Lucas took the time to teach me about tire calibration and how it affects the way my car drives. Lucas then showed me the tire pressure number on all 4 tires and how each number was different. The goal is to have the factory recommended tire pressure of 32. Lucas then offered to recalibrate and set each tire to 32 all the while with my Safety in mind. After they told me the car was ready and safe to drive, I left with my son and headed toward the highway. Almost immediately, the car began making loud noises and shaking. I called the shop and was told to return. They took my keys and came back two minutes later. There is no way they properly inspected anything in that amount of time. I specifically asked if the car was safe, explaining that I was about to drive on the highway with my child. I was repeatedly assured that everything was "good to go." The employee I dealt with was named Taj. I got back on the highway, and the shaking became significantly worse. I called again -- on speaker while driving -- and told them it did not feel safe. I was told it was okay to continue driving. I trusted my instincts, began pulling over, and thankfully did -- because as soon as I reached the breakdown lane, my car collapsed to the ground. They then told me to call a tow truck because they were about to close. I was stranded with my son, my phone nearly dead, and in a situation that never should have happened. When the tow truck arrived, the driver picked four lug nuts off the ground and handed them to me. He said if I hadn't pulled over when I did, the outcome could have been much worse given highway speeds. Their first excuse was that the lug nuts were the wrong size. Later, when I returned to the shop, Taj admitted there were "too many hands in the pot" and no one tightened the bolts. That means the car was never properly checked -- even after I brought it back a second time. Now I'm dealing with tire issues, and they made it clear they did not want to service me. I didn't want their service anyway and went elsewhere. The fact that they had the audacity to take that attitude after putting my child and me in danger is unbelievable. This was completely unacceptable and could have ended in a serious accident. Do not go here.

    Driven Brands Terrible & Sub Industry Standard Customer Care Support Standards & Practices…read more This Article and Information sharing will show how disgustingly inept and well below minimum standards this company's and its subsidiaries commitment to customer service and quality really are. I had a completely unacceptable and frankly wrongful customer experience at a local Meineke Shop. As a disabled person who needs a cane to walk reached out to the local Meineke shop with a web inquiry. As a returning/Repeat customer, after receiving no acknowledgement or response, I wrote again 2 additional or 3 times total. Again my inquiries were ignored disregarded and to this day remain unanswered. So I proceeded to drive to the Meineke shop to ask why the disgustingly inept customer service and non-response to my inquiry. In the Dead of Winter snow banks abundant, I parked in the only valid and marked parking space available. Also, if It Matters, I do have a valid Handicap Plackard displayed in my vehicle clearly visible from a distance! Someone from the shop came out, saw me with walking difficulty and with a cane curtly said you must move your car you can't park there! As after receiving that shocking and disrespectful interaction I left and drove away! Subsequently to that shocking inept act of customer service, I Reached out to Driven Brands (Meineke's Parent Company) in Charlotte NC for support and asked that the Senior or District Manager reach back out to support a repeat and returning customer request for service. After Not Less than 6 Phone calls to the Charlotte and Corporate Headquarters the same disrespectful, Inept and disgraceful disregard and concern for their repeat and returning customers was sustained. After Not less than 6-Phone calls to this corporate entity no one has responded, left a message or even attempted to address this substandard, unlawful, and unacceptable customer care. Though questions may be raised with regard to my Customer Experience, I would encourage you to search Driven Brands and the noted Corporate ineptitude and Business Failures of the leadership including that of its SLT. The girl wrote down passenger front noise. also, I told her when you put it in reverse it makes the noise.so they do the work. I bring it back and I told them it's still making the noise. She said I have to wait two weeks for an appointment. I'm thinking OK I just paid day before.I asked them if they could just listen to it while I back it up. I didn't want to leave there until someone listened to it. She said it would take a a really long time . I said I'll wait. Five minutes later some kid comes out. I asked him if he was the one did that worked on it. He said yes,.I backed it up. He listened to it. He said yes I'll put it up on the lift . He says it's .the right side the passenger front . and I said that's why I came in .then why isn't it fixed. well we must've missed it. I said missed it? well, did you take it out for a test drive? He said yes. I said did you back it up? He said no. I said I told the girl and she wrote it down in her notes that you need to back it up that's where the noise was coming from he said I didn't know that .I said what do you mean you don't know? I asked him if he checked the right side he said yes .If you checked it why isn't it fixed? I repeated myself he said I must've missed it .I walked away. He walked away. I turned around and he gave me the finger. And I said did you just give the finger and he said yes. With a big smileAnd they were all laughing. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau tomorrow morning. there was people sitting behind the desk LAUGHING (I will be calling the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU BRIGHT AND EARLY TOMORROW )
