Went there for a few different services. I had researched the best wiper blades (not all brands the same!) and bought them. Asked if they -- when done with the other services -- would install them. Last time I tried, I scratched my windshield. I was willing to pay, of course. The guy (who was gruff, no customer service attitude) never even looked up from the computer: "We don't install customer parts." No worries. I had a vehicle here for a purge valve for the fuel injection system.after the 5th time of bringing it back tjey finally had it repaired the first time back they said they replaced the sensor. The second time they said they replaced it again but with an OEM part. They then replaced it supposedly for a 3rd time. And i still had to come back. Now im sitting in the lobby again for the 4th time about my tires and TPMS sensors. These guys literally have no clue what they are doing. They work like brainless robots following what their computer says. They replaced parts i didnt need replaced and now want to charge me for parts i need but they didnt replace initially i will never be back here ill go to conrads up the street then deal with these morons. Honestly the best place around is Juds Best Muffler in brunswick but they dont do everything. read more

I badly needed winter tires last month. I stopped by 3 different places in Strongsville looking for quotes. Two of them kind of gave me the run-around and said they'd call me back the next day because they weren't sure if they had my tire size in stock. Firestone on the spot printed out quotes for two different options. They were a little more expensive, but they said they would do price matching. The next day, neither of the other two places called me back so I went to Firestone. I told them I found the same tires online at a specific price... they said sure we can do that... printed out a new quote... and then I made an appointment. Appointment was painless. I just went across the street for a burger and came back about an hour later. New tires on my car. Summer tires were nicely wrapped in plastic and put in my back seat. Painless experience overall... which is better than I can say for other automotive places read more

I went to Firestone for my oil change. I had a coupon for $24.99, it cost me $42.00. I know you pay $2.99 for disposal and extra oil. They charged for labor and parts which are included in the 24.99. I have been a customer of theirs for years. Needless to say I will not return. I had my other car done at Goodyeart w a tire rotation for $31.00 Guess who is getting my business in the future. Also the turn over at Firestone is ridiculous, I have never talked to the same service rep. They are not doing well by looking at the parking lot. read more

The service here used to be great, but now the employees are rude and unpleasant. My husband called to make an appointment for an alignment and before whoever answered said "hello", he heard the guy tell someone else "hold on i have to deal with another f****ing customer". When my husband told him "you know i could hear what you just said?" The guy said in a very rude way "is there something i can help you with??" My husband just said "not anymore" and then took the car to NTB on 82. They are much nicer at NTB. read more

If you have car trouble, its always best to know a mechanic or be personally refered to a garage. If you don't know anybody and need work done in Strongsville, this is where I'd send you. Its a tough business to please everyone, but these men do their very best. I needed to get my car back on the road and explained to them that I only needed the minimum amount of work done till I get it to my personal mechanic, and they totally understood. And if it takes a little longer than expected, it helps that its right next door to Panini's with the best outdoor tiki bar in the city. read more

About a year ago my wife bought new tires, warranty and lifetime alignment. She was told she does not need an appointment for work they had previously serviced. I drove her car last Wednesday and noticed a vibration and pulling to the left. I showed up at the service center and they got me right in. Turns out one of the tires was not round and they needed to order a new tire. I showed up Saturday morning shortly after they opened at 7:00 to have the tire installed. The man behind the counter asked if I was dropping it off or waiting. I said waiting and he told me they could not get me until 1:00 this afternoon because they had scheduled appointments. I told him to only put the tire on and I would go somewhere else for the oil changed. I went to 10 minute drive through place and while performing their inspection on the car found the tire pressure on the right rear was tire five pounds low. Shouldn't that have been one of the first things you check is the pressure? Unfortunately we are stuck using Firestone for tire and alignment work and will NEVER use them for auto service. read more

Resident of Strongsville...business owner so these reviews are important for those that look them over. I have basic work done at this shop in Strongsville...Oil, Tires, Fluids and maybe brakes here and there. On June 18th, 2015 this auto shop continued to hurt portrayal of the auto shop industry as it portrays itself in a bad light...by lying and overcharging the consumer with unnecessary repairs. We own a foreign care 2007...needed a basic oil change. Once the Oil change was done, we were informed that we had a $1,300 brake job coming based on their inspection. This was for the front suspension only...two new calipers, rotors, and pads..as well as bleeding the brakes..they made it sound like it was major surgery. We called RAD AIR for the same quote = $710, Sears $645; Conrads'= $735; Rick Yusi Automotive = $664.....Firestone In Strongsville = $1,300 without tax. Well we took a trip to the dealer just to make sure that we would get a bottom dollar cost with its factory made parts. They went over all the brakes and told us the following: No Need for Calipers....they are good...why anyone would tell you that you needed Calipers is because they do not know what they are looking at or they just want to over charge you....its always good to double check at least 4 shops...its easy now a days via internet as well as calling in to all the shops in the area giving them the same specs...all may differ with an hourly rate, but other than that it should be pretty competitive. We were very disappointed that Firestone Complete Auto Care...was completely dishonest with a long standing customer...you have to keep your on them...if you want to do business with them...........very sad and bad experience.... read more

I just went in for tires. The only guy at the counter grabbed the phone when he saw me coming. He didn't even acknowledge I was there. Then he spent the next ten minutes talking to phone customer, stopping to call a tire vendor in the middle. He really seemed to be enjoying the calls, yucking it up. For me, still nothing, not even eye contact. It seemed to me like he thought if he acted like I wasn't there I would go away. So I did. Never to return. read more

the manager,chuck really very helpful,had a major problem with another location,they took control,had a cam synchronizer installed by the other location,it was installed incorrectly the check engine light kept coming on.it was off just a degree,mistiming.well they had to send the truck to a dealer,they gave me a rental car,took a few days,got it back,excellent service,excellent people,there are a few good ones left,highly recommend them to anyone,and im very fussy,thanks guys great job,will return read more
