One thing I appreciate the most is that she has allowed me to book my appointments ahead of time because of my busy schedule - it shows that she's flexible and is willing to go out of her way to exceed her client's needs. Following those incidents, I was on a hunt for a new lash home and tried a few other places that didn't do it for me until I landed here. I inquired for a lash appointment after reading some prior reviews and ended up getting booked with Gianna. When we first met, I told her how I generally like my lash extensions -- she listened, added her own twist, and the rest is history. I have been seeing her religiously since -- and, I think we are going on 3 years. On average, I see her every two weeks but sometimes more if I have a special engagement or travel plans in the horizon. Now, on to her skills of this trade. Some people acquire a particular skill set through rigorous training and certifications and while that may be true in this case -- I would argue that she is simply gifted. I often tease her that she's a perfectionist because she doesn't cut corners and never settles for just the average. She focuses on ensuring that each lash extension really matches her client's lash line because as we all know, no pair of eyes are ever the same. I appreciate how she makes the style of the extension work to bring more of a dramatic and elevated look without making it overbearing to the face. And overall, I always remind her how sweet and kind of a person she is. She's down to earth and speaks from the heart when we talk about life, family, travel, relationships, etc. -- I'm so lucky to have found her. Now, if you want a talented and very sweet artist added to your beauty team then Gianna is your girl. Book in advance though because she doesn't accept walk-ins. Cash only.

A good friend of mine, who's lashes always look amazing, was telling me how much she loves Jasmine…read more I have been wanting to get my lashes done for a long time, but was worried after hearing stories about eye infections and seeing other people with some pretty gnarly lashes. I decided to get them done for my wedding and was so lucky that Jasmine had an appointment available the day before I left! She was very sweet and nice. She explained to me all the different lash options and when I told her what I wanted my lashes to look like on my wedding she gave me a clear recommendation which was the 2-3x volume lashes. My eyes are pretty big and I have a ton of lashes and the appointment took about 2.5 hours in total. Jasmine never complained or seemed to rush. She painstakingly applied every lash and they came out looking amazing. My lashes looked amazing the day of my wedding. The main reason I wanted to get lash extensions was because I knew I was going to cry like crazy the whole day and didn't want mascara running down my face. These lashes looked better than mascara ever could and I got nothing but compliments from all my friends and family. My lashes actually looked pretty good for the seven weeks after my appointment. I was careful to follow Jasmine's instructions on care and they held up extremely well. I would lose 1 or 2 every day, but because I had so many it never looked too splotchy. I didn't get back in time to do a fill because I was traveling for several months after my wedding and she is really hard to get an appointment with! If you are lucky enough to get in then book your next appointment well in advance. I wish she was in San Francisco because I would get my lashes done by her all the time. Unfortunately, since I work 9-5 and she doesn't have weekend appointments it's not possible to keep my lashes up with her.
