This is my go to whenever I'm in Huntington Beach. I always get the chicken parm and my little grandkids love it.

This was our first visit, and unfortunately, we won't be back. My son ordered the lunch special with two "jumbo" slices of pizza, and I ordered the chicken parmesan lunch special. The pizza slices were definitely not jumbo--just two standard-sized slices. The crust was still raw in the center and completely flopped over when you picked it up. The chicken parmesan was the biggest disappointment. The chicken was clearly a frozen breaded chicken patty with that spongy, chewy texture you get from freezer-section chicken, not fresh chicken parmesan. The pasta sauce tasted like it came straight from a jar of Prego, and overall the meal tasted like it was made with very basic, low-quality, store-bought ingredients. The lunch special included a salad, but it was just chopped romaine, a few very thin, flavorless tomato slices, canned sliced black olives, and a side of what tasted like bottled Hidden Valley Ranch. There was no seasoning or anything to make it stand out. For two lunch specials, drinks, and tip, we spent over $25. The quality of the food simply did not match the price. We left disappointed and wouldn't recommend it. read more

I wish I can kick myself for not reading the Yelp reviews for Ameci Pizza before even bother ordering. The white knight pizza looks nothing the depiction on the menu. Burnt, overcooked and more crust than actually edible parts. It also has giant tomatoes instead of cut up tomatoes. The pepperoni pizza was also burnt and not very cheesy. The staff was willing to remake the White Knight pizza but only reluctantly. Saw the roach issues they had from a while ago and rude customer service problems cited as part of the reviews. Ok, been an Ameci customer for many years. I see them going down hill. Used to love their spicy Italian sub, but since they have raised their prices within the last few years the sandwich is very skimpy. These subs are well over $10.00 for 3 pieces of meat. I spent $65.00 tonight on 4 subs and an order of horrible chicken wings. The subs used to be substantial and filling. Now it's bread and a couple pieces of meat. Very sad! Step it up Ameci, or you will lose a very long term customer! UPDATE: Ameci's just called me and sincerely apologized for the low quality...and offered to replace my meal. Ever since I tasted their BBQ chicken pizza from my company's catering, I swore only to get it from Ameci. It's super bingeable. Also, my SO is sensitive to greasy foods, BUT this is the only pizza place that doesn't make him bloated or give him acid reflux etc. I also tend to stay away from greasy foods due to that, and this place is among the few exceptions. ameci pizza kitchen is a small pizza parlor located in the same plaza as dutch bros and sprouts. we ordered wings and a large pizza with sausage, mushroom, and onions at the counter! food took about 15 minutes to come out and the pizza was pipping hot! the wings on the other hand was not too hot, but they were saucy and came with a side of ranch. the pizza itself was very cheesy and came with plenty of toppings. the proportions was plenty to be shared between two people, we even had leftovers. the pizza and wings weren't too special, but if you're looking for a quick grub near the area, then ameci is not a bad place to stop by! read more

Ameci Pizza Kitchen Impressed me with their authentic Pastas. Their service was decent and were helpful, and were easy to get help. I got the Chicken Alfredo, and it was unbelievable how good it was, and it tasted like it was made from scratch and had a thick creamy sauce which is needed. The Chicken was juicy and was fall apart, and with the Hot Sauce, made it 10x better. The Noodles were fresh and nice, and had a buttery taste which was great. Hidden gem! Their pink sauce is on par with Mama D's! Don't let the lack of ambience fool you. This place makes awesome pasta. Just substitute Pink Sauce into any of their pasta dishes and you'll be very happy. The Ameci's House Special pasta sub pink sauce is awesome! It's penne noodles with peices of chicken, artichokes, and sun dried tomatoes. It comes with garlic bread in the form of a loaf cut horizontally. They only butter the bottom half of it, so be sure to ask them to butter the top half too. I really feel like they're missing a golden opportunity. They could definitely transform into a more formal sit down Italian restaurant with the great food they're already serving. They just need get warmer lighting and dim the lights a bit. Then put table cloths on the tables and serve formal dinnerware, plates, bowls, nicer cutlery. And then they could be charging closer to $20 for their pastas. As it stands you definitely get more than your money's worth with the pastas only priced around $12. Drink refills come at a cost, so maybe order a large size to start with. read more

I came in an hour before closing and received very swift service. I ordered a mushroom pizza and it was hot and ready lightning fast. This is the best pizza I've ever had. Someone at my hotel ordered 5 huge xl pizzas from here and the aroma was heavenly. I had to ask them where they got them from and they said Ameci! I ordered delivery and boy oh boy - the pizza was hot, fresh and delicious. I went with my go-to, sausage and Jalapeño- superb. We also got the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. The food is always delicious! My favorite is the salads, the Cesar dressing is beyond top notch. I first fell in love with the chicken salad it's got all the things to make just the perfect salad. What a big letdown. I love Ameci pizza at the Burbank and Glendale locations and thought I would get the same great quality pizza in Fountain Valley. I raved about Ameci's New York style pizza bread and its superiority over Costco's and managed to convince my family to order 3 large ones from here instead. While I appreciated the staff working late on Christmas to make the food for us right before closing, all 3 pizzas tasted like cardboard. Worse than Little Caesar and even some frozen brands.
