When we called Advanced Security Safe & Lock, they said they could absolutely do the job. They arrived on time and placed both safes exactly where we wanted them in our basement without damaging anything. We were so impressed that we later hired them to change our locks. The job turned out to be more complex that we'd thought, since there were two types of locks in our home. But the technicians were able to switch out the cheaper locks for a reasonable price so we only needed one key for all of them! Every worker we dealt with was professional and responsive. I meet guy from Potomac view Energy in my driveway. He pulls out back of free stuff. And asks me if he can "come inside".. I said "No." He then places the free stuff back in his trunk and says "Ok I'm leaving." He then proceeds to call me a dumb*ss,, *sshole, gives me the finger, etc. I tell him to reverse out of driveway while I'm standing in front of his car.. He then drives forwards and hits my legs! If this how they give away the free stuff for energy program, that we actually pay for in our bills.. I would avoid them for everything else.

This was our 2nd time using Creative Deck. This review is for customer awareness. We contacted the…read morecompany and discussed these matters with them before posting this. #1 - Although we are the property/homeowner, you do not have to be home during install. We are nervous homeowners. We took off work to be there. Unlike other construction we have used, Creative has only ONE crew that installs. That weight is on the ONE foreman who will have to take off work unexpectedly. No one showed. #2 - Calls the day of. We were called the morning of and asked "Can they come today?" We felt this "same day" scheduling was very erratic, compared to what we experienced with this company before. #3 - Customers - mark your wires and inform your adjuster. Your buried internet and automower wires are not marked by the Utility company. Inform your adjuster so he/she can help you get these marked. The 3-star rating was a 1-star. The company took time to speak with us about the issues, so we are showing some teamwork. Gary has been there for decades and knows his stuff. The management here - doesn't have time for conversation or empathy. They will throw the paper work back in at you, and you can see that response in their comments to reviews here. Sometime everything legal isn't moral/correct. We aren't sure we will use them again. It just seems sloppy and unorganized for our type of property ownership. I'm sure it would work great for other types of homeowners.

I addressed the need for good communication prior to signing the contract. I was assured this was not the case, that people are just bitter, and I was assured good teamwork. Well...Communication was HORRIBLE. Job was supposed to be done in 3-4 days, took over a month to build my fence (from first dig until completion). Excuses included: our guy unexpectedly left the country for the month, our machines broke down, we realized we didn't have the parts (tied a plastic bag around the gate instead of a latch and left without talking to me), we need to come back and dig bigger holes (fence came dissembled and parts leaned), broke a pool pipe and needed to order. When I spoke to Jim and stated that I was at the point of writing a poor review. He replied, "Well, when it rains it pours; Some customers have good experiences." I met the project manager 3 WEEKS after initiating the job because I went outside to talk to them. Project manager NEVER knocked on my door or reached out to communicate these problems or delays. Returning calls were always a different person and it took over a week to respond to emails unless I mentioned BBB. I informed them that I wanted to discuss the final payment. They returned my call while I was out of town for the holidays and then charged my cc without my consent. Again, do not recommend!

Here are my reasons: 1) They were the mid-price company, however they did offer 0% financing. 2) One of the other company's did not offer 0% financing. The third company did offer 0% financing, but was $4,000 more for the same quality of window. 3) The window installers work solely for Window World. These installers did a fantastic job and it was completed in one day. 4) Due to construction laws I needed tempered glass on the second floor. Window World provided me with the tempered glass as required free of charge. My estimator Craig Schwartz spoke to the owner and said "Free of charge, Merry Christmas". 5) Windows were installed on February 9th 2023. After signing on the dotted line, Window World ended up being the best price of all three companies. I would recommend Window World to the next customer.
