I booked my son's 7th birthday party with less than a week's notice. Our priority was to have some obstacles courses, ninja training, and a private venue. Covid is a big worry for us but we had the whole place to ourselves. Besides the coach that entertained the kids, there was maybe 1-2 other staff members. From what I understand, the whole birthday crew there is vaccinated. They also require proof of vaccination if somebody wants to take their mask off, which I really appreciate. Everyone did their masks the whole time, including all the kids. Sanitizer was everywhere and the place was big and clean. Everything went very smoothly and the two hours we had booked flew by faster than my 7-year old on an obstacle course. The coach, Rich, was very good. He was friendly, energetic, kind, and even showed off some really cool trampoline tricks which made the kids' heads explode. We only had four kids with ages ranging from 3 to 8. Rich made it fun for all of them, regardless of age and capability. Really good communication throughout the planning process with both calls and emails. The only downside is that the place does not have any central AC. There were some fans but overall it was pretty hot, especially since it was like 100 degrees outside. If they could get some AC it would make the place perfect. Even with the heat, I definitely recommend this place for awesome ninja training and a great party experience for active kids.

This place is amazing. So happy that there is a place like this in Moreno Valley. Great outlet for kids and great way to let out excess energy and get them away from the video games! My 6yo has just started with the Little Heroes parkour class and is having an absolute blast! The coach is absolutely wonderful with the kiddos. The gym is clean and well laid out. The front desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter absolutely loves her class and is learning how to be safe when she's crazy!

This place is Amazing!! I have my 2 daughters (Audrey & Jaelyn), attending classes here. The minute you walk in, you feel part of the family, with a warm welcome. I love the instructors on how they were able to work with each of my daughters. They are enrolled in Ninja Class and Aerial silks. I highly recommend this place to everyone. I am an adult in his mid-20s and was interested in trying out tumbling. I found Firestorm Galaxy on a whim while asking a friend where to go for Tumbling since I was interested in learning. I was told to go to fire.... something and eventually found this location on either Google or Yelp. If you are a college student, there is also a college student plan (essentially a slightly discounted monthly rate) which made it more affordable. I was extremely nervous during my first visit and signed up for Tumbling. I was also scared that I would be bored to death since I had some prior experience. I had Coach Saul during my first visit, and I really enjoyed it, especially since he was able to get me started on side flips on my first day! I later credited my free trial session towards membership - a very nice perk! Shortly after, I ended up transitioning from tumbling to tricking and stayed mainly in tricking with Coach Zesty, who taught me enough within six months to level up to Orange Rank! (Note: I was a blackbelt in taekwondo prior, so I had a slight head start) I was astonished at how much I had learned in six months from kicks to acrobatics to transitions that I eventually signed up for private lessons with Coach Zesty. Despite my interest in learning techniques that were well above my skill level, Coach Zesty never denied the request, and I was able to pick up the basics of flips, B-Twist, Aerial, LazyBoii, SailorMoon, etc. even as an early orange rank. I also had the opportunity to try trampoline and aerial silks before leaving, and the coaches were always proactive in focusing on the newer folks around. One of the main benefits of Firestorm is that there is a small staff to student ratio, and as a result the staff have time to focus on each students' individual skills and goals. While I was there, Summer and Matt often ran the front desk and were extremely responsive to email communications. Firestorm is one of the few organizations that I confidently stand by as their administration is seamlessly smooth, a rarity in other establishments that I've attended. No hidden fees, unrecognized / forced charges, or delays in communication. The Firestorm family is very tightknit, and each member is a family, evidenced by the staff knowing our names despite not being in their classes. Overall, I would consider Firestorm Galaxy one of those hidden gems in Moreno Valley, and I hope I can find a similar community wherever life takes me in the future. At the time of this writing, I noticed that Firestorm has a 5-star review. I was curious and sorted review from Low to High, with the only critiques being Wi-Fi issues (never an issue when I attended) and the lack of Lyra (niche community) which I would personally consider as a resolved issue // non-issue as of 2021. Regarding COVID, the facilities are EXTREMELY clean, as ALL equipment are wiped down with an alcohol spray after each session. When a staff member had COVID, the facilities was on recess for several days to keep everyone safe. TLDR: Firestorm is an affordable place to learn new skills & party tricks and a fun way to stay fit. While the prices have increased marginally since I started, I would not consider it grossly overpriced compared to other facilities of the same caliber, not to mention how their attention to detail and focus on quality rather than quantity. My daughter has been interested in parkour for a while so I was very excited to find a gym with a summer camp so close to our home. Camp was our first experience at Firestorm and it was amazing. Everything was so well organized and there was plenty of staff on-site to supervise. My daughter came home after the first day and could not stop talking about everything she did and how much fun she had. She was also exhausted which meant that she was active all day. By the end of the week long camp, she was asking me to go to open gym and take classes. Open gym gave my daughter a chance to show me what she learned. The coaches are great at giving kids encouragement and feedback. There is also a major focus on safety which is really important to me. read more

Firestorm galaxy is the best gym for my boys. I decided to put my two boys, who attend a charter school,in trampoline class. I was a little scared due to the fact that one of my sons has Autism and the other ADHD. But they were so accommodating and worked with them according to their needs. They have the BEST customer service. They respond promptly through email with any questions or concerns you may have. It is very professional. My kids love to be here and I am happy I found a place that makes us feel safe and accepted. read more

I wanted to share my experience with the silks classes at Firestorm Galaxy. We moved to Moval in 2022 and previously, my daughter took classes in OC that were well-structured and affordable. At Firestorm Galaxy, the pricing is much higher, especially with the added annual insurance fee, which seems excessive and illegal. When my daughter attended the silks classes, I was disappointed to find that all levels were combined. This caused chaos, with the teacher struggling to give proper attention to everyone. It was frustrating to see kids crying and not receiving the guidance they needed. My daughter, who was in the moderate level, ended up teaching beginners, which was not what we expected. If the classes were organized by level, it would benefit everyone and create a better learning environment. Additionally, the expectation for kids to track their own progress seemed unnecessary if the instruction was effective. Overall, my daughter stopped taking the classes. She no longer does Silks or Hoops. She gave that up. She was so good and now it's over! I hope this feedback helps improve the program. Thank you for your attention. read more

My son took his first class here and loved it so we are signing him up for a membership as we speak! He tried both the parkour and the trampoline class during his trial membership and actually ended up loving the trampoline class more so we are going to give that a try. The facility is large, clean and nice. Staff are also very friendly and accommodating and there is an area for parents to watch kids practice which even has an elliptical! Would definitely recommend this place if your kid is looking to get into parkour or something similar read more

We had been looking for a gym for my 8 year old daughter for months. A friend started going here and invited us to Open Gym, and my 8 year old fell in love with it. She wanted to try an aerial silks class and absolutely loves it. The staff are amazing with kids, super helpful in supporting them in what they want to do, and the facility is very clean. Great "Little Heroes" class for kiddos 4-6. My daughter loved it. She was active running and jumping and climbing the whole time. Only downside is that it was very hot inside and the AC did not seem to be working. Lots of fans though. read more

This place is excellent with my boys. The boys are entertained and having fun while working out. My boys visited the first time with my sister and they absolutely loved the whole course. They couldn't stop raving about how fun and exhilarating their class was. I highly recommend bringing your kids here for not only the friendly staff and awesome coaches plus great excerise at that. I just love the excitement my youngest son has on his face every time we visit this place. read more

Went in for Aerial Silks. Coach Matt...Ahhhh-mazing! Check out IG reel @aloha_pearl808 They provide multiple comfy seating areas to watch your kiddos learn & grow. Fun & safe environment for all! They also allow you to earn experience levels for motivation. Super friendly staff!!! GM, Summer, very informative for all your needs. Just wish they offered Lyra & Aerial bi-weekly switch overs to allow body rest & transition, but we are definitely excited to join their Ohana for Aerial silk classes! Went for trial class. The coaches are great with young kids and teach them not the skills but also discipline. Kids loved it and cannot wait to start classes. The place is not air conditioned so it does get cold in the winter for parents waiting there. Also can be a bit chilly for the kids during open gym because they have to be barefoot for it. read more

History

Established in 2013.

Firestorm opened our first gym in 2013 looking to create a home for kids, adults, and families who wanted to have fun and learn awesome skills while getting a good workout. We focused on creating an awesome community, where friends get together to play and have fun doing while doing things they are passionate about. In 2019 Firestorm expanded to Westminster Ca. and Moreno Valley Ca, in Riverside County.

Meet the Business Owner: Justin T.

Justin has been coaching Acrobatics (Gymnastics, Parkour, High Diving, etc) since the age of 13. He grew up a competitive gymnast and college High Diver. After earning his Eagle Scout Award and earning his BS in Engineering from CSU Los Angeles just worked for various Cirque companies as a high level performer. Justin opened Firestorm Freerunning in 2013 with a group of close friends and fellow acrobats, looking to create a home for the growing community of people looking to get fit, have fun, and find a home for their passion!

The equipment seems well maintained although there is usually a piece of equipment that is marked for servicing. The staff all seem nice and there is one gentleman who I think works weekends and is good about cleaning. Honestly this is one of my favorite locations due to the layout and spaciousness, but they really need to work on the cleaning aspect. There was a really bad body odor smell in the men's locker room the last time I was there. Also a few times I have been there the pool or jacuzzi has been out of service but they are good about communicating to Members and servicing quickly. Aside from that no complaints. I just wish there were locations closer to me because driving the 25-30 mins it takes me to get there makes it hard to get a workout in during the week. Really love this location on the weekends as it's not too crowded most times.

Sheree's Pilates, yoga, Yogalates, and barre classes continue to be challenging and effective. I've been her student for over two years now, and the difference in my abs and strength is amazing. That we can study with a professional ballet dancer for the price of a gym membership cannot be overstated, and to be honest, she is the only reason I'm still going to this gym. The turnover in trainers is ridiculous because they do not treat their staff well. I am a professional educator and understand people management, and what I see as an outsider corroborates what different former crew and former trainers have told me. Not one of the original staff from when I started is still there. Also, all the trainers that impressed me as a powerlifter and bodybuilder and gave me effective and challenging workouts are now gone. I don't want to have to keep starting over with a new trainer every few months, so I've canceled my training package. Finally, the turf area is kind of a joke. They still only have up to 40# KBs that I can see. They replaced the sled with this rolling thing that I never see anyone use because it "is easier for a lot of clients." Who goes to the gym to do easy things? I'm giving this review 3 starts because of Sheree Skiles and the fact that the pool is clean and I enjoy using it. I am disappointed to say the least. If you are serious about lifting, and fitness, I'd have to say look elsewhere.

They began signing people up around July 2024 before the gym was even open. I joined specifically because the salesperson told me they would be offering water aerobics. As of today, there are still no water aerobics classes included with membership. I asked an employee about it and was told the only option is a personal water aerobics session at $40 per class, and they only offer two per month. So instead of an included class, it would cost an extra $80 each month, which is completely misleading compared to what I was promised. On top of that, I referred three friends who all signed up within a month of each other, I was told--by the manager back in October 2025--that I qualified for a free year of membership, which I was not awear of and he even set it up for me. Despite that, I received notices from PayPal that EOS was attempting to charge me $24.99 for this February and March 2026. Not only is my regular membership supposed to be $19.99, but I shouldn't have been charged anything because of the free‑year promotion. They also increase the membership fee without notifying me. When I asked about it, I was told I actually didn't qualify for the free year because "all three referrals didn't sign up in the same month." I was never informed of this requirement, and it is not written anywhere. So why did the manager tell me I qualified? Why would it be set up on my account, only to later claim I don't meet the requirements? This company has poor communication, makes misleading promises to get members in the door, and seems to have very little regard for its customers. The saying "You Get What You Pay For" truly applies here. I would gladly pay more for a gym membership that actually communicates honestly and delivers what it promises. EōS really need to check its policy and be a little more considerate of their members.

We went today, which is a Friday and although the street signs said No Parking on Fridays due to street sweeping, at least a dozen cars were parked so I took a chance and parked on the street too, hoping the patrol and street sweep already happened. I carried our camping chairs and stuff and posted up inside the splash pad where there was shade under a big palm tree. They had 4 concrete benches and ledges but most were not shaded. A bunch of families had their blankets and chairs set up outside the splash pad fence under all the trees. The restrooms were just past the front of the entrance to the splash pad. The play ground was right next door with some shade and a good size jungle gym and 4 swings, 2 of which are those giant chair swings. And because it is summer, the school district had 3 pops that were serving free lunch to all the kids. Fridays was cheeseburgers, which was perfect! They packed up around 12:30pm, so come before noon! We had a blast and will definitely come back this summer!

Unfortunately, after a recent incident that I don't want to get into, my opinion of this park has completely changed. While I had never experienced anything quite like what happened during my last visit, I have had smaller, somewhat similar situations happen here before. I brushed them off at the time, but after this most recent experience, I definitely look at this park differently. One thing I have noticed almost every time I've visited is the amount of children who seem to be completely unsupervised, running around and doing whatever they want without a parent nearby. I'm definitely a helicopter parent when we're at parks because anything can happen in a matter of seconds, and let's be honest, the world we live in nowadays doesn't always feel safe. I understand kids are there to play and have fun, but parents still need to be present and aware of what their children are doing. During my last visit, there was also a group of people smoking weed at the park, and the smell was EXTREMELY obvious. Listen, there's nothing wrong with what adults choose to do on their own time, but please keep it away from children and family areas. A children's park and splash pad is not the place for kids to be surrounded by the smell of marijuana. It's unfortunate because I genuinely enjoyed bringing my kids here, especially for the splash pad. But after my last experience, I highly doubt I'll be returning. Sometimes one situation is enough to completely change how comfortable you feel in a place, and unfortunately, that's what happened for me with Celebration Park.

Brought my son for a test class because he's been wanting to do parkour for a while, since they are back open after shutdowns, i decided to see if he would like it, and check the place out, and it's awesome. You are quickly greeted by friend, helpful employees the second you walk in. The reception area is clean and smells great considering there's lots of boys running around with their shoes off. I was expecting a gymnasium/bowling alley aroma, but nope...it's fresh. Large comfy seating area with wifi for parents to watch classes. Class areas are clean and bright, well staffed, and apear to be built with safety in mind. From my observation, the instructors seem warm, encouraging, attentive and focused on fun and safety. Firestorm Galaxy has NINE LANES OF SPRING FLOOR, an air trick (full time inflatable floor), giant foam pit, Olympic trampoline, 3 aerial silks, a little kids section and two massive parkour sections! They have the best classes around and tons of "Open Gym" (open play time for kids and adults) and a bunch of extra curricular events (Parents Night Out, Birthday Parties, Private Events, and more)! We did a trial class today for my two boys age 5 and 8, so we tried out the Little Heroes and Parkour and stayed for the open gym. They LOOOVVVED IT!! We signed up to become members and they are absolutely looking forward to their classes. They both loved their coaches and the class. All the staff did a great job of explaining everything and everyone was super friendly! He is a little bit scared of heights and jumping so I was interested to see how it would go but the coach took it slow(not easy) for him and he really liked it. I missed their policy's deadline by 5 days. Despite giving more than reasonable notice, they refused to accommodate or offer any form of resolution. You will be charged even if you cancel and do not attend because they keep your card on file. On top of that, when I tried to discuss the issue, I was met with rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism. As someone who has worked in the customer service industry for over a decade, I was shocked and deeply concerned by how poorly this business is run. Additionally, they announced they would be closed on Labor Day, which fell on my child's scheduled class. You'd assume that would be credited or a make-up offered--nope. We were told she couldn't make up the class, and we were still charged for a full 4-week month despite the fact she will only be receiving 3 classes. Beyond the financial issues, the facility itself is subpar: it's very warm, making it uncomfortable for both kids and parents, and it's extremely difficult to watch the older kids' classes due to poor layout/design. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I strongly urge other parents to read every bit of the fine print before signing up. Or better yet, take your kids elsewhere, like we have. If you take the time to read their other reviews, you'll notice we're far from the only family with concerns. Don't waste your time or money here.

They began signing people up around July 2024 before the gym was even open. I joined specifically because the salesperson told me they would be offering water aerobics. As of today, there are still no water aerobics classes included with membership. I asked an employee about it and was told the only option is a personal water aerobics session at $40 per class, and they only offer two per month. So instead of an included class, it would cost an extra $80 each month, which is completely misleading compared to what I was promised. On top of that, I referred three friends who all signed up within a month of each other, I was told--by the manager back in October 2025--that I qualified for a free year of membership, which I was not awear of and he even set it up for me. Despite that, I received notices from PayPal that EOS was attempting to charge me $24.99 for this February and March 2026. Not only is my regular membership supposed to be $19.99, but I shouldn't have been charged anything because of the free‑year promotion. They also increase the membership fee without notifying me. When I asked about it, I was told I actually didn't qualify for the free year because "all three referrals didn't sign up in the same month." I was never informed of this requirement, and it is not written anywhere. So why did the manager tell me I qualified? Why would it be set up on my account, only to later claim I don't meet the requirements? This company has poor communication, makes misleading promises to get members in the door, and seems to have very little regard for its customers. The saying "You Get What You Pay For" truly applies here. I would gladly pay more for a gym membership that actually communicates honestly and delivers what it promises. EōS really need to check its policy and be a little more considerate of their members.

With the help of Miss Erika and Miss Karlee, he has developed so much physically and become confident in his ability to do things, so I'd say he developed mentally a lot from coming here as well. Miss Erika has been guiding him consistently from the very beginning and guiding him based on his individual strengths and weaknesses. The structure of the classes is also very engaging and fun, while also teaching the kids discipline. It's a great balance. Lots of kids come through the studio, but the experience feels so personal. Any time I have a question, Miss Cyndi at the front desk has an answer for me and has always been so accommodating. I highly recommend this place!
