What I really liked was the fact that the two employees spoke to each other respectfully and professionally, confirming information and working as a team, not like a couple of poker buddies who happen to work together, yelling across the room. They were so friendly, they listened, they were personable, and most importantly we were in and out of there within 15 minutes of pulling in the parking lot. They told us many times that we are welcome to come in whenever we need in between our oil changes for topping of ALL fluids in our vehicle and for tire inflation. They said: "Before a trip, stop in and see us! Free of charge! Or any other time you need fluids or air in your tires! For free!" They even gave my dog a treat after seeing her in the car and their own shop dog was roaming the garage and just sweet as can be. I just love the vibe of this place. He took the time to explain everything that was happening with my tire and ran back over and tried to fix my tire as well. It was determined that I needed a new tire and Joel put my spare on for me. He was extremely kind and helped me to settle down and pointed me in the correct direction on what to do next. He would not accept any payment and he was simply doing this out of the kindness of his heart. I'm still in my teens and I was worried because I had never had this sort of thing happen in a busy area before. He went above and beyond when he didn't have to and it was refreshing to see his kindness. I recommend this establishment and especially Joel's expertise to anyone. He is a stand up guy.

Got a few things done, a few weeks later tires are wearing unevenly. Took it to someplace else and was told it needed shocks and struts because car still had original ones at almost 200K miles. Took the printout that Belle Tire originally gave me back to Belle. Confronted the Service Manager about it and he looked up the account. As he pulled it up, he was typing on the account (was adding that they recommended Shocks and struts) Printed off what he CLAIMS they originally said needed work, MAGICALLY, shocks and struts on it. Showed him the original copy, called him a lying dumba$$ and never went back.

I went there to have an unusual noise checked out. I felt that paying him, $90, for his time and effort was a good decision. As it turns out.....NOT a good decision at all! He diagnosed the noise as the flywheel between the engine and transmission needing to be replaced. In addition, he also listed his needed repairs that were unrelated to my concern. They were axles, steering linkage and suspension parts, and an oil change. He gave an estimate of $3,086 for the cited repairs and I just had the oil changed 1 month ago. I was not told that he would be publicizing my vehicle's VIN and the cited repairs online for anyone (including car dealers) with access to Car-fax to see. When you go to trade in your car or truck after Dale Stroebel gives you an estimate, even if he does not do any work on your car, this information will be published! He told me this after the fact, and after I had visited a car dealership. There was no up front disclosure regarding his use of the information that he gleaned by inspecting my car.
