Unfortunately, there have been several times when they've sold out early or closed before expected, which can be frustrating for customers making the trip. It would be helpful to keep their online channels updated with real-time hours or sell-out announcements so customers know what to expect before arriving. With a few operational improvements, I truly believe this place could be one of the best BBQ destinations in the city. I'm rooting for their success because the food absolutely deserves it.
