She didn't check her service manual, which she should have, but when looking all that was due was: 1. Replace engine oil and filter 1 2. Rotate tires 3. Went in for an oil change today. I advised my service rep that I used to go to a neighboring establishment, but they tried to upsell me a lot of services the last time I had been there. Although those services could have been done, I didn't feel were necessary at that time. The place next door had pressed me on the expensive repairs and that is why I am coming here. After leaving, I looked online to see if could find a coupon. I called in with one I found on the company site, they said no problem and they had applied the discount when I got there. That was cool. They changed my oil and didn't try to upsell me. They notified me that the back tires were a little worn and I was on my way. If the oil change had been a little faster (it took a bit longer than they advised) they could have gotten 5 stars. Overall good service. I'll be back for the tires and more. read more

I went in for a wheel alignment because I was having problems with my steering and some sensor issues . 2 weeks before I had taken my Jeep to the dealer and the dealership told me I had a bad sensor and was $800 to replace which I declined to do. The trustworthy mechanic told me he found a loose steering gear box bolt and had tightened it for me. Right after all my steering and sensors issues went away ! They gained my Trust as well my business and will gladly recommend them to my family and friends. read more

The two times I've been here have been good experiences. Firestone has clearly rebranded themselves as more than just a car repair shop, but as a company that values honesty and friendliness. The front desk is always friendly and inviting. The work is done as quick as can be. Th first time I came in here I was expecting to sit around in a loud, dirty, boring lobby. Not the case. Comfy chairs, carpeted lobby, cable TV with March Madness playing. Had a good convo with the front desk guy. It was actually a fun place to be. Props to Firestone for recognizing that people want more than just a repair for the right price, but that we also value a pleasant experience. I'll keep coming here. I only come here to get my free tire rotation since I bought my tires here and then I pay for my oil change since I am already here. Even when I make an appointment and show up on time it takes over and hour to complete. Now they are showing me that half my battery mount is missing, this was the last mechanic I took my car too and they checked my battery and said I needed a new one, but I declined. Back again and now I need a battery and surprisingly missing the mount... pretty sure they probably forgot to put it back on properly the last time I was here. I will probably start going somewhere else and skip the free tire rotation. UPDATE: they left trash in my truck and they forgot to leave my broken battery mount in my truck so I had to drive back to pick it up. Least Geoff was out waiting for me, but leaving trash is lack of professionalism and absentmindedness hence also forgetting to leave the mount. 2 days later: I am updating from 1 star to 4. Elan, the service manager called me back and went above and beyond to ensure I am not only a satisfied customer, but I will also be returning. He took ownership for his teams mistakes, replaced the broken battery mount and also comped me the price of a battery. I've been doing business with this Firestone tire location since 2006 having never been disappointed. Over this period, I've purchased about 24 tires between company vehicles and my own. Most recently I outfitted my '16 BMW 550i with four Firestones. Joseph and Jeffrey treated me with the usual respect and professionalism while discussing an appropriate fitment. My car was at the dealer for routine maintenance where the service manager made me an offer to replace tires. The dealer could only offer me the Dunlop tire that I consider hard riding, slippery and noisy. The Firestone crew beat the dealership and Tire Rack quotes. The install took an hour while I visited the Peet's Coffee across the street. Tires look great and my overpriced BMW wheels remain unblemished. My wife's X1 is in need of a tire rotation so I'll be in touch soon. Great job, guys. read more

I actually created this account solely so I could leave this review, that's how negatively I felt about my experience. I took my car in for a tire rotation and alignment a couple weeks ago at the Citrus Heights location. Got my car back but a couple days later after I got back home in Central California, I hear this awful grinding noise from the back tires. I figured it was either a wheel bearing or the breaks but I hadn't had the problem until I took my car in so I wanted to bring it back to a Firestone to have them take a look. This is the closest location to me. My appointment was at 12 but I got there at 11 and just wanted to drop the car off so I could go get other things done. I check in with Geoff, explain my situation and he tells me they'll look and give me an estimate but mentioned that they were behind so even though I was early, my car would not be seen until at least 1-1:30. I reiterated that this had never been an issue until I took it in to their other location... and he snapped back "I know what you are saying, and if we find that it was something we did, we will fix it!" He sounded like he'd been getting hassled all day, but I know what it's like to be busy and behind and I was not trying to be difficult. Even so, don't speak to your customers like that. He calls me hours later to say it's the rear brakes but "I really don't think you'll need to replace the rotors," plus my alternator driving belt is threadbare, and my coolant light is on but they don't know why. These parts won't be able to ordered until tomorrow. The first day of classes were the next day (I am in grad school) so I really didn't like the idea of maybe having to miss class (I was at least an hour from home) over this so I said that really wasn't an option, I'd work it out. Geoff told me anywhere else would say the same thing and it was not driveable. Still, I really did not want to leave it overnight and miss class. He continued to argue that I needed to do these things, it didn't make sense not to. I eventually agreed because no, I could not drive my car over an hour with a threadbare belt and risking overheating (bc I did not know the reason the coolant light was on). His reply was "it isn't safe, but I think you knew that." You're right, maybe it WOULDN'T be safe, but the snotty reply? So I come back in to sign the paperwork and suddenly yes, one of the rear rotors needs to be replaced. Geoff goes into how one seriously needs to be replaced, but really it would be better to replace both. It was about $995 to do both sides, $750 to do one. I'm familiar with how brakes need to be balanced, but he just kept repeating that "it was my choice but I really needed to do both" as if I didn't understand. The issue was that I couldn't afford almost $1000 for my brakes and I tried to say as much many many times but he kept cutting me off. He was so sorry to have to give me that news, he understood, but it needed to be done. He was sorry. He got that was a lot of money. I needed to do it. We went back and forth for quite awhile ("I don't have that money. I can't pay that. I will have to work it out because I don't have $1000 OR $750.") before I flat out said "no. I am not doing it." Around that time the mechanic came in and Geoff tells him "she's not doing the brakes." Then the mechanic starts in telling me "oh no, you won't be able to drive it." "Did you hear the mechanic? It's not driveable." I'd had enough. I told them I heard both of them. I was not doing the brakes and I signed the paperwork and was told they would call me in the morning, but not before Geoff tried to push their credit card to help cut down the cost and allow me to pay it off. I was so done, I just wanted to leave. So I stayed in a motel for the evening and was called around 2:30 the next afternoon when they were done with my belt and diagnosing the reason for the coolant light. I picked my car up and guess what? I drove it home. I understand when it's not a good idea to be driving on a hurting vehicle, but being that pushy and rude is unreasonable. Thinking back on this makes me so annoyed all over again. read more

My friend from L.A. recommended Firestone so I tried the Santa Barbara Service Center. They quoted me one price for brakes, and then a different price later when my car was on the rack. I told them no deal, but before they took my car down off the rack, they sliced a 2" by 10" gash on the inside of the passenger side front tire. As soon as I drove away I noticed a difference in the ride, but couldn't locate the problem until I crawled under the car, because the Firestone employees purposely and strategically sliced the tire on the inside where I couldn't see it until I crawled under the car. Sabotaging my tire was a criminal act, thank God neither my kids nor I were injured in the blowout. If you need a place that raises prices with bait and switch, sabotages your vehicle and endangers your life, I recommend Firestone on Upper State Street. read more

After trying several auto repair shops around town, we started taking our cars to Firestone about four years ago. We had been next door at McDonald's and our car wouldn't start. We got a new battery from Firestone very quickly and easily....and the rest is history! ALL of our cars (six of them) have had good and complete maintenance here at Firestone, Santa Barbara. The Firestone crew are accurate in their diagnosis of your car's problem and always friendly, professional and courteous. They work on any and all car maintenance issues. The guys at Firestone always give you a call to let you know where they are at with the repairs or when your car is ready to be picked up. The shop is super neat too with a television to watch if you choose to wait. Another big plus for us is that Firestone allows you to make payments on your car repairs, so if you have something major done, it's no problem. The guys working here, especially the Manager, Elan, are friendly and by now, they know us, since we've been coming here for so long. :) read more

I think the mechanics and front desk people up at the Firestone in Santa Barbara are smoking crack or some other illegal substance. May be they've been sniffing the gasoline from people's tanks? Or may be they've been shooting up anti-freeze in the back. This has GOT to be the only reasonable explanation for the bullshit they tried to pull on me today. I called them the find out what the status was with getting the parts. All told they only had to find 3 parts: power steering pump (w/ resevoir), power steering pulley and a radiator. That's it. While SB isn't known for being a automtive parts mecha, there are Sears, Kragen and smaller businesses in SB specializing in parts including radiators. I know, as the YellowPages turned up a bunch of them. The guy at the desk, we'll call him Gil...because well that is his name...who really needs to lay off the Red Bulls...initially told me he couldn't find ANY of the parts of my car. At first I accepted this explanation. The car is afterall 13 years old, right? But wait, GM is a cross-platform pimping automaker. They will use the same screw across 10 models to save a penny if they had to right? So why then my car which shares parts offhand with the Buick Regal, Chevy Monte Carlo and Buick Sunfire is it so hard to find parts. I call them back a few hours later to see how the search was going. He was able to find one of the things needed for the powersteering, but he was having trouble finding the other. Then he starts in on the stuff they claim needed to done: 1) Powersteering pump is shot - totally needs a new one. (Seems reasonable to me seeing as how I witnessed it hemraging powersteering fluid onto the 101) 2) Powersteering pulley is shot - needs a new one as the center piece with the bearings is completely gone (Reasonable as, the guy who helped us out also said that it's the kind of part that should be fitted into place. And mine you could just just push on, but of course it came tumbling off when the car was started) 3) The radiator was shot - cause for concern on this one, but not entirely. (the car was leaking coolant like a Katrina levee and there was no end in sight. When I looked under the hood of the car it looked to be the radiator - but what do I know) 4) A new thermostat - whoa, whoa...my car already has a thermostat that worked. I knew it worked because it told me my car was overheating and to get my ass off to the side of the road poste haste. (I inquire as to why a new one is required. The response comes back, "it's preventative". Well how about you use the one from my car that we both know works, and then we can tal about that other stuff later. "Well I guess we can do that.") 5) Coolant flush - hold on there sparkey. You're putting a brand new radiator. The thing is brand new. Why would you need to flush it? (Quoth Gil: "It's preventative". Ok, we're not gonna do that one either, seeing as how if that NEW radiator needs to be flushed, you really should be installing it into my car how should you?) All told Mr. Mechanic at Firestone had padded my bill by over $300 for unnecessary *preventative* stuff. I left out the part about me needing a new serpentine belt. I can swap that out myself with a socket wrench, 30 minutes of free time and a beer in the other hand. That would've pushed the total of unnecessary labor and parts to well over $400 of crap not needed. Fucking shit. So much for professionals. read more

This store sells good product. Their customer service is horrible. Any store can appear to be friendly and professional, until a problem occurs. This store seemed fantastic until the first problem happened. The morning after getting a set of new tires put on, my wife walked outside to find one tire flat. I called and they said they didn't do road service. I had to get AAA to come out and change the tire and take the car back to Firestone to find out the installation was faulty. Service is quoted on the phone by one person, then another person is at the store that won't honor the quote of the first person. What are they thinking????? I bought another set of tires for a different car from Big Brand Tires. They drive me back to my house and pick me up for flat repair or balancing. I live closer to Firestone and they won't have anything to do with that. Why would anyone want to deal with these guys. read more

A mixed experience, but ended up being very negative. We were passing through Santa Barbara on a Sunday when we had brake problems. The only open place was Firestone. It took them 2 more days to get the parts necessary to fix the problem. I don't blame this on them - in fact, I think the guy who helped us on Sunday and Monday (Geoff) was very helpful. He called lots of places to try to get the parts, and was super nice all time. He was really polite and apologetic for the delays - the customer service was just fantastic with him. Had it ended there this would have been 5 stars... [spoiler: this will be a bit of a rant] However, on Tuesday he was not at work. I call the place in the morning, 30 minutes before the parts were supposed to arrive, to ask for a confirmation on the time (it's a different day, there are different people in the store, I wanted to let them know that we have been stuck here for two days and eager to leave). A manager called Elan answers the phone, and immediately starts giving attitude - we were told that the parts arrive at 11, calling all the time is not going to help (this was the first call of the day). I say "I am sorry, I just wanted to check in...", and he says again no need to call, they will call when they have an update". It's 11:30 and no call, so I call again (2nd and final call of the day), to ask if the parts are in, and he says yes, they arrived at 11, and they are working on the car. I complain that I didn't get a call (I was annoyed now), and ask when it's going to be ready. He says 1-1:30 hours. At 12:30, we all drive there. Since apparently calls annoy him, we hope he will be nicer face-to-face (out little group includes a woman with an adorable toddler and a pregnant woman - heart-melter material, we hope). He says that the car will take another 1-1:30 hours to get ready. I complain that he said that 1 hour ago, he contends that he actually said 2-2:30 hours. I say I definitely heard 1-1:30 hours, and he says it was 2, and it can take even longer if I want. Then he goes on to say that I am harassing him and the mechanic (who I haven't even talked to this entire time), and that they can make things take even longer. He just keeps being rude to us the rest of the day, no matter how much we tried to defuse the situation (apologizing for calling in, saying that we probably misheard him, sorry, etc...). Everyone is just shocked at his attitude, and baffled as to why he was being so nasty to us. Maybe he was having a bad day, I don't know, but mistreating and threatening costumers is pretty bad. Mechanics have a bad reputation for screwing costumers, and this Elan is a good example of the reason. So while my initial experience was great (thanks Geoff!), I can only give a very negative review to a place that employs people that mistreat their costumers like this. This shows that they don't care about their costumers, and I was just lucky to get a decent human being in the beginning. read more

Just had my brakes done. Pleased with the price. No hassles using coupon from website. Discount using their credit card. Would have rated them a five but work ended up taking a little longer than estimated. Brake pads have lifetime guarantee which is great if you plan on keeping your car for another 40-50,000 miles. Made several recommendations for additional services but didn't make any effort to "hard sell" them. read more

When a check engine is on, you don't pay 100 dollars for a "diagnostic" test especially when my car was due an oil change. Just reset it. This annoys the shit out of me. I questioned him about my tires wearing all towards the inside of my tire, being a Mechanic myself I already knew the 3 causes to it but he did as well. he was a very knowledgeable man and I recommend you go to firestone for tires because they are very well with customer service and great recommendations for your vehicle. IF YOU NEED TIRES OR TIRE SERVICE IN THE SANTA BARBARA AREA, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU USE BIG BRAND TIRES, THEY HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, PLEASE READ BELOW REGARDING MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS FIRESTONE LOCATION. While visiting Santa Barbara this past weekend I got a screw in my right rear tire and the tire was losing air. I rented the car from Enterprise; and Enterprise said we should take it to Firestone in SB to have the tire repaired. I arrived at the store at 8AM and told the Service Advisor I needed to have the tire repaired. He then told me that I would have to wait until 2PM before the tire was repaired because there were several customers ahead of me, which did not appear to be the case as there was only one other customer in the store arriving at 8AM the same time as I did when they opened. I explained that I had to be back in LA to catch a flight at 12 Noon, this fell of deaf ears with this Service Advisor. The Service Advisor did not appear interested in any low dollar volume business at all. I explained that Enterprise has sent me there and he basically said too bad; and suggested I take the tire to Sears across the street to have the tire repaired. This was the WORST customer service I ever had; when I went over to Sears they were not even open and would not open until 10 AM. I have taken my personal vehicles to Firestone for many years and have always had a very good experience. I noticed in a YELP review posted in January of this year a similar experience of a Customer being put off on another repair. Apparently this location is not interested in your business unless it is a Big Ticket Sale. I went to a Jiffy Lube in SB; and they suggested I go to Big Brand tires and that they would repair the tire for free; and they had me in and out in less than an hour. I plan to also write to Enterprise Car Rental and suggest they find another provider beside Firestone to assist their customers with this type of issue. read more

I just saw this place had a poor rating and felt I needed to chime in with some updated info. Easter weekend 4/22/11 driving to SB to see family I blew a tire on my new Ford Flex. Seriously- I drove it off the lot and straight to SB. Boo! Put on a spare and brought it to Firestone on a Saturday afternoon. I received friendly and timely assistance which was meaningful considering I'd had to drop the family off and was sitting there waiting alone. The premises was clean (which shocked me considering the all male environment) and they had water and coffee available (yea!). Turns out the Ford Flex tires are special size (should've known) and they couldn't find an exact match, but I agreed to a similar type/quality. He went to the warehouse to pick it up and came back with a tire that was a better match in type but slightly higher quality- and agreed to charge me the same amount we'd already discussed. That was an unexpected kindness on what had been feeling like a rough day for me. So big ups to Firestone Tire guys for giving me a more than fair deal and friendly assistance! read more

I made an appointment to do inspection of my car.It took they 2.5 hours just to check up my car. When I asked the man at front desk he answered me with his "attitude":"Did we not do anything in 2.5 hours?" YEAH? Yes you did! It only took 2.5hours! I brought my car into Firestone yesterday evening for a brake inspection because my brake light started coming on, and the brakes had developed a squeak after having a complete overall, front & rear, less than 2 months ago. I was told that the technicians had installed a defective caliper and they could not get new parts in until the next day. At that time Geoff, the customer rep, suggested I replace my belts, do a coolant flush, and front-end alignment. I authorized all because I knew it was time for them to be done. Fast forward to 12pm the next day. I call the shop and speak to Miguel. I asked him what the timing was going to be for my car so that I can plan out the rest of my day. He puts me on hold to talk with the tech. When he came back on the line, he stated it would be about 2 1/2 hours more and that my car would be ready at about 2:30-2:45pm. I thanked him and decided not to rent a car for the day because my car was almost done. An hour later, I get a call from Geoff telling me that the upper radiator hose is leaking and it needs to be replace before doing the radiator flush. He quoted me $151 to replace the radiator hose which is a $12 part at O'Reilly's. I declined the hose replacement and de-authorized the radiator flush. He then told me my engine mounts were "really messed up" and that I needed to replace them asap, but he couldn't have the parts in for a couple of days. I declined the service and told him I would wait until a later date to take care of the mounts. He said, "Ok", and we hung up. Hoping to catch my car still on the lift so that I could visually inspect the engine mounts myself, I got to the station at 2:35pm. It was still on the lift, and I was able to see the engine mounts. It turns out, the mounts were fine, and the engine mount bushings showed some wear which is normal on a 15 year old car (at some point in the next 5 years they should be replaced, but it was definitely not a 911 repair). I thanked Miguel and the tech for showing me the problem, and I was told by the tech that he was almost done; he just had a couple more things to finish up. I went to the lobby to wait. Periodically I would step outside to make some phone calls and noticed that no one was working on my car. After a hour and 15 minutes of no one working on my car, I finally asked Geoff when I could expect my car to be done. He informed me that it would be over a hour because the tech still needed to flush my brakes and do the alignment. At this point my day was now screwed because I had not rented a car based on Miguel's estimated time, and the tech not working on my car. I ended up walking to my 4pm appointment which I was now late for. At 5:15pm I arrived back to find that Geoff and Miguel were no longer there, and Elan was helping customers. I noticed my car was still on the rack and was told upon inquiry that it still needed to have the alignment done. At this point I was extremely frustrated because I had lost an entire days work. When I tried to explain my frustration to Elan, he first interrupted me sarcasticly with, "What do you want me to do about it?" Then he stood there and continued to smirk at me as I tried to continue to tell him that I was told my car would be ready at 2:30pm, and now that it was 5:20pm, I still don't have my car back, and it was negatively affecting my day's work. Also that I wish someone would have told me that my car would not be ready until the end of the day so that I could have rented a car at noon. Elan proceeded to threaten me with charging me 3x the amount for flushing my brakes because he said that is the reason my car was delayed. I reminded him that the brake work was under warranty because they had installed a faulty caliper, and that is the reason my car was in the shop to begin with. When I pressed him on how much longer it was going to take to have the alignment complete, he refused to tell me. After several other customers who witnessed the entire conversation started to pressure him to start treating me fairly, he gave me a 30 minute estimate. I walked outside just as the tech put my car up on the alignment rack. I then walked over to the McDonald's parking lot to watch my car being worked on. 30 seconds later my car came down off the rack and was parked in the lot. I went back inside, and Elan told me my car was all done and that I owed $210. I asked him for an itemized invoice. He told me he couldn't do that, and I had to look on his computer to see an itemized invoice. I repeated that I wanted an itemized invoice and he reluctantly printed one out. After paying, I got my receipt that showed that no front-end alignment was performed. When I asked Elan about the alignment, he told me it was done and that my front-end was aligned. I asked to see the printout of the alignment numbers, and he told me that they didn't do printouts for simple alignments. With that lie, Elan sent me off with the same smirk on his face. I came in to get an Uber Inspection done on my 2015 Prius 3 and came back an hour later with a dent in my car. Not noticing initially before leaving the lot but a short time after getting home, I called to speak with a manager. The sales rep said he wouldn't be in for two days but you can come in tomorrow morning so he could take some pictures. After coming in for photos I was informed that I will need to come in again the following day to have a manager inspect this issue. Once arriving and meeting the manager, he walked out with me to see the vehicle. After looking over the damage he stated, "You can submit a claim, but I'm going to deny this based on there is no physical evidence that we damaged this car". I replied, well what could you do for me in the understanding that this happened on your lot. He replied again, " I can give you all the customers insurance info that were here those times or you can take me to court". I was very displeased with this response & felt that he could of at least refunded me the $20 for the inspection as an apology. I would not recommend getting any services done here and if you do...make sure to watch them work on it the whole time! What a waist of money and time!!! read more

Don't listen to the positive reviews on the Santa Barbara store. I doubt they are real. I bought two tires from Firestone and one developed a slow leak. I asked them to take a look and see what was going on and they said I was out of warranty because it had been four years even though I only had 20K miles on a 40K mile warranty. Worst of all they said if they took the tire off to look at it they could not put it back on so I would have to buy a new tire at a much higher price than the one I originally bought. This is a horrible way to run a business. I took the tire over to Big Brand who had no problem taking it off and seeing if they could fix it. They didn't try to sell me a new tire. Firestone should definitely look at the buisness practices of the people running their Santa Barbara store. read more

Took a car I recently bought on Ebay in to be inspected because it had a bad wobble at certain speeds. I also wanted an inspection since I needed to see if the car was as described. The car passed everything with flying colors and the inspection cost $89. I went ahead and registered it, paid taxes, etc. Since the wobble hadn't been addressed I took the car then to a mechanic thinking it must be something minor. Turns out it has two suspension problems, one costing $1,200 and the engine has a major leak. Firestone was gracious enough to reimburse the $89 but now I have a car that best estimates is going to cost me $4,500 to repair. Thanks Firestone! read more

My wheel was hit by something on the freeway while driving on the 101. I took my car into the shop to be fixed. They were unable to replace the wheel. Élan was able to recommend other places to bring my car in. Great customer service. read more

This was the worst experience with auto car I've had in Santa Barbara. (Possibly ever)! Bought four new tires, and they completely scratched up the wheels on all four tires. They took zero responsibility and were completely condescending when I brought this up. Do not go here!!!!! Not only will they do a horrible job & actually mess up your things, they will treat you rudely in the process. Just as an update: I was contacted by a local service agent (not the original one) who did not have a chance to talk to the tech or the other agent, but speculated he might have "heard the engine misfire". He was going to talk to the agent and tech and get back to me, but never did call back. The car has been running great. I promptly replied to the email with all my contact information and was told an executive would contact me in 48 hours, but it has now been a week with no further contact so I dropped my review down from 3 stars to 2. I think they have nothing to say because I was very fair and there is only one error in my review: I said Toyota recommended 100k, but they recommend 120k on the Corolla (I was mixed up with our Sienna van) read more

My husband and I are from Santa Maria. We had to use our firestone credit card because we knew we were going to be spending a hefty amount due to what our car was desperately needing. We needed new tires, breaks, oil change, etc. Unfortunately, Santa Maria does not have a firestone and this one was the nearest to us. So we called, and immediately I was shocked at how nice their customer service is over the phone. Most of the time when you call an auto shop they sound like they are busy and/ or being interrupted. I spoke to Jeff who was super nice and when we got there he was ready for us. Got right in and felt extremely taken care of and in good hands. We went across the street to Luna's Grill (which is DELICIOUS btw) and came back and just relaxed in their customer waiting area. My husband was pretty entertained by the Batman movie being played and I was able to take a nice nap (been sick) haha. I was surprised at how quiet it is inside even as busy as they were. I commend them for their customer service throughout because even being extremely busy they took us in, got it done quickly, and all in all just made the hour drive WORTH IT. Seriously, the best costumer experience I've had thanks to Elan. My girlfriend and I were driving down the 101 when we hit something on the road. Long story short, we had a dent in our wheel. Unfortunately, the Firestone wasn't able to fix our wheel but not after they did everything they could to help us out. Elan was able to provided us with the address and phone number of a place that could help our situation. I really love this place and think Elan their manager is awesome! I have them work on my daughters car for everything under the hook to tires and the manager takes really good care of us. He always listens to my concerns and takes care of the must have done first and then works on a plan to get the recommended services done at a later date. There's no guessing about what the cost is going to be. They make it convenient for us to use their services and we always get great customer service with Elan or anyone on his staff at their store. FEMALES BEWARE!!!!! Went in for an oil change and vehicle inspection/tire rotation on 3/27/14... After waiting for 2 1/2 hours to have maintenance performed I was told that my brakes were extremely worn down. The service advisor Elan recommended I replace brake pads as well as the front rotors (as well as brake fluid exchange, fuel system cleaning, coolant system service and alignment service) and I was given a quote. Upon second opinion/inspection at the dealership, I was told my brakes are fine. In fact, they are practically like new and do NOT need replacement! I am horrified to think I was trying to be taken advantage of just because I am a young single female... We have all heard of the story of the woman who gets ripped off at the repair garage, DONT LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU!!! read more
