Low Class Smog* Save yourself from a bad experience don't go to this SHADY shop. Call the head to confirm they would be able to see me. Got there told the guy hey I called the head to see if you could take me Guy side eyes me and says oh that was probably my boss. See my truck says it's supercharged so he's not sure if he can smell it even though there is a CARB compliant sticker staring him right in the face. Then he gives me a price quote, which is double the price I see online. $49.75 but quoted $89 said I need the coupon. Don't play me kid. It's not my first day in the auto industry. So I leave call the number back whose boss sounds mysteriously like the guy I had just spoke to who proceeds to tell me to "Read the coupon bro" How's this for your yelp review? I recently had a great experience with Action Auto and wanted to share…read more My Honda CR-Z driver-side door handle mechanism stopped working (apparently a common issue with these cars). I had already purchased an OEM replacement handle from an authorized Honda parts dealer, and initially planned to have the dealership install it. However, the dealership quoted me a very high labor cost and required me to leave my car overnight due to their busy schedule. After doing some research, I found Action Auto in Cypress and spoke with Mark. From the very first phone call, Mark was friendly, professional, and transparent. Best of all, his quote was about half the price of what the dealership wanted to charge. The convenience was a huge bonus. They told me I could bring my car in anytime between 8am-5pm (and even Sundays 8am-3pm). I dropped off my car at 8:30am, and it was ready by lunchtime the same day. On top of that, they even offered a complimentary shuttle ride home--something the dealership no longer provides. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Mark's customer service was outstanding both over the phone and in person. The shop itself was clean and well-organized, and I noticed several repeat customers while I was there, which says a lot about their reputation. Most importantly, my door handle works perfectly now--just like when I first bought the car. I'll definitely be coming back to Action Auto for future repairs. I'll definitely be back for my scheduled maintenance. Prices are very reasonable on their own, and are a great deal compared to the outrageous dealership service costs. I pulled in to this place, the guy pulled my car into the testing area and we began to chat as he was getting my car ready. When I finally settled in to do some reading, he was already pulling my car out. I was done; he had run the check while we were talking. Before I could even gather all my stuff, he was handing me the certificate, charging me the amount we agreed on with no nonsense or upselling and sending me on my way. Quickest, most effortless smog I've ever had and right in my neighborhood. Cheapest smog check station ive been to. Sure, I was cynical about the reviews on this place. That's alotta stars for an emissions tester. Well, it deserves every one of them. This place does everything right. It's a quick test, no wait, friendly staff--the guy even made funny faces to entertain my antsy two year old. For people who deal with car exhaust all day, they sure have high spirits A hard working honest man that cares about the customer, this is what we have here. i have been taking my cars to this location for years now. i must say i am always at ease with him. i know he is a hard working honest man that goes the extra mile. his tests are honest and so is he. he is the person he is fast and looks our for the customer. speed he gets an A++ even when there has been cars ahead of me i never wait long, professionalism A++, he knows his business and does it well, being kind and easy to work with A++, he is no robot and you can tell he is a genuinely nice person. read more

Went to First Class Smog after seeing all the great reviews this facility had, their service was fast, friendly, and very affordable/efficient. The people working here at this facility truly do have a passion for smogging vehicles. They are very knowledgeable of smogging cars. They are extremely fast. They hold there value of there name First Class Service. I will definitely be returning back for my future smog checks along with referring my people here for smog checks if they ever need one. The service I requested was definitely met and much more. They offer snacks, water as you wait. I never been to a smog check station where they offer you snacks and water as you wait for your smog check. Highly recommend this place to anyone that needs a smog check. Do not hesitate or even think about this facility twice. Many 5 star reviews speak for itself. Will highly recommend coming to First Class Smog Check. They are extremely fast and friendly here at this facility. Quality of work was definitely met I will be recommend my family and friends here. They are awesome, the value of work is definitely here. Thank you so much for making this easy for me and my wife, also very close to home. Harold was fast, efficient, and trustworthy. He definitely does know what he is doing. They even offer you snacks and beverages as you wait, every other shop I've been to for a smog check so not offer anything, not even a chair to sit down. It was time for the first smog test I had to do in decades and I was dreading the prospect. A quick search on Yelp showed this place as getting stellar reviews and I decided to give it a shot. Even though I figured it would be pretty busy, I called over to the shop and Harold said he could get me in right away. I arrived early and Harold greeted me at my car with an introduction, a handshake, and a smile. We were off to a good start. He got my car in right away and explained the process Just like everyone else on Yelp, After a more 15 minutes, I left with everything handled. Came here to get a smog check. The gentleman here is very nice and respectful. Quality work is definitely here at First Class Smog. The work ethic they provide is extremely good. They definitely do take smog checks serious and obey all rules and regulations in compliance with the BAR. I would highly recommend any of my family and friends to this smog check station. I've been to other smog shops and they don't have the price like this smog check station. They check very carefully, and fast. Truly wouldn't regret coming here again for any of my smog needs. I had a great experience at First Class Smog. They were incredibly efficient! My smog check was done quickly. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I also really appreciated that they accept walk-ins, which made it super convenient. I went for a smog check and came out in less than 20 minutes. The technician, George, greet me and checked me in. He was informing me throughout the process. While I was waiting for the job in the waiting room, George offered me ice cold Coke. I was very pleased with his service and from now on George is the guy for all my smog's.
