I love my…read moreengagement ring but everytime I go to the required six month check in for the life time warranty we have a bad experience. The bad customer service started when we first went to pick out a ring. I love aquamarine because it is my husband & I birthstone, my favourite colour and I don't like diamonds. The worker shamed me for wanting the ring it picked. My husband & I could only guess she wanted a bigger sale which she would of gotten because we were getting a Disney necklace & bracelet before the comments. We also got the life time warranty which I need to bring it into the store to get clean & inspected. They can never find our account. We bring in the paper warranty with all the info and still they have issues. They have multiple system and none of them are connected. Now the visit today, 24 Feb 2024, was awful. We arrived right after opening, 11:02, and waited 36 minutes to get help because they were understaff. When we finally started to get help we told her I was here to get my ring serviced & 2 stones replaced. She put my ring in the ultra sonic & said she could only clean it since it wasn't/we didn't have a diamond band(we got my wedding band somewhere else). I told her with my warranty my stone would be replaced & ring fully serviced. She continued to say no. After about 5 minutes of back and forth she finally actually read what our warranty covered. Then we had the issue of pulling up our account was a 10 min ordeal. We signed & initial all the paperwork where she told us. I took a couple minutes putting on the paperwork in my folder. We got a message an hour after we left the mall from the woman saying we initial where we were suppose to sign and she couldn't process our service and we needed to drive back to sign. We talked to the store manager about the message & she handled it to where we didn't need to drive back(our only decent interaction with zales) I honestly have such awful feeling attached to my engagement ring that I really love that all stem & compound from that first sales rep.

Soon after, he decided to spend MORE MONEY and upgrade to the 14 Pro Max. He returned the phone the following Wednesday, November 16th, but found the store closed. I accompanied him the following day, November 17th, which, according to Cricket's policy, was the last day to return the phone. On entering the store, we were told that the "system was down" and we couldn't return the phone. Being concerned that this was the final day, I reconfirmed with the clerk, Mohammed, that we would indeed be able to bring the phone back and upgrade the following day. Mohammed deferred to his "manager", who dismissively quipped "maybe I can pull some strings". I love good humor, but she wasn't joking; she was flippant and full of attitude. I commented that their system problem wasn't our fault and we needed some assurance we could return the phone. The manager interrupted me and said the system being down "wasn't (their) fault either". At this point, I should have realized I couldn't trust anything this person said, but again, I reconfirmed that we could return the phone the next day. She reluctantly agreed. The following day I brought the phone in myself and found that the only person in the store was "Alex". Alex was helpful and generally upbeat. He mentioned that the "manager had told him about us" and he began the return process. I reached out to my son to get the necessary passwords to reset the phone but soon found that Alex was having problems. Apparently, he was unable to "authorize" the return. He needed Mohammed, who would not be in until the next day. He phoned someone, presumably the friendly manager, but that didn't solve the problem. I asked him what we should do and he said I'd need to come back when Mohammed was there. The next day, my son brought the phone in and spoke with Mohammed. And guess what? He told my son that they could NO LONGER ACCEPT the phone, as it was "past the return date". Concerned, my son called me from the store and I spoke with Mohammad. He was sympathetic but told me he'd been specifically instructed not to accept the return. In addition to that, he was also instructed NOT TO PROVIDE HIS MANAGER'S NAME. You might ask yourself, is this the policy of a legitimate business, to hide the name of the supervisors? How about lying and misleading customers? I have been using Cricket Wireless service for many, many years, but that is about to end. I would recommend for anyone considering doing business with these people that you look at the many fine competitors out there who actually want your business and will work to earn it.

Young guy that wanted to be any where but there so I left and went to Metro and as I was impressed by Metro, there was still some uneasy feeling I kept getting so I went down to the next shopping center and that is where I met Louis and Darlan at Cricket. They both are very knowledgeable and very friendly customer service. I ended up coming back and buying my phone from them and also got 2 free phones. They were able to save me so much money and time. All the questions I had they were able to answer and I plan on sending anyone I know there because I had such and awesome experience that I have never had with any other carrier. As far as Cricket's service, it works just as good as AT&T and Verizon so it is a win win for me.

Terrible store would never buy another thing from here. I was having back pain so we bought a new…read moremattress back pain. Continue to get worse went to a doctor etc. physical therapy still having a problem. At first, thought I had injured myself, but I'm convinced it's the mattress. I contacted the company because it had only been a month and an half. Was told they needed to speak with their superior, And would call me back. I waited for over a week and a half never got a response. Finally I reached back out and was told there is nothing they can do since it's been longer than 30 days. Any mattress company and any experts will tell you that 30 and 90 days to fully get used to a mattress. It's been two months and one week and this is the biggest piece of crap I've ever purchased. These people are crooks and I would never buy another thing there.
