They'll let your stuff get ripped off and then they'll rip you off too!! I stored my Honda CRV here for 4 months for $60 per month. When I went to pick it up, I assumed the battery would be dead and need a jump. No big deal, my boyfriend brought his truck and jumped my Honda. When i turned it on, it ROARED!!! We looked under the honda, and someone had sawed my catalytic converter clean off! Stole the O2 sensors also! When we brought it to the attention of the supposed manager, Gavin, (who is some punk 20yr old kid!), he didn't care at all! His attitude suggested that this has happened before and he knew he wouldnt be held responsible so why bother. We found a hole in the back fence where someone could have broken in, told the manager and again, he shrugged, unsurprised and told us he'd call his "fence guys". He didnt even get up to see it for himself!! We asked to talk to the owner of the facility, and Gavin the manager told us thats a violation of privacy and he couldnt even tell us the owner's name. Seriously?! What kind of business is this?!?!?! And then to top it all off, just like other reviewers said, he wanted a 30day cancelation notice and made me pay for another month even though my car had been violated and I was removing it from thier property that day. I've had a lot of storage units over the years but this one has been the best experience. The grounds are clean, my unit when I moved in was clean and the guy in the office (I think his name is Jordan) very professional, and always has a smile on his face. The day I forgot my phone I locked my keys in my car. He was off work at 6. Not only did he let me use his phone he waited with me til 6:45 until my tow truck showed up to do a lock out. Zero stare ....... yelp need a star .....obligation #This storge is not safe at all... 4 months ago somebody cut my locks ...they didn't take anything ....so I didn't file a compliant ..then last week my door and and the next door neighbor got burgled, thief cut the locking leaches, they took 2 electric bikes and one nice high end c700 racing bike, Manger Jordan in a nice man ,he called me to tale me that last Friday ....then I went there called the non emergency Sheriffs # he came put the report in order to file almost claims....then I got another call on Monday Jordan told my that the next door of mine ...the bad guys came on Friday night cut the lock this time ...I went there after finishing my work...some items missing ...I call the sheriff office again around 7:20 pm ....they said wait by the storge .... I got a call from the same officer who wrote the first report ....i told him this is a new incident.. new burglary...he said wait some body coming to ...then I kept waiting until 10:30 pm by the storge ,, then the Sargent called me to tell me they will put it as a new report, I got the # , then he said you can go home, we are full staffed today .. No compassion for customers. They rather sell your stuff then see you pay and save your unit out of auction. Been there about 5yrs got behind in payment more then once but always came and paid the day of auction. I have paid thousands of dollars in lein fees. Jordon acts like he goes out of his way to help you and is quick to sell your stuff. I moved to the bay area he wouldn't even give me a hour to drive there to pay I have been dealing with health issue and I have told them that. He acts like I was a problem tenant there. He sells units on the side he calls them managers specials. I had two units at one time condensed to one he told me leave whatever I didn't want in the the unit and he would put in "the managers special auction".he watched me move one unit to the other with only a dolly by my self in the heat with health issues. Then put the unit in lein, guess he didn't want the stuff. Jordon is a power hungry a fake he acts like it's good then pulls shit behind your back. He auctioned a life time of memories of family I don't have anymore for $480 and who knows how much it sold for. Everyone has hard times you think pay every month no problem , til it is a problem. This place also owned by Brandon who is the owner of Tiger Storage on Q street in North Highlands. I finally got my vehicles out of this crazy place. The owners tried to keep me from leaving the complex yesterday . I hired a tow truck driver to move my vehicles. On the last trip the office manger tried to keep us there inside the gate. She wouldnt open the gate till I pleaded with her. I was renting 6 parking spots at 25.00 each for one year. Yesterday was my last day at that rate Had I stayed there, my rent would have increased to 60.00 per month per spot. Wow!! What a scam. There are signs at the gate warning customers. One sign reads " No Smoking . A 50.00 fine will be added to your account." Now they have added new signs. This one states that if u use their water faucet , you will be charged 50.00. Also, they have a guy who stays at his storage unit every day from 5 pm till 9 pm. On the weekends he is there all day. What does he do there every day? He cleans..cleans and cleans and cleans. He has 3 storage units full of cleaning products. The water and chemicals he uses have stained the pavement. The owner hired an idiot to do some yard work a few months ago. He used a weed trimmer to get the weeds out of the gravel parking lot. Rocks were found on the hoods of all the cars parked there, not just my cars. I found several chips in my windshield. The owner told me to call the Sherrif. He acted like I was making it all up. Just stay away from these idiots. They dont need your money. The owner has a brand new Corvette , Camaro, Charger, and Ford truck. read more

We were 42 days late I called told them I would be down to pay it I was 2 hours late and they sold my unit it had everything in it all paperwork close everything they didnt bother to tell me when I call there that morning that they were auctioning it off. ZERO - no stars is my rating for the shiesty business. There is no "customer service", they are money-hungry, and will charge you for your monthly rent and anything else they can think of. We rented a storage unit and a parking space for one month. When we told Chris, the "manager" we were vacating he told us we needed to sign a vacate form, and then charged us an additional month's rent. We checked in with him in the office when we finished emptying the unit and had it swept clean. At that time we asked it there was anything else we needed to do, and he told us "no, we were all set". Friday, 5/29/2020, he called us to say we needed to sign a "release" form so he could rent the unit and space. We still had 11 days rent on the unit based on the extra month we were told we were required to pay. If we could not get there in person to the storage location to sign the release form, we would be charged another month's rent. We asked for the owner, and was told he was not available, and there was no way they could email the release form to us or an email to return the signed form. Completely incompetent and such a scam. If your payment due on 1st. Give them move out notice on 29th, or 30th. Don't give them move out notice after your rent due, If you're giving move out notice on May 2st then you will move out only on July 1st. Fulfill their tricky rules and they won't be able to get you. I took storage 10 miles away from them in Rancho Cordova. Won't be surprised if people come and destroy their business. read more

If there was an option for zero stars I would have chosen that. The facility is fine but they are FEE HUNGRY!!!! They will charge you for pre lien fees before you are even 30 days late! AND they wont prorate your rent when you move out! I may have paid late but I always paid and they got a lot more of my money than they should have. I really don't even know what to say at this point. I called to make my final payment the last week of August, and put in my 30 days over the phone which I was told was fine. Then got a call a few days later that I needed to come in and put in a written notice, which I did on September 3, moved everything out of the unit on the 12th, and I'm now being told that because my last day would technically be October 3 that I have to pay for the entire month of October. I have requested that the owner reach out to me four different times now today and the call center just keeps rerouting me to the same guy at the location. Who keeps telling me I owe him $130. It doesn't seem morally right to try to charge someone for an entire month of rent, when they are only there for three days. Not to mention all of my stuff has been moved out since the 12th, so they could've had someone in there this month. I haven't even used it since then. Don't use these guys, just seems like slimy business practices to me. Please have the owner call me. read more

Worst customer service I have ever received. I tried to call and pay my bill every day the week it was due and got no answer and no return call. Keep in mind I had asked to put the payment on auto payment the month prior so I didn't have to call monthly, but Josh was new and wasn't sure how to do that at the time. So anyway, I left several voicemails expressing my concern that the unit was past due because I couldn't get a hold of them and still no one returned my voicemails. After several weeks of regular phone calls I finally got a hold of Josh. At this point they had tacked on late fees and pre-lien fees to my account. I told them what had happened and that I had been trying to get a hold of them for weeks and he took zero responsibility. He said they've been busy, but refused to remove the fees. Then when he tried to pull up our account he realized it had been closed. He said there was not a lock on my unit and so they assumed it was empty and therefore they closed my account along with several other accounts. This was a shock to me, because there was a lock on my unit last I was there and no one else should have had access to it. He said that they had a break in recently and that I may need to file a police report. All of this and not once did anyone ever try to contact us. Clearly I was very upset, so just to be sure, Josh went and looked in my unit and to my relief our things were still in it, so he said he'd put a temporary lock on it and contact the owner because he couldn't accept payment until the issue was resolved and the account was made active again. After all this he never called me back, I had to call him AGAIN and still once they had corrected their mistake and reopened my account they were adamant about keeping the extra fees on the account even though I had been persistent about making a payment. Like I said, the worst customer service I have ever received. This place is super sketchy and I would not recommend anyone using them for their storage needs. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. When you sign a contract for a certain amount of time at a certain price, watch it! The fine print (the guy who works there admitted to my husband that it's in "the fine print") charges a fee for ending the contract! For example, we had a contract that went from 11/4 to 12/4 and when we got all our stuff out of storage, we informed the company (it was LONG before 12/4 by the way) and it could have (and probably did) rented the unit on the day after we informed that all our stuff was out. Nope! We had to pay an additional $273.00 (for a storage unit that was $220 a month) because that's what the "fine print" stated. We've rented storage units before and we never heard of such a thing nor have we been scammed like this. Read the fine print if you choose to rent from this place. Better yet, don't rent from here. This place is so shady, it needs to be closed down. read more

On more than one occasion I have had this facility and its management take advantage of a situation to bill me and hold my possessions hostage until I pay. Most recently I had three units in which I had two units that I was vacating and relocating my customers to their home. Due to a shortage of trucks in the area my reservation was not fulfilled on a timely basis. The units were emptied a few days later and swept out. Dan the manager insisted he had to charge me an extra full month for each unit and they would not prorate the charges. I would have to agree with others they are not a facility you should do business with. I rent storage units and at times will have multiple units because that is what my customers need. At present although I have paid all of their outrageous fees the two units I vacated, but have paid for have locks on them which are the facility's locks and I don't even have access to the units if I wanted to use them. Unlike others who might vent their frustrations with posting their dismay, I will offer them a taste of their own medicine and file a small claims suit. They are greedy and self serving, opportunists looking to screw you at every turn. The best advice I could offer is not to do business with them or anyone who is affiliated with them. read more
