They accept Venmo, Zelle or cash. ~~Parking: There are some street parking spots available on Campbell Avenue and a couple of parking structures nearby as well. I like to park at the parking structure on second St. and just walk over. ~~Service: Great. The technician that was working on my eyebrows was super kind and friendly. She asked me if I liked my brows and I Asked to make them a bit thinner to have a higher arch and she was able to do so. ~~Best Part: They have stamp cards available! Amazing waxing experience! We came here as a group of 3 to get face, legs and arms waxed. We had a 2:30 appointment and arrived at 3:15 due to traffic. Ila was more than happy to accommodate us and still provide all services. It is a small room (perhaps a garage) transformed into a cozy salon but the service is impeccable and Ila is great company. I had a very disappointing experience with Emillee. Unfortunately, this was the second time I had a…read morebad experience with her. After my first appointment, I intentionally started booking with other estheticians at this location, and those experiences were excellent. I never had any issues with pain or my skin. This time, I didn't realize I had been assigned to Emillee again. During the waxing, I repeatedly asked her to be gentler because the pain was unbearable, but she continued anyway. The experience was extremely painful, and afterward my skin developed blisters. I've had waxing done many times before, including by other staff at this location, and I've never experienced anything like this. Throughout the appointment, she repeatedly commented that I had darker skin and darker hair. Those comments made me feel very uncomfortable and singled out. I also noticed her adding something to the wax during the appointment, although I wasn't told what it was. In addition, wax was spilled on both the floor and the table, making the entire appointment feel disorganized and unprofessional. During the service, I told her how much pain I was in and warned that I would consider taking legal action if my skin was injured because I felt my concerns were being ignored. Despite that, the service continued without any noticeable adjustment. Overall, this was one of the worst waxing experiences I've ever had. Based on my experience, I would not book with Emillee again.
