(Part numbers were the same). When I contacted Concours, Jay had no explanation on why the screw weren't the factory type. He told me to send the parts back and he would refund my 30 dollars. I already spent 1O dollars shipping and he didn't offer to pay for return shipping. Since I ordered parts based on the catalog description and it is wrong for a 64 Galaxie, Concours should pay for the return shipping. I may not do business with them anymore.

I have to get it towed to a mechanic shop all to realize that they put in the wrong battery and my terminals would've been fine if I had the right battery. Phone numbers were exchanged, handshakes ensued, more talking and some chuckles and I was standing there for several minutes. I don't know what they were talking about but it certainly wasn't important enough to waste my time. The associate completely forgotten me and not once acknowledged me. A simple; "Just one sec sir" Would have been enough, or better yet, he should have told the guy to hang on, since I was there first. I got tired of standing there and got in my car. The associate never even saw me drive away in anger. I wasn't just ignored, I was dismissed. This summer (in a couple of weeks actually) I am rebuilding an 83 GMC squarebody and planned on getting my parts from this store, but that won't be happening anymore.

SCAMMERS!!!! Sold me tires that the tire place would not…read moreput on. I called and drove over an hour after the woman said there were tires of the right size she would put on her vehicle. I disclosed I had a disability and it was necessary for me to get to my medical appointments safely. I purchased tires and informed the woman that if I couldn't get they mounted I would need to return. She even marked areas that we saw may be punctures. The woman recommended a place right down the street to mount the tires. The staff there would not mount them due to age 20 years old and condition. I was given a receipt for store credit. Thanks for stealing almost $500 from person with a certified disability. It's 100% against the law to sell tires in the condition and age they sold them. Nev. Admin.
