Thai was super helpful, called me back even when I was busy and unresponsive and gave a very competitive price. He came to look at our place, suggested a few things, but was not pushy at all when we wanted to restrict the area that we wanted sanded and coated and polyurethane. You know what, when he was done the place looked BRAND SPANKEN' NEW!! He also walked us through how to care for our floors, and did not take payment until we saw the finished work. I've got to say, I had no idea the place could look so nice!! Our home had some sun damage on the floors, but when Thai was done with it, you couldn't tell! Don't waste your time, call Thai! There were a couple of large bags of trash neatly tied up in our garage when they were done; they're heavy - but attests to the amount of work that Thai and his team put in! I needed a granite slab for a small kitchen countertop for my newly remodeled basement. Tons of…read moreremnants to choose from. The price was very reasonable compared to other quotes. Install was quick and easy. Backsplash was cut from the same piece of granite and looks fantastic. I gave the guys an extra $100 to install the back and sidesplash on my bathroom vanity and they were happy to do it. My one problem was with the undermounted sink they provided. Along with squared edges, the base of the sink is flat so water pools rather than draining. This in turn leads to soap and water stains. I recommend shopping undermount sinks before agreeing to the one they'll provide.
