, lots of time miles and gas wasted, because I thought Firestone was better. I do like my usual home location in southern Nevada. Never returning to this location again.

    This is my car.  I have been abused by Firestone's slow service and awful communications.

    Oh, my God! My Hertz rental broke down and I had it towed to these guys because it was closest to my office. They said their diagnostics guy was too busy. It would have to wait until Sunday. I had to call them every time because they don't communicate. Then by the time they got to it, and called Hertz for approval to do the diagnostic. They couldn't reach Hertz. They said the car would have to wait until Monday. I called Hertz approvals and they said they gave them the approval just before 8 am. I called Firestone. They said something about the oil being empty, but not what caused that. (I just had it changed a week ago at Big O, on Sunrise, which is the most efficient place that I go to and that is authorized by Hertz. Here it is. I've trying calling Firestone. Their staff put me on endless hold, then the automated system said there's nobody to take my call. I call back about 15 minutes later, and they hang up on the call immediately. This place does plenty of business regardless of their poor communications. I've been out of work for three days because of these corporate maladies with both Hertz and Firestone. I do not recommend either company.

    Save your time & money. So, I had my son take his car here for a simple oil change. First time for him doing this on his own as he is a new/used car owner (18 years old). With that being said, I had him set this appointment up on his own and drop his car off. We dropped his vehicle off on Saturday March 8th around 11:45am. It wasn't until close to 3PM that my son received a phone call stating that they had damaged/broken his radiator & a/c condenser. My son was clueless as he is not knowledgeable on vehicles what or how this would've happened. So, he comes and hands me the phone. I was in complete shock that somehow, they had broken his radiator & also A/C condenser. When I had questioned how this would've happened, I was told by Shafil (store manager) that the technician must have placed the jack in the wrong location and was not on a solid piece of metal, when they went to jack up my son's car. How do you have technician's jack up vehicles when they are not competent enough to place the jack in the correct position to NOT damage a vehicle? Also, why would a jack be used when Firestone has a Vehicle lift to do this...not to mention how far forward was the vehicle placed on the jack in order for it to damage the radiator and a/c condenser? Nothing is making sense of what I am being told. The generic invoice given to me does not show the actual part# or price, make, model...nothing of what they supposedly replaced. Which is odd to me. When we went on Sunday March 9th to pick up vehicle, I didn't overlook the paperwork thinking.... they had given me everything since that is what normally takes place when you get work done on your vehicle. They had given me the invoice with oil change details and suggested services. I'm now wondering how many of the "suggested services" they have listed on this invoice are due to the technician jacking up the vehicle on a plastic piece and not metal and collapsing the vehicle to the point of busting/breaking my radiator and a/c condenser?!?!?! Not once did the store manager Shafil apologize when I came in yesterday 3/10/25 to retrieve a copy of the "missed page" NOT printed at the time of pickup. CYA Covering your ass because of the negligence on your end, that's the real reason. This place is a true scam. Never again would I bring my vehicle here. I believe the $61.98 oil change has now created more damage to his vehicle than initially thought. Now it states the LCA arm has wear on it, states that this could be possibly due to bent suspension component...Geeeeeee I wonder if this was caused by them also? Of course, they would not want to admit this was damaged as well....I will be taking my son's vehicle to a trusted mechanic who is HONEST and reliable to see what all actually was damaged by Firestone. This is insane to me the lack of customer service and NO apology from the store manager. Run and take your money elsewhere unless you want your vehicle ruined or damaged.

    Crappy Oil change clean up made right, will return and am thankful.

    First time here and it was a great. I did not have an appointment so there was a slight wait when I…read moregot there but nothing terrible. I was greeted almost immediately and the process started. Once it was my turn to pull into the bay things moved pretty quickly. They did the obvious upselling but they were nice about it and not pushy. They explained what it was and moved on when declined. They showed me the brand new parts they were going to install and there was a guy who came around to lubricate all the door hinges (never had that before). Once the new oil was in they showed you the dipstick and closed it up. You get a voucher for a free car wash. They had a coupon code on their site and offered a military discount (which was nice). They give you the next service sticker and here is my very small minor complaint, on the sticker your name is displayed along with your vehicle information. Vehicle info fine, but I think the name is a little much. No big deal I just didn't place the sticker. Overall this is a nice spot with efficient and friendly techs. The price was solid and I wasn't there all day. I'll be back

    Thieves! I brought…read moremy car in because it was shaking. I paid or agreed to pay a $210 diagnostic after being told that substantially lower price by the Midas on Watt Avenue. When I went to this location, they told me not to go to Watt because they were bad to customers. They called me back and said that the reason why the car was shaking was the control arms and a few other things. I found out that they were asking for more than double than a few other shops and that I couldn't afford the over $3000 price they asked. By that time they had got me a Lyft to my job but when I needed a ride back, they said they wouldn't give me a ride back and that they wouldn't let go of my car unless I towed it out. I decided to trust them and get the control arms on the front of my car fixed because they said that would fix the problem. When I got the car back and got it on the freeway it started shaking again. I called and told them that the car was still shaking and they said that they fixed the risk but not the problem and that they were clear about saying that. So now I am out almost $1700 and my car is still broken. They had me apply for some kind of line of credit and the first thing they did was try to max it out. Don't go to this place or any Midas for that matter, according to them. I'm going to see if there's any legal action I could take but I doubt it. I have a feeling these guys have been getting away with this kind of stuff for a long time so they could pay for their garbage commercials. I attached a picture of the persons contact I was talking to their. They went by a different name on the phone. The employee I dealt with in person was a young dude wearing a "training day" movie T-shirt. How appropriate. A corrupt cop stealing from people.
