He said it was being PDI'ed that day but he would see to it that it would be ready Friday morning. We arrived Friday and met with Greg to find it not only PDI'ed but out in an area to access a ride. After a thorough review we said we'd like to give it a night to think about it. The next morning I called and we agreed on a price-an excellent deal considering the scarcity of this particular model. Spoke with Jenny the Service Manager who got me fixed right away. The service techs were also HD trained mechanics with a great "Can Do and Do it Right the First time" attitude. They'll be doing more work on my bike. I strongly suggest no matter what brand of bike you have give 395 a call. You'll be impressed with both the quality of service and happy with the price.

They never communicated the change of plans with us as the vehicle owners or the insurance claims agent even though they had both contacts. When contacted to find out why the car was in their yard instead of the body shop, the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and confrontational. Her care was all about money and lacked any customer service! If you can, choose a company that cares about you as a customer!
