I disclosed I had a disability and it was necessary for me to get to my medical appointments safely. I purchased tires and informed the woman that if I couldn't get they mounted I would need to return. She even marked areas that we saw may be punctures. The woman recommended a place right down the street to mount the tires. The staff there would not mount them due to age 20 years old and condition. I was given a receipt for store credit. Thanks for stealing almost $500 from person with a certified disability. It's 100% against the law to sell tires in the condition and age they sold them. Nev. Admin. I bought 4 new tires from here in August 2022 for my vehicle. The brand name of the tires I had…read morenever heard of before, but trusted what Larry told me about the tires. All in all I drive very little and between August 2022 and Sept. 2024 I had put 20K miles on my car. 2 of my tires were almost bald!!! When I had asked about warranty of the tires they said I had not come in for the proper tire rotation. I only had them rotated 2 in 2 years. (My fault for not realizing tires need rotation every 5K miles) Well, long story short, I had to replace my tires. There was not an offer of discount, since the tires were only 2 years and only had 20K miles on them. I did not replace my tires here, nor will I go back. Customer service is becoming a thing of the past.
