Walking in, everything was clean and wide open. The racks of clean clothes fill the space behind the service desk. They're neatly arranged and sorted; it looks more like a department store of sorts than cleaners. They're neatly arranged have a small area partitioned off which appears to be a dressing room near a sign that states they offer alterations. The two women, sisters, who work the counter are both extremely friendly and pleasant. My first visit was dropping off a navy wool pea coat that I'd actually never had cleaned, but after spilling a large coffee on myself one day, it was pretty much forced. I've had two white dogs the whole time I've owned this coat, so let's just say it showed . When I picked it up, not only had they gotten all the coffee stains out, it looked better than brand new !!! I'll admit that I was worried about the paying upfront when I dropped off, but it was completely worth every penny!!! I'll be bringing more cleaning here very soon!

I have been patronizing this cleaners for six years and had never missed picking up my clothing. I paid and questioned why I had to pay up front. Unfortunately, this practice makes me feel devalued so I will not be returning. Korean business have enjoyed tremendous support within urban communities. I believe they should punish bad actors and not everyone who patronize their business; if in fact that is what they are doing!

Martin is one of the most uplifting charismatic persons we have met. He offers great service especially to WashU students by coming to pickup/dropoff which is huge for students that may not have cars and are in the business school/business frats. He and his family run the business quite well and they deliver as promised. Highly recommend not just for the cleaning but the invaluable advice he has given my daughter.

He will always greet you with a smile and have your clothes at the counter almost immediately. The quality of the dry cleaning is superior. I had about 1-2 loads worth of clothes (see picture)....Maybe it was the language barrier or something but when I went to pick up the order he shocked me saying it was over $408!!!! Egregious and disgusting. He argued with me when I asked if he was serious...I was beside myself and tempted to call the police...for what was likely 20 minutes worth of work.. I told the joke of an owner that I could have purchased a nice new laundry machine for that cost. He laughed in my face in response. He knew he was doing me dirty. Just Terrible. Stay away

We drove past this one and decided to give it a try.. unfortunately the clothes didn't appear as clean as it could be and not as crisp as what were used to. The young women who gives the clothes during pickup doesn't have good customer service nor knows how to smile. Not sure if she's not used to people of color in this area but I can tell she doesn't have people skills. We rather drive 30 mins back to our old cleaner now versus deal with mediocre service.
