Original review (including concerns related to what really just amounted to a communication lapse caused, ironically, by exceptionally fast & attentive service): In preparation for a recent move, I called Bewise Master for cleaning of two 9' x 12' wool area rugs. While not priceless antiques, each represented an investment, and I wanted a thorough cleaning before placement in our new home. Bewise Master has a great reputation in the area, and after a quick phone call with Kyle, during which methods and cost were discussed, I was told there was someone in my area who could pick my rugs up immediately. I was so pleased with the prompt service that it was not until after our move that it dawned on me that I'd received no receipt or formal acknowledgement that Bewise Master had taken possession of my rugs. All I was given was the driver's business card. I of course contacted them immediately, and I was reassured that this oversight was simply due to the fact that pickup had been so immediate. I was told the cleaning/drying process took a couple of weeks, as well. Given that (a) I still have boxes on the floor where the rugs will be placed, and (b) the movers' estimate was woefully low and I ended up paying twice what I anticipated (at a time when $$ are low, anyway--moving is expensive!), I am not in a hurry to have my rugs returned. That's not the source of my concern at all. Rather, I am, concerned about the rugs' whereabouts. I'd like written acknowledgement that they have been taken to the shop, and have been correctly identified as mine. At this point, I envision them adorning someone else's dining and living rooms, lying unidentified in a warehouse, or rolling around in a van because no one knows whose they are. Guys: the two tufted wool 9' x 12' Pottery Barn rugs are mine, and I'd like them back some day. In the meantime, I'd be grateful for acknowledgement they are in the shop, identified as mine. They were not inexpensive--at least not to me. I know others have rugs worth many times the amount I spent on mine. But mine are, well, *mine.* They are anchors in my home. They tie our rooms together and create warmth, both literally and figuratively. They were where my kids crawled and opened their Christmas presents. I like them and want to know that I will, indeed, see them again. I hope they haven't fallen through the cracks or been lost in the shuffle. I will be delighted to revise my review when there is resolution.

We hired Puroclean for the mold remediation, replacement of drywall and insulation. The crew arrived on time and efficiently removed the drywall and insulation, remediated the mold, painted the drywall, reinsulated the wall and reinstalled. His crew was very courteous and professional. The crew patiently and thoroughly answered all of our questions and explained the work that they were performing to our satisfaction. The whole process was 5 days, which included drywall and insulation removal, drying out the affected area and replacing the drywall, insulation and all painting. I saw him posting a lot of good pictures online and I figured i thought I'd give him a shot. We got in touch we spoke about a few jobs I have that I need help with and he said he can help me. I told him the requirements that we have and he said no problem he can get this to us. - Insurance certificate with our name on it before he starts working. - Take before, During and After pictures. This was June 19th week. June 23rd. I contacted him asking him if he was still planning on going to the clients home on Saturday to do the work. He responded yes. He told me it would be done by Sunday. It wasn't and he didn't contact me to let me know. (Very frustrating as I shouldn't be continuously contacting him). The job wasn't done over the weekend. The job was supposedly going to be done on the following Tuesday but it didn't until Wednesday. I understand weather permitting, however he never told me that he was coming out the following day. Wednesday supposedly the job was completed but it wasn't. This was a 1 man - 2 day job and pretty cut and dry project. Thursday June 29th I reached out to Dan about his project. I had to stop out at the property to find the fence installed has major issues since he never sent me the pictures. 1. Posts are loosely in the ground. They move and jiggle around. They aren't solidly in the ground as they should be. 2. The fence is chipped and cracked in several areas along the hinge areas very visible. 3. One post is being held up by a bungie cord - because the post isn't solid and is loose. 4. One post is crooked. 5. On one side of the home the fence isn't flush with the home as it should be. There is a piece of fence between the gas meter and the post loosely standing there. 6. The hinges on the left side of the garage are facing out and the one on the right side of the home are on the inside. 7. The gate can't open clearly due to the gas meter being in the way. Per the previous fence the gate opened as it was in the middle. 8. The gate on the left side was supposed to be 48" and 36" on the right side. He responded blaming me for picking out the worst materials to have installed. "Clients choice". It's a crappy installation. See the attachments. Dan asked me what I'm charging for labor and I responded; What I charge for labor or for the job has NOTHING to do with your quality of work period! He offered to have this fixed on the 4th of July and I declined as my client is having guests over this holiday weekend. This should have been fixed before the weekend not when it's convenient for him. This crappy installation can hurt my business reputation. He has used volger language with me and has threatened me because I've brought this to his attention. I had to get my attorney involved as he's acting out of control instead of fixing the problem so he can get paid. Update 7/13/18 The project is still incomplete. Unfortunately we have had to get our attorney involved since Dan has made severe threats after leaving this review online. Additionally he isn't willing to work with us and get it done how our contract with our client states. "Dans texts below; The next thing I say to you will be face to face. I'm done with the text talk. Maybe reconsider the way you talk to people, it may run some the wrong way I FUCKING TOLD YOU I WAS GOING TO ADDRESS THE ISSUES. First, I was told he would be at my condo at a certain time to give me estimate and when he didn't show up, I called and when he called me back he said he didn't know anything about it. He finally came out and we went over what I wanted done and I asked him to email me the estimate. After a week of not receiving anything, we called him and he said there was a problem with the email, but he gave us a quote over the phone. $3700 to clean a 1 bedroom condo and seal the floors. We never did get a copy of the estimate. We needed it done right away and did not have time to look for other estimates so we hired him. On the morning they showed up to clean, we went over what I wanted done again. He did not even do most of it and what he did do was not done properly. Further more, 2 recliners and a coffee table were just piled on top of my sofa and a kitchen table was put on top of my desk. I had to get help putting them back where they belong. A necklace is missing. Things were unplugged and furniture put back against the walls so I had to pull out the furniture just to plug things back in. For $3700 this place should have been spotless but instead all they did was as little as possible in my opinion. The arrived at 8:50am and left at 4:50pm, exactly 8 hours. While talking to who I think is the owner, Bill, about getting some of our money back, he started yelling so I hung up. I don't want to go to court over this and I do not want him coming back to redo the job because of the major inconvenience and having to leave my house for 3 days because of the odor from whatever they did, plus his attitude. Below is a partial list of the issues in addition to the ones stated above. 1. Seal the sub floor. I can still see stains because it was put on so thin. Instead of scraping off leftover carpet padding like I was told they would do, they just sealed right over it. What they did do is already chipping off. 2. Carpet strips. Some were removed, some were just sealed over. 3. Windows not even touched. 4. Other areas completely ignored, including mold issues. 5. Ceiling wasn't even touched. 6. I was charged, according to a detailed bill we asked for, to clean inside cabinets. Not even touched. 7. Bathroom closet had things moved around, but it does not look like they cleaned anything. At the very least, they may have cleaned the front part of a few shelves. 8. Shower curtain and other items removed without my knowledge or consent. 9. Inside of stove cleaned despite me telling him not to because I was going to throw it out. 10. Microwave has some kind of grey stuff in it. It's dirtier than before they came in. Etc.

U.S. Home restoration was contracted to do some work on our home. The work at the time was subcontracted from them, to some guys who seemed really unprepared and unprofessional. They took weeks between tearing the siding off our house and putting the new sidding back on. They left nails and siding all over the yard which I had to clean up myself. They were also supposed to replace two skylights. Instead of replacing them, they took advantage of me being out of town, and my mother law being alone at the house to do half the job. Saying they don't do skylights, and replacing only the flashing and the dome over the skylight. Even though had accepted the job and the check. Since the work has been done I found nails everywhere including places I am not even sure how they got to, three different pieces of siding have just come off. Which never happened in the 20years the old siding was on. Worst of all the skylight that had a slight leak before has now apparently been leaking into the wall to the point that a small flood of water came pouring out a lower area and there is mold in the wall. When my wife called the company to try and rectify the situation, they told her that the sales guy we dealt with didn't work for them anymore, and hadn't handled the warrantee paperwork properly in the first place. There was nothing they would be willing to do for us. I tried to call back and reason with the representative I was speaking to. He was rude and would not even discuss the possibility of helping us rectify the mistakes made. It rather quickly devolved into an argument which ended with him hanging up on me. Nobody from this company ever did there job properly or fealt the need to make any apology for doing a crappy job.
