I've recommended them to several of my colleagues who have also had the same positive experiences as me. Parking is easy, there's a Starbucks just down the street, and Target is nearby, too, if you want this to be the first stop when running errands. During the weekday, I bring in slacks and dress shirts before 9am and receive a text around 4pm stating my order is ready to pick-up. I always do no crease on the pants and heavy starch on the shirts and my order always comes out perfect, crisp and clean. CD One has saved me so much time every day because I no longer have to iron my work clothes each day (or iron for the week on weekends). The prices are affordable, as well. I used this Brentwood, MO location to have a mother of the bride dress cleaned/wrinkles removed. When I went to pick the dress up, 4 days before the wedding, they had damaged my dress, stretched the material out in back and made the zipper bow, I looked like I had a huge knot in my back. I took it back up there and they would not take responsibility, manager would not even talk to me, only gave messages through his employees. I had to scramble to find another dress and now I'm out the $163 cost of the dress. This was the cleaners fault, but he refused to take responsibility. It's a no frills basic service place and I've never stood in line or waited-ever! But, they are busy processing a lot of stock which is evident from their racks which are full of garments. I came to CD One Price Cleaners in Brentwood when I was in town for work, mainly because of the positive reviews on Yelp. After a couple of good experiences, things took a roaring turn for the worst. A wash and fold came back and all of my white undershirts were pink... a pair of slacks and a sweater (which were marked for spot removal) came back still spotted, and 3 or the 5 dress shirts I had cleaned and was explicitly told "they don't need to be marked for spot removal", you guessed it, came back with the spots still there! I understand a miss here or there, but CD one price cleaners is batting below the Mendoza line. To top it all off, when I came in to pick up my dry cleaning, I was only informed that they failed to remove the spot from my sweater... No one thought it was pertinent information to tell me that I was the proud new owner of pink clothes... or that any of the other spots were not removed. I was told I could "come back tomorrow" to see if they could "take another shot" at cleaning the sweater. I'm at your business NOW!! Why on earth would I need to come back tomorrow?!? Couldn't you just process it for a second cleaning while I'm standing right there? Little did I know I would have to come back to speak with the manager who was great. He apologized, cleaned all the clothes again, and paid to replace my now pink shirts. Happy ending. I just had to waste an hour of my life to deal with all this because CD one price cleaners can't get it right the first time. At first, I lived closer to Frontenac where it was a quick drive over to get my clothes dry-cleaned, but even after moving to Ballwin, I still go to CD One Price Cleaners. It is a tough decision to find a cleaners with whom you can trust to dry clean your clothes, but CD One Price Cleaners is definitely one you can trust. It is difficult because at first it can be scary, such as what if the dry cleaning goes wrong, a button comes off, or some other mishap. Just like many other decisions, we try to gather all the facts to make the most educated decision possible. I tried out a few other places closer to my new place in Ballwin, but either the price was too expensive (I think they take advantage of the elderly in the Town & Country area) or the dry cleaning came out with starch, even when I did not want starch. This place dry cleans the way I prefer every time and that is why I would recommend them. When I was moving from D.C. I did not have a washer / dryer, so in addition to my normal dry cleaning of pants and shirts, I even gave them some of my normal day-to-day clothes to wash. Overall, it has been a great experience. Normally, I have three or four shirts and a suit and a couple of pants to dry clean every week and they do a wonderful job. Dry cleaning is done the way it should be, not too much of a hassle and very professional. The other aspect of dry cleaning is the customer service. This place gets five stars for their customer service. They remember people by their names, which is a wonderful personal touch. The pick up and drop off is extremely efficient, and I rarely have to wait more than five minutes. The building is kept relatively professional and clean. They even fixed one button I was missing on one of my blue dress shirts. They go above and beyond in terms of helping customers out. There was just one incident, which was my fault. In one of my shirts I forgot to take out the steel collar pins and I guess I lost them, but apart from that, everything has been really wonderful and pleasant. I attended a wedding with my husband a couple of weeks ago and a friend had spilled an entire glass of red wine on the pants of his only suit. Of course with red wine we immediately assumed his pants were ruined. I haven't used a dry cleaners since living in St. Louis but I had driven past this one many times so I thought I would give it a shot. The staff was very friendly and welcoming when I entered and got me set up in the computer. They charge the same price for shirts and another price for any other garment regardless of what it is. We brought three shirts and the suit to be cleaned and they give you tickets to let you know when they will be finished. My total was super reasonable just over $13! I had my new baby in tow and mistakenly swiped my card instead inserting it in the chip reader so it didn't go through. They noticed it while I was struggling with my car seat and came out to let me know they would just charge me when I get back instead. That was so nice they didn't make me unload my baby again to come in and charge my card. I came back the next day to pick up my clothes and not only did the wine strains come out, they helped me take my clothes to my car since I had my hands full with a car seat.
