Ha! Total joke. Interestingly, a year ago I would have wrote a 5 star review like the Yelp user "Chowder" recently did. But here I am, a year later and many text and phone calls later with no response to my problems with cameras that were installed. I hired them for home as well as my work and both places have had issues with cameras that just stopped working or tech issues, but STILL waiting for these guys to fix it. Blew me off numerous times and claimed they were "trying" to schedule with me, but that was literally hours before they wanted to randomly show up. I eventually gave up and went to a different service that came out, explained they had sold me on some cheap equipment and poor install. Totally compromised safety. So angry at myself for falling for the charm Shawn throws your way then drops you when there's problems. read more

These guys are very professional and they do a very good job. They set up our cameras in the office and warehouse. They were always on time and responded quickly when we had issues or questions. We've been using them for quite a while now and have had no problems of any kind. I would recommend these guys to any company big or small looking to install some surveillance equipment. read more

Shawn has such personal service. I switched cable providers and needed my info updated to get my cameras viewing on my phone again. He tried to do it remotely. When this did not work out, he personally came by on Christmas Eve to ensure this was done. Shawn always has the best state-of-the-art camera systems at fair prices. I called everyone ADT, Brinks and all the other national brands and Shawn seems to beat all of them in equipment as well as in service & support his company provides. Much better product at much better price. High quality digital equipment at fraction of cost what the others will charge you. We have been doing business with Shawn and His company since 2010 and never had any issues. You need support just text or call his support team and they will respond back within minutes and get to resolve any issues you are having. My fav support tech is Omar. Amazing! I have a huge lot, lots of construction was going on when Shawn and his team showed up and what happened? Shawn met me and my husband (did I mention how personable he was?) And inspected my home to decide on the game plan. Shawn invited us outside to discuss what his game plan was and his team got started. Throughout the process the team communication via walkie talkies of some sort and made sure everyone was on the same page. While the work was almost complete Shawn followed up with a tailboard (what are the next steps) to look over his shoulder to find a rattlesnake. (What does this have to do with anything you ask?) The fact that Shawn is really observant and looking out for his clients showed me that he and his crew was on top of their game. I would not recommend this company. Shawn installed a system for me a year ago and everything worked well. Recently I had an issue with two of my cameras not showing up on the screen in addition to the hard drive making loud screeching noises. I called Shawn, he promptly came over, seemingly fixed the issue and informed me as he was leaving that the cost of the repair was $150. 3 hours after he left, my entire system crashed and I have not had any service in over a week. Phone call after phone call and text message after text message went unanswered. When I finally did speak to him he said that service calls were not a priority for him, but he would "do me a favor" and try to find a solution to my problem. He then mentioned that I hadn't paid his invoice. I told him that I am worse off now than before he came. He obviously misdiagnosed the problem. Why on earth would I pay for a service that you did not satisfactorily perform? Again, prior to his visit the only issue I had was 2 cameras being out. I finally told him after a week of being ignored that I would find someone else to fix whatever is wrong with my system. read more

Can't say how bad & rude the customer service was which we received. Installation went smoothly & had nothing bad to say up until we had a small problem with the installed equipment. After over a month passing without even getting a response back, we tried calling again to schedule service, but instead Shawn would never get back to us & now over a month later Shawn calls us back & proceeds to tell us we were wrong for expecting to receive service. All in all there's no complaints on the installed equipment, but in regards to their customer service it was horrible! You don't call paying (we're paying a monthly service fee!) customers back weeks late, & you definitely shouldn't go on to yell at us trying to place blame on us for your bad service. Overall they'll treat you good up until they have you as a paying customer, then at that point they have no need to keep it up. read more

I take back everything I said..This company doesn't deserve 2 stars. How can you get away with selling a product that cannot be serviced by anyone other than your company. The invoice says there is a 1 year labor and product warranty. Yet, Shawn will not provide the owners manual that identifies the mfg. information. The owners manual has been modified to have only his company name. Any product sold in the US will come with an owners manual that will identify mfg. name, phone number, address and warranty info...... Customers who don't care about buying a no name brand or don't care about mfg warranties then Shawn has the product for you. You must also be willing to rely on Shawn for any future repairs since no other company will work on generic product....If Shawn was an upstanding business owner, he would realize that certain entities cannot buy generic product and give us our money back. Those who gave this company a good review, I would appreciate if you could post Manufacture name and model number of the DVR or NVR Shawn sold you? Or how about the Surveillance camera he sold you? Avoid This Company & Save Yourself Time and Wasted Money The owner, Shawn M., and his helper came to my home in January of 2013. His work was so poor I had to have someone else come in and do what he couldn't. I needed to connect to my DVR remotely. He told me it would be too complicated for me. This is only because he could not successfully perform the setup. He sold me an HD camera for $250 that is not a HD camera. I paid him on the 12th and my check cleared on the 17th. On top of all of this, he began calling me at work and sending emails accusing me of not paying and demanding I send him my cancelled check as proof of payment because he forgot to make a copy of it for his records. He's been threatening for months now to take me to court and sue. I've ignored his calls and emails (received one yesterday and today). I'm not the least bit worried. He / this company are a waste of time and money. Save yourself the headaches and call someone else. Not only is he really bad at what he does, he's even worse at running his business and tracking payments. read more
