I had placed many online orders for pick-up on my 30min lunch break, to ensure I had proper time to drive to, pick up my food, and quickly drive back from the restaurant. After a few pick-ups took around 20mins after promised time, I was pretty upset. I was told they only start making food once the person is there to pick it up, so I asked what's the point of placing an order online and receiving a pick-up time, when the food only starts to get made once you're at the restaurant to pick up? That's when the owner stepped in (My family and I have had many pleasant convos with him before at the old location), turned red, bunched up his face, and legit yelled at me "What do you expect? Do you want your fries to be cold or do you want them fresh?" (I was taken aback, and responded "I expect my order to be ready at the time indicated"). He told me I could go elsewhere. I get it. I was receiving consistently poor service and was upset when I asked the cashier about timing, so he stepped in to defend his worker. What I don't get is how you can tell a customer to go somewhere else when they're expecting their food at the time promised (or at least within 5 mins...I'm not THAT picky). I ordered, paid for the order, then my wrap was being prepared. I see the worker putting the finishing touches on my wrap, crisping it on the grill.. so I wait to be handed my order. While waiting, someone else comes in.. orders and pays, customizes their bowl.. receives their bowl ....and then is given an extra bowl that a customer didn't pick up and was told it was to make up for the "wait".. meanwhile, the worker who made my wrap has long disappeared and my order has been sitting on the grill. That person who came in after me, has now left. I only received my order a few minutes after that. Btw there were no other people in line waiting. Just me, standing there for over 15 minutes waiting on an order that was done. Also, the way I was talked to was not okay when I was asked was 'said bowl' my order. So unfortunately, this came across as racially motivated, since I was treated as less of a priority. And it's really rare that I feel that way but... this was a weirdly rude experience. Will not be returning. Thank you for my meal.

I ordered a jumbo hotdog with everything and no pickle; after waiting almost 15 minutes, I get to the window pick up and the girl tries to hand me a bag of food. I told her that I only orders a jumbo hot dog she grabs a bag a handed it to me. I drive off and halfway to work I check to see if my food is still warm and to my surprise, I had a piece of birthday cake and no hotdog :(. I have to turn around and drive back to this location and I go inside and speak to a very nice young man. I explain to him what happened and he have someone make my hotdog right away. Plus, he told me to keep the piece of cake. Whatever have to genuine good customer service. Is that too much to ask....I am spending my money. The return trip almost made me late for work :(.

My friend has a membership already so we were able to drink one of her bottles with our lunch. Ok, we ended up drinking two of her bottles. LOL. They chilled her bottle in a chiller table side and put a little garnish on our glass for the sparkling wine we chose. The blackened salmon was terrific! It was soooo delicious. I had the lobster, crab bisque it was ok. I enjoyed our wine and the vibe of the restaurant. We sat at the bar and our bartender's name was Megan! She was terrific. I was even able to taste one of the wines I had my eye on. I was told I can try two wines every visit. Stop it. A tasting per month, a tasting at the table? I can't wait to come back.

Our waitress was exceptional -- attentive, professional, and genuinely accommodating throughout the evening, despite being clearly stretched thin. She maintained a positive attitude and provided excellent service while managing responsibilities that extended far beyond serving tables. What was disappointing, however, was witnessing the waitstaff also being expected to perform bus boy duties. Requiring servers to constantly clear and reset tables while simultaneously attending to guests creates an inefficient and, frankly, tacky business model for a restaurant that presents itself as an upscale dining establishment. It places unnecessary strain on employees, diminishes the overall guest experience, and makes the lack of adequate support staff highly noticeable. The waitresses handled the situation with professionalism and grace, but management should seriously reevaluate this operational approach and invest in properly supporting their staff. While the food and drinks were very good, I will not return until this issue is addressed.

The private room was comfortable; it didn't feel overly crowded or anything, even though there were at least eight tables for dining and then a few others for food and gifts and whatnot. The one thing that was a little weird was that there were a couple bathrooms in the front of the room, which seemed like an odd and somewhat conspicuous place to put them. There was a bathroom out in the main restaurant, too, and also a family bathroom which I appreciated. That's where the changing table is located. Parking seems minimal--unless I missed some, it didn't actually seem like enough for the size of the restaurant. But they do have a private lot.
