One of my nails ended up breaking, but Mindy fixed it for me with no problem at all, which I really appreciated. The salon is clean, bright, and really pretty. The massage chairs are beautiful, too! Finally I start getting my nails done and the nail tech is literally rushing through the service and I am paying for this service and it is not affordable $62 for a bio gel nail fill just for the bio gel to lift on the cuticle bed less than 24 hours later. I gave a generous tip of $15 so it came out to $77 nearly at $80 and then now already started lifting so now I have to fix it myself. Very frustrating. I will not be coming back here.

It's a pretty straightforward setup. Tons of spa chairs on one side, and manicure stations on the other. The chairs are comfy, equipped with a drain system and nice massager thingies. Debbie took out a plastic packet with all the needed implements in it, so I was totally at ease, knowing bacteria wasn't an issue. The spa pedicure was $19, and very nicely done considering that it was the very very end of her day. Prices are really reasonable considering it's el valle.

They need to use plastic bags for each client pedicure, and is so wrong use the same scrabbles stone for every one, if some one have fungus you will get it too, they are so behind w the low of individuals use protection. read more

Ann was not welcoming or friendly from the moment I arrived, which already made the experience uncomfortable. But the actual service was even worse. She applied the Gel X nails and then cut my cuticles afterward, cutting so much of the skin surrounding my nails, not even the actual cuticles smh. She went so deep into my nail bed that she actually made me bleed. There is absolutely no reason for a basic manicure service to leave a client bleeding. It hasn't even been two weeks, and my nails already look terrible. The skin around my nails looks damaged, over cut, and uneven, and the overall set has not held up well at all. One of the nails was also crooked, and instead of taking responsibility for the application, Ann told me that my finger was crooked and that was why the nail looked crooked. The irony is that she had done my nails previously, and they looked perfectly fine. I had no issue with my finger or the shape of my nails before this set , which is exactly why I chose to come back to her. On top of the poor service, the salon itself did not feel clean or well maintained. The overall appearance looked dirty, which made the experience even more uncomfortable considering she was working directly around my nail beds and cutting my skin. For the price of GelX and the fact that I specifically made an appointment two weeks ahead of time, I expected much better. Rushing through a service, cutting a client's skin until they bleed, leaving their nails looking poorly done, and then blaming the client's finger is not acceptable. I definitely will not be returning.
