Every time we go to Zales jt is an awful experience no matter which location we go to. I love my engagement ring but everytime I go to the required six month check in for the life time warranty we have a bad experience. The bad customer service started when we first went to pick out a ring. I love aquamarine because it is my husband & I birthstone, my favourite colour and I don't like diamonds. The worker shamed me for wanting the ring it picked. My husband & I could only guess she wanted a bigger sale which she would of gotten because we were getting a Disney necklace & bracelet before the comments. We also got the life time warranty which I need to bring it into the store to get clean & inspected. They can never find our account. We bring in the paper warranty with all the info and still they have issues. They have multiple system and none of them are connected. Now the visit today, 24 Feb 2024, was awful. We arrived right after opening, 11:02, and waited 36 minutes to get help because they were understaff. When we finally started to get help we told her I was here to get my ring serviced & 2 stones replaced. She put my ring in the ultra sonic & said she could only clean it since it wasn't/we didn't have a diamond band(we got my wedding band somewhere else). I told her with my warranty my stone would be replaced & ring fully serviced. She continued to say no. After about 5 minutes of back and forth she finally actually read what our warranty covered. Then we had the issue of pulling up our account was a 10 min ordeal. We signed & initial all the paperwork where she told us. I took a couple minutes putting on the paperwork in my folder. We got a message an hour after we left the mall from the woman saying we initial where we were suppose to sign and she couldn't process our service and we needed to drive back to sign. We talked to the store manager about the message & she handled it to where we didn't need to drive back(our only decent interaction with zales) I honestly have such awful feeling attached to my engagement ring that I really love that all stem & compound from that first sales rep. read more

Definitely wont recommend anyone coming here. Lady was really rude to my wife. We went in to get a diamond necklace fixed and she had a bad attitude and tried making us pay when we clearly told her the necklace was under warranty. She claimed that we needed to provide the warranty number and I told her I didn't have it in hand. My info is in the system and she could've clearly looked me up. She shouted at us from the other end of the room in a very unprofessional manner to get our attention as I tried talking to another worker to get him to help. I will no longer be spending any money here where the customer service is extremely poor. Other than the warranty on the 3 items that I've purchased in the past here, there will be no other reason for my return. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars.. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!! My wedding band needed 2 diamonds replaced, dropped it off Jan 3rd & told it would be complete Feb 7th but could possibly take 6-8 weeks due to Holidays.. Given a website link via email & to this day Feb 24th it is still showing only that it has shipped, so I called 1st time, lady was very vague said should be there 6-8 weeks, I said thank you hung up.. After 7 weeks & still no status change I called back & was told the same but told her I needed more info than this & she had the most disgusting attitude & said I was getting upset so I should speak w someone else, I was apalled!! Told her I was not upset until that point & wanted my ring info!! so she called corporate, said my repair was complete, & it could be there any time that week, this was last monday.. I waited until this monday to call again and told complete means in transit & there would be a shipment wed & thurs & should be there.. I was in the area & decided to stop & check if my ring had came in & another lady told me a brand new story saying there was no "Lu" I first spoke with & that Monica who I spoke to 2nd was lying bcz no shipments came in & next one will not arrive until Friday..
