I have been postponing this review for a while. Guess I wanted to be sure I have an accurate assessment of this location. Reviews have been hit or miss and I wasn't sure what to expect. We have taken our vehicle in for works from oil changes to larger repair works. Oil changes have gone well. Prices are reasonable and turn around time isn't too long. Not like one of those 'quickie' spots, but within reason. We purchased tires here a while back and the tires kept going out of balance. That was a pita. We went back multiple times to have them rebalanced. Never a charge for that of course. Seems at that time the manager was waiting for service to the machinery. In the mean time they just tested the tire balance multiple times and hoped it was correct. So that wasn't great for us but I guess it was out of their control and not great for them too. Prior to the new tires we had a tie rod end replaced. We had to get a front end alignment with that work. Between the alignment and finally getting the tires balanced the alignment was off again. Firestone was able to fix that for us at no additional charge next time we had it in for service. Very much appreciated. We had a long term issue (months) that they did try to diagnose and couldn't figure out. We took the car to a couple of other places for the same issue who changed parts that in the end weren't the trouble so I guess Firestone did good by not guessing and replacing unnecessary parts. Firestone did however suggest we replace our water pump soon. Well low and behold, the water pump WAS the issue! It exploded on the way up our street one day. Well, something on the water pump burst. That was a mess. Recently we had an electrical issue. We did some diagnostic work ourselves and found all the fuses were good but no power was going to the problem site. Brought it into Firestone to see if they could trouble shoot the issue and they show power up to the site, but not *at* the site. Sadly, the car manufacturer does not make that replacement part. The Service Manager looked up after market parts on line for us and let us know if we purchased the part and brought it in they would replace it for us. This is not something they usually do, but they provided service on the issue to completion. Thank you! Customer service was always polite to us from the beginning. We call ahead and make appointments for all service. The car is usually back within a couple of hours most of the time. We don't wait on site, we walk the mall, grab lunch and shop. They do however have a small waiting area with a TV, a few seats and a water machine. It smells like tires in there by the way. Just so you know. All in all things have gone well in our experiences with Firestone. They give us an estimate of when the car will be ready when we drop it off and call us when it's complete. Prices are given before the work is done. Things we appreciate. I think making an appointment is key here. If you drive in for same day service they may not have time. Especially if it's a big job. I had my Lexus in for inspection. I bought it 2 weeks ago from a Lexus dealer in Massachusetts, who installed four new Michelin tires and did a 4-way alignment. There are less than 300 miles on the car since the new tires and alignment done by the dealer. This place said there was evidence of uneven wear on the front tires and that I should have it aligned. If the mechanic is not blind he is a thief. Not only was there not "uneven wear on the tires", there was NO wear on the tires. They are brand new with less than 300 miles on them. Blatant rip off. Things are expensive enough for people without this sort of malarky. I will certainly not go back. If you want to pay for work that does not need to be done, go there. They will sell you shocks, alignment, wheel bearings, etc. Not amused. read more

The techs work to get the job finished as quickly as possible and by the time it is promised. They do a good job and are very helpful. They communicate well. I tried Tasca and it was a nightmare. Took 4 days to get an appointment. Then the car just sat there for another week. Couldn't get any information. Just a lot of promises that they would get back it me. Finally went and drove the car away and took it to Firestone. Firestone had it fixed by the next day. read more

I went in for an oil change, they said it would be about 1hr, 15 mins, it was an early morning appointment. It took over 2 hours. They sent me a report in my email, no one discussed with me the other services I may need. The report said I need a brake fluid flush. Really? I just had that done on my last oil change, and it's good for a least a year. I had my roommate take a test strip, and it's at the very bottom of the strip, showing my brake fluid is new and excellent. If you don't know your sh-t, they will easily upsell you and rip you off. I need new filters, so I ordered myself off Amazon. Also, they never topped off my windshield fluid, which was part of the winter special they had. I hate they try to take advantage of female (or maybe all??) customers. read more

Twice we've taken cars here and been disappointed with the work and with the service. This past time my husbands car needed work. He brought it in at 7am when they opened and was told it would be looked at within a few hours and they'd let him know what the car needed, we went back that evening and it was still parked out front- they hadn't even looked at the car yet, in over 10 hours. He tried calling and it rang and rang and rang with no answer so we had to go over there to ask about it. They said it'd be worked on the next day. They ended up having the car for 3 days for an easy fix because 'the guy who was working on it didn't come in today'... isn't there multiple workers in that shop? Plus, our issue wasn't fully fixed, only really half-fixed. But we got the car back because it was needed for work the following day and we couldn't have it there any longer. The location is super convenient for me, but I'd rather drive further to go to a better place with better service. read more

I have never been to Firestone on Bald Hill Rd, Warwick before but needed an oil change. I found a coupon for $29.99 for a complete oil change. I made an appt for the next day for 2 pm and added on a tire rotation. I (mistakenly) assumed since I had an appt, that they would take me right in or at least soon after my appt time. I actually arrived early, but it was at least an hour before they took my car in and 2 hours after the appt time before my car was ready. It was very busy there so not sure if they were taking walkins, overbooking, or they were miscalculating how long things would take. My bill came to $45.21, so I assumed this was due to the tire rotation I had requested. Later I received an email with the itemized invoice. On it, it said there was no charge for the tire rotation (I called to verify this), but instead I was charged 21.99 for an inspection that they do prior to changing the oil. went there to change my tires, waited 4 hours when they gave me the car back the back seats and the passenger seat all cover in grease! I went back inside and complain about that and ask who was the responsible person who did the damage, , came out with me to see what I was talking about, I show it to the rep, she went I side to talk to the "manager" he came out with the mechanic ( a young man, who genuinly apologize) I was in tears because I liter spent $200 detailing my car. the manager goes " aww are you crying?!" I was so upset because if you saw my car you would think somebody did that maliciously! I told him look at it! it's everywhere, he cockily said we are going to clean it right now.. they started using a spray in such small a mouths, and rubbing it that the grease started to spread, he said " at least we gave you a good deal on the tires"!!! that was so out of place, like I should accept the fact how they gave me the car back!! I told him that I spent $200 in detailing he gave me a face like he did not believe me, he said I'm cleaning it. and there is no reason to cry! I told him of course is a reason, the money came out of my pocket not yours! i am in a budget and my 12 years old child seats here in the car. I went to the Firestone store on Post Rd in Warwick because one of my tires had a slow leak. Tires were purchased at this store and are still under warranty so I was told there would be no charge. When the job was completed and I went up to check out and get my keys the rep said the will be $82.00 because we had to replace the tire because the tire was not fixable. I told the rep before replacing the tire they should have called me to the desk and explained that my tire could not be fixed and explained that a new tire was necessary and told me what the charge would be. You always let the customer know things have changed before you just assume the customer wants to move forward. Other shops always come out and let you know if they find out a tire is not fixable. read more

I was not going to write this ,however an an older attorney i felt very despondent after today visit. This morning after just having another Firestone two days ago put air in my tire after replacing the rim it once once again read low tire pressure. A young guy told me that they were short handed and couldn't help i told them i had to wait so the young guy said ok. I checked in at 10:27! The other person whoi i won't identify was in the back newer once greeted me! At 1:15 a customer decided to intervene and spoke to manager who at 1:45 finally got me in. I was informed that tire under warranty was patched! This was not accurate the manager clarified this and said it was debris! I sat there for four hours in a building where heat was not working there was a shorage of help feeling inadequate!! read more

That gift card was for the service going more than twice as long as it was supposed to. SMH. UPDATE: they ended up doing it ALL for free today. Yay!!!! BUT...I needed two new tires and they put the same brand on one side (left) and the other brand on the right side and when I asked the manager about it he said he would've put the same brand on the front and the same brand on the back. I brought my car in for an alignment. The wheel was crooked, but the car would drive in a straight line. I get the car back, now it pulls hard left. I shrug it off, there's a million things that could have caused this, and mistakes happen. No big deal. I circle back, the tech drives it in a circle and tells me it's perfect. I offer to come back with a video of it pulling, and he says we'll take a ride together. The whole time he's revving the life outta the engine and slipping the clutch way more than necessary. Definitely shortened the life of my clutch, but whatever. He's insisting that it's perfect all while fighting the wheel to the right. Wont take his hands off the wheel. Wont listen to a word out of my mouth. After about the third time he came inches from crashing my car, I kick him out of it. He argues with me some more before he heads inside. I notice on the sheet that multiple things were left out of spec. The rear suspension on my car is non adjustable. It technically could be adjusted via shims behind the wheel bearings, but I specifically told them do not shim my wheel bearings, do not change the rear end. I told them this because I know the wheel bearing bolts on my car are corroded and have a good chance of snapping instead of unthreading. They said they didn't change the rear end, yet the before and after specs in the rear were different. Because the front end alignment is based off the rear, this renders the entire alignment inaccurate. Store manager was off yelling at people over nothing so the kid behind the counter who said he'd worked there two weeks was struggling to handle the situation. I had to sit and wait a while before the manager did her job and refunded my Monday. . She made no attempt to understand or resolve the new problem with my car. When corporate was contacted they sent me $50 store credit (wouldn't even be enough to get my car aligned again) told me to go away. Didn't care at all that they rendered my car unsafe to drive. This horrible alignment shredded my front tires. I did however perform an alignment with tape measures in my driveway and corrected most of the issues. So all in all, out a day of my time, and a $300 pair of tires. Thanks Firestone. read more

I want to share my review here as well. *****Buyer beware rings loud.***** On 11-04-20 I went to the Firestone located at the Warwick Mall, Warwick RI to have my tires high speed balanced and rotated. Simple enough right? While waiting, the service advisor (I won't mention names) called me to the counter to advise me that they recommend I replace the engine air filter and the cabin air filter. Also, I had a light bulb out (true) and they were unable to tell when the last time the oil was changed and that I should have it done. I went in for a tire balancing and a rotation. At no time did I request for them to do anything else nor did I give them permission to touch anything. I became agitated at first but knowing the game, I simply stated no thank you. I began to fume knowing that the only way they could inspect the cabin air filter was by removing articles that were in the glove box and disconnecting the door stops to allow it to drop down. I also never saw the technician working in the engine bay at the area of the air filter. Nor should he have been to work on my tires! I couldn't stay quiet so I challenged the service advisor as to how they knew I needed the engine air as well as cabin air filter. I asked him if they took the contents out of my glove box, disconnected the door stops as well and if they also removed the cover to my air filter. He immediately began to back pedal and said "let me go ask the mechanic". He came back in and stated no, they did not take anything apart but were recommending the items due to the age of my vehicle. I used to be a mechanic when I was younger and maintain the family automobiles myself as I have been doing for the past 40 years. I worked in used car lots in college and used to buy and sell cars years back. My car is a 2007 with 130,000 miles in pristine condition. My car wouldn't breath or the air wouldn't circulate properly if those filters were not maintained since 2007. If they had checked the dipstick they would have seen clear synthetic oil that hasn't even been in there long enough to get dirty. It is pathetic that they recommended any additional service at many levels. The service adviser knew I was upset and that they had been caught red handed improperly trying to upsell. He became very different in his demeanor. I am a retired police investigator, I know body language very well. He was like the cat that ate the canary with a feather still dangling in his mouth. Harvey Firestone (the company founder) said himself, "I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business". They have the audacity to have that as a sign in their customer area. First off the wait time is awful, . . Every time I'm in the building this one manager is just sitting around, not answering phones, watching the other men work . Very high favoritism goes on, some guys don't even get cars to work on, they get sent to move tires. You can hear them in the back . It's sad !! Specially when people are waiting on their car for over an hour !! I don't know how this place is still in one piece. You can hear the men arguing a yelling at each other. The store manager just lets this all go on, and looks over the BS. To the young men that work at this store I see you keep it up sorry you have to deal with such shit. The worst auto care we have ever received. I have never gotten a state inspection on my own, was always fortunate enough that my Dad took care of it, and they totally took advantage of that. We were lied to about the amount of time it would take to fix my car, when I asked if I could pick my car up after being told a list of things wrong with it he simply repeated his words slower and spoke to me in an extremely condescending way. Then I was lied to again after telling them I needed my car by Tuesday, they told us they could fix the immediate needs by Tuesday and then we could figure out a time for the rest. I then called to check on it and was laughed at, while finding out that they wrote a note not to fix my car until the diagnostic was run... which was not an immediate issue. My father was appalled when I told him these things and ended up going down there to pick my car up unfinished due to the lack of professionalism and other issues described above. read more

Welp, this place has really gone down the crapper in the year I've been gone. I needed my alignment checked and tires rotated before a long road trip. I figured I'd go to these guys, since I'd had such a great experience with them in the past. (Keep in mind, I was traveling from GROTON, CT (!) because of this great earlier experience.) When I called the day prior, the guy on the phone (don't remember his name) looked me up in the computer and told me I DIDN'T need an appointment for this service. Very simple: they'd "squeeze me in" whenever. NO PROBLEM. Awesome! Sounds promising. Also sounds like someone just didn't feel like booking the appointment, as I found out later. I showed up the next day and the front desk guy (Alexander) made it abundantly clear I was not welcome for an sort of squeezing in. ("You want me to put you ahead of all these people?" I think was the exact quote.) No one likes cutsies, guy -- but don't you think you should also do SOMETHING to fix this? I did my part! I called for an appointment! YOUR compadre was the one who told me about the squeezing! Two hours later, I ask what the status is from the three guys joking and toking inside. The waiting room is completely empty, but they don't even know what car I'm talking about. Really? When it's finally brought out, getting answers about the alignment is like pulling teeth -- but twice, I need to hear about how the guys are "just trying to get out of here". Forget the terrible customer service. Now I've got to question basic competence in the job. Did they actually DO the service, or just leave it to the side and give me the car at the end after forgetting about it? This place is a FAR, far cry from what it was a year ago. No more "garage filled with big brothers" feel, definitely. I don't know if the old crew died off in some sort of Firestone gang war ... but this new gang is no bueno. At this point, I'd consider it a "win" if the wheels don't fly off mid-road trip. Seek assistance elsewhere. read more

BEWARE SCAMMERS !!!! Made an appointment for just an oil change. They called me and said my tie rods were so bad that if my daughter drove it the tires would fall off! I stated that I didn't ask for an inspection,just oil change, I have a normal mechanic who does my work on my BMW. Tried to charge me $140. for the oil change what the hell, my normal guy does it for $75. When my daughter picked it up they brought Oil change down to $125 gee thanks. NOW ever since we got it back we have oil coming out so much daily I finally get it to my mechanic and he said they broke/racked the seal and the fan belt is so saturated with oil I need to replace it too. AND the kicker my Tie Rods are perfect!! My wheels will NOT be falling off. Tried to scare me into fixing something just for the money. I went here before for service about 2 years ago and really had a nice impression, WILL NOT EVER BE RETURNING. read more

Never going back. I had previously had good experiences at this Firestone location, but I totally got screwed today on labor charges for CHANGING A HEADLIGHT. I brought my car in initially for an oil change. Said I'd go walk around the mall for a bit while they worked. A little while later I get the call the oil change is done but they have xyz recommendations for other maintenance. So I go back to Firestone to go over it. I had a headlight out, so I gave them the ok to do just that. I go back to the mall to grab something and about 15 minutes later get the second call that the headlight is all set. I go back to Firestone to pay. My total charge was $191. I thought that was kind of high, but I needed to get to work so I didn't argue. Checked my emailed receipt two hours later to find they had charged $100 for LABOR to change the bulb! I called Firestone from work, assuming this was an error. I spoke to the associate that helped me, and he said the labor charge was correct. I asked how, as it only took 15 minutes. He said it took more than that. It certainly did not, as I have call logs on my phone that show 22 minutes between the first call saying the oil change was done and the second call saying light was done. read more

A great example of unprofessionalism across the board. The employee who checked me in hardly made eye contact with me and talked to me in a very condescending manner. He told me it would take 1.5 hours for a simple tire repair. Sure, they seemed a bit busy but it still seemed like a while for a simple patch. While waiting, the manager was on the phone berating someone about a tire shipment. It seemed to me like a conversation like that should have been done in a closed office rather than in the lobby with multiple customer present. Service is horrible. Dropped my car off for one new tire and mount. I was called 3 hours later that it was all set. When I got there it hasn't even been started, waited there for another hour and a half. Needless to say they didn't replace the valve stem and they even mounted the tire backwards! I went to have my car inspected and it failed due to the tires. I asked for a price quote and decided on the cheaper tires since I was not expecting this expense at this time. The tires I asked for were under $100 per tire. They did not have them in stock so they said they would call me when they came in. The timer is now ticking since they reported to the state my car had failed inspection. After a week, I had to call them on he status and the tire manager said they were in and it was $150 a tire. He told me they were the B F Goodrich tires which I had not ordered and I told him so. He said he was not able to get the tires I wanted within a week so they got me those. He also made me feel hostage to buying them since my inspection failure was reported to the state. I told him I wasn't going to pay that and hung up with him. I then e-mailed their headquarters and told them the whole story. Apparently someone there read my e-mail and contacted the tire manger telling him to give me the tires at the original price quoted. Good customer service on the part of their corporate office but not this specific outlet. I now go to the Firestone in Coventry/West Greenwich. They are also cheaper which I thought was odd but I guess they don't have the high rent near a mall. read more

Have used this place for years but service definitely getting worse. Made appointment a week in advance for 4 tires and dropped my car off at 10:00 a.m. and still wasn't ready at 5:00 pm when I returned. That wasn't the problem though. They left my truck filthy inside. Grease stains everywhere from the seats to the visor. I think my days going there are over. Now I gotta have my seats seats and visor detailed. read more

I've been going to this Firestone for years for my state inspections. Never again. I made an appointment for 7am on a Saturday morning. I was there waiting when they opened and they brought my car in right away. No problems there. 30 minutes or so go by and the counter guy tells me it's going to fail inspection because of the two front tires, two front brake rotors, and front brake pads. They wanted $250 for tires, $170 for brake pads, and $320 for rotors. A total of $740. I declined. I was told if I came back in 30 days with it repaired they would not charge the $55 inspection fee again. I was able to get 2 tires installed for $204 elsewhere, and I purchased pads and rotors online for $104. A total of $308. My main complaint is when I went to replace the pads and rotors, I discovered they were both in perfect working order. The rotors weren't overly worn and there were no ridges on them. The pads were at about 60%. They clearly did not need to be replaced. Now because I needed the inspection sticker I changed them anyway. I went the next day after work around 5:30pm and I was told all of the "inspectors" leave at 5. The store closes at 7pm, but Firestone can't employ someone to work those 2 hours. So back I go at 7am on Saturday, get my sticker, and go home. I meant to bring the old 60% pads in and ask why they failed but I forgot them in my garage. I'm never letting any of those clowns touch my car again. read more

TL;DR: These guys aren't mechanics, and they are just looking to rob you blind. Terrible customer service, terrible work ethic, and incompetence should disqualify them from ever touching anything besides tires. Absolutely horrid experience, and incompetent employees... Dangerously incompetent. My vehicle had recently begun to misfire, and I knew it would require at the minimum new spark plugs, and I would fix the coils as needed. I work during the week, and only could spare the car to be fixed on weekends, which Firestone had time available. Their hours are actually amazing and super accommodating. That's the only positive I have for Firestone. I called up on a Monday and spoke to someone to set an appointment for that Saturday. Although he was more interested in the conversation he seemed to be having with someone in-store, he set me up an appointment for 9:00am. He also says its about 2 hours, and around $200. Awesome. I get to the store at 8:45am to check in, but the guy at the counter says I don't have an appointment. I confirm the number, and it's correct. He says he can fit me in, but it will take a little longer. ok, no problem. So I sit, and my car is brought into the garage around 9:45am. I told them to do spark plugs for sure, and that I would probably need coils. I state that coils are expensive, and although I would love to change them all at once, I would like them tested to see which ones are actually bad. My guess was cylinder #3, because thats the code that was appearing first, far before the others. He explains that would be an additional $100 diagnostic fee. You know, the fee Auto zone does for free, or that a real car repair shop will deduct if you actually get your car serviced. But I digress... Instead of checking the coils, they just check the OBD codes, which I already knew what it was posting and told the cashier. $100 to check codes and they are telling me all coils need to be replaced, without even popping the hood. At this point they quote me nearly $1100 to change plugs and coils. I say no, that I would just do the coils myself (literally 1 bolt holds them in) and just to do the plugs. I then wait 3 hours for them to do my spark plugs. Half the time the mechanic is chatting with the part deliveries, and the other chatting with the cashiers and other mechanics. 3 hours later, my car is done, and I get the bill. Nearly $460 for just spark plugs and to plug in an OBD scanner tool. Billed over 2 hours in labor. Thats double what I was quoted. I pay and go home, and buy my coils. I go home to replace said coils. I pop them out 1 by 1 until I find how incompetent Firestone is. In my picture, I pulled out a coil, held together by electrical tape, and with a rotten rubber tube. Gee, I wonder which coil was the bad coil. Swapped out the 1 coil and misfire gone, and car runs like new again. If they popped the hood open, and took more than 4 secs to diagnose my care, I would've happily paid them to replace this coil. Instead, they didn't, saw the issue, didn't notify me, and put it back in my vehicle knowing that is is dangerous. The picture speaks for itself. AWFUL CAR & CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DON'T EVER TAKE YOUR CAR! TOTAL RIP-OFF! We took our care here for a new battery and a state inspection. They kept the car 2 days and charged us $100 to run diagnostics for the inspection, then told us something went wrong and the diagnostics couldn't run so they couldn't do the inspection but they still charged us the $100! For what? A service they didn't do??? When my husband asked they hung up on him!!!! Never going back!!!! read more

If you need your tires replaced in a timely manner, come here. I know there are cheaper deals out there; but I needed my tires replaced before I went on a road trip. I managed to be able to find a deal where I could get the 4th tire for free, so it worked out really well for me. They were able to get my tires on in 1 hour and not have me go to the poor house. And they didn't hassle me too much with extra add-ons. That's a win in my book. read more

I live in providence and usually get my car serviced by a mechanic in Pawtucket, but when I called to make an appointment for a state inspection on a Saturday, the employee there told me they were all booked for a couple of weeks. This led me to try and find an auto shop near my job. Google led me to Firestone, and when i called, the employee was able to get me in 7:45 am the next morning which was a Friday. THANK GOD THIS HAPPENED!!!! The manager there, Chic, was not only courteous, respectful of me and my time, but helped me out tremendously with a problem I had regarding my registration (it's a long story). After rushing around to the DMV and AAA, I was able to come back and get my car inspected ASAP- I was in and out of Firestone in less than an hour. Not to mention he was HILARIOUS and so was the other guy who is expecting his first kid soon (sorry i forgot your name). They were both professional but also kept me laughing, so thank you both for such a wonderful experience. I may end up switching from my current mechanic to here. I bought 4 new tires for my car. Ten months later I ran over a screw. I took it in the same day and I had a road hazard warranty. All it cost was $20 for a new tire. Mike at the service desk is extremely helpful! read more

Incomplete Auto Care... These guys waisted my time and do not offer what they advertise. I called ahead and asked if they would swap out my all season tires for my studded snow tires (I typically seasonally change the tires). The guy on the phone, Chris, said sure come on down and we can get it done. Unfortunately, when I got there the guy at the counter told me since the snow tires where "used" they could not put them on the car. I explained I was swapping out my current all season tires for my studded snow tires which are in excellent condition. He said they would not change out the tires if they were not new or firestone tires. I asked him why they did not tell me this on the phone before waisting my time and he had no good answer. I ended up at Sears Auto service a quarter mile down the road...they did the service no problem....go there instead. read more

Used to be ok, but no longer. All about the sales, what I said went in one ear, out the other. Quoted me over $700 for 1 caliper/rotor and emergency brake cable, not making any real effort to free up the cable from the bad calliper that was source of the issue. Since an inspection was involved, I guess they thought they had me over a barrel. Not in any way nice about it either. Seems they are just marching to corporate sales orders now. If I want to get screwed, I can go to the dealer, but at least they would fix it right. Last year, they mis-installed 2 radiator hoses, and I can't tell you how many visits it took to get resolved. Finally, it was leaking bad when I was down in Delaware, took it to a dealer, and got reimbursed by Firestone. In all fairness, the E. Providence location started the work, but Warwick was involved too. There was 1 good manager who resolved the issue, used to be at EP, last I heard at Warwick, but was not there on my recent visit. By the way, Pep Boys down the road was so bad in this way a few years back that I refuse to ever try them again. I'd say Firestone (another location) would be fine for tires, if the price is right, but that's all. read more

Since moving to RI 3 years ago I have been bringing my truck to this Firestone location. The guys there are always very friendly, accommodate my last minute scheduling and explain in detail anything that needs to be done in addition to my original visit. They are very good at walking me through and showing me why things need to be done. I bring my truck here for anything that doesn't require the dealership and haven't had any issues. read more

I've been to firestone 2x and both times there was issues. 1st time I went to get an inspection and leaving when I pressed on the brakes they swicked my car has never done that before turns out the guy didn't put something back on correctly. Second which was this Wednesday I asked Nick about what was the difference between synthetic and normal oil change. I ONLY ASKED i come back after the oil change and he told me the total $50 I was like maybe thats just taxes plus the air conditioning check. Untill I looked at the receipt and saw that I was charged for the synthetic oil change when I said no I didnt want it I only asked . I am upset because idont know if he actually gave me the synthetic blend that I DID NOT ask for or did he just charge me for it. The reason why I gave it 2stars because my oil change was in a timely manner but. Service wise/ customer service was no good men were arguing it wasn't professal and clearly He didnt listen to what i asked for. Will I come back ...might not read more

I had a great experience with this shop! I was way overdue on inspection and needed to get in ASAP. I called here on a tip and was told to come in at 9 the next morning. When I got there, I was told it would be 2 hours, which annoyed me because I foolishly believed that when he said to come at 9, I thought they would take my car right in at 9. I let that go because I've been driving for 25 years, and even though that's what I WANT to happen, it never ever is. HOWEVER...I realized I didn't have my registration, and they kept me in the queue while I went home to Providence, tore apart my house, and brought it back, at which time they were ready for me.
