These were mobile locksmiths. I called the dealership but they were about $100 more than the prices I was quoted by the mobile locksmiths AND they told me it would take about 2.5 to 3 hours to cut and program! On Baldino's website they had 3 options for my fob. Naturally I chose the least expensive. Why pay double when you don't have to? They do ask for your VIN number so you are assured that you are ordering the right key. Which is reassuring when spending this amount of money for a key. I ordered the key online and when it arrived at the store, they gave me a call and I was able to come in the same day and I was out of there in 20 minutes! Great job! If you need a car fob DON'T go to the dealership. Go to a locksmith and the great thing about this place is that they have various locations.

I told them I was having Airbnb guests and I would be out of town and the lock needed to work. They charged me $150 to WD-40 the lock and said it was fine. June 29 The lock broke and my guests could not get in the house and called me. I called Pimlico Key several times. It was a Saturday and I did not find out till Monday that they do not work on the weekend, which surprised me due to the nature of their work. I even attempted to contact them through Facebook messenger. They never returned my calls or messages. I them again Monday at 11 AM and spoke to Stacie who found it amusing that I was upset and even laughed. Said the invoice recommended. I change the lock which is untrue and I never received an invoice. She was extremely rude and I asked to speak to the owner Kyle. I have called back twice to speak to him and still have not received a call from Kyle the owner.

I had an emergency with my front door where it is old, had broken, and was a major security risk as I could not secure the door from the outside. I was desperate to have someone look at it, hoping to get any help possible, and had called 3 local lock & key operations. I had a visit from another outfit who left me with a $200 bill and no actual resolve, because the lock was busted beyond what they could fix on the spot. Easter's had given me a window prior to the other guy coming out. So, when he left, I called Easter's to see if I should still have them come out, or if the guy that came from another company had done everything that they would have done. The lady from Easter's who helped me (I feel so badly that I've forgotten her name) was so incredibly nice and helpful. We were back-and-forth via phone and email for over an hour, at which point she agreed that her technician would likely run into the same problem of the lock being so badly broken, it wasn't something they could fix on the spot. Even though they never actually came out, I felt as though they were so willing to help, thorough, and really made me feel like they went the extra mile for me, without even coming here to do the work.
