There is significant damage and Diego also was suggesting other services such as drywall removal repair etc. I told him to get me the quote for the mold removal as that was urgent and I had already been told that I should not use areas of my home due to the mold. when he left he said he'd get me a quote by the end of the week. End of the week came and went, I waited another week thinking ok maybe they wanted to read the environmental report. NOTHING. So I called a left a voicemail, no return call, I sent Diego a email at his ecoclean address, NOTHING. SO they came out and wasted my valuable time when response is urgent due to mold, even if they called back at this point I dont trust their services. I paid two deposits -- roughly $25,000 for cleanup and another $25,000 toward rebuilding. Before signing, I specifically asked whether the tenants' belongings would be included in the cost, and was told they would not be charged to me. I have this in writing. I was also told verbally that this would be handled as a full-service job since I live out of state and couldn't manage it myself. After the second payment, I was informed certain portions of the project -- including electrical work and the kitchen rebuild -- would not be handled after all. From there, the project became increasingly hard to manage and communication broke down. Despite what I was told, I was charged over $6,000 for work involving the tenants' belongings. Several other billed items also didn't match what I found on inspection: stains still on doors, windows that hadn't been cleaned, bathrooms that didn't appear cleaned, and painting that looked incomplete or poorly finished. I had to dispute multiple charges, including one for AC cleaning that was ultimately removed -- which raised real concerns for me about the accuracy of the billing overall. Beyond the direct costs, this situation led to lost rental income, an ongoing tenant situation, and repeated trips back to the property to sort things out. I also had an interaction with Patrick that I considered threatening, which I reported to law enforcement. I have documentation, photos, messages, and billing records supporting all of this. I'm sharing my experience so other property owners can do their own due diligence -- the sales process was far better than the actual execution, communication, and billing turned out to be. I wouldn't hire this company again, and I'd strongly recommend getting scope of work, pricing, and every charge confirmed in writing before paying anything.

But the RRR crew was great to work with, patient with my questions, and accommodating to requests (including wearing masks as I had a 2-week old newborn at home). They were also supposed to replace two skylights. Instead of replacing them, they took advantage of me being out of town, and my mother law being alone at the house to do half the job. Saying they don't do skylights, and replacing only the flashing and the dome over the skylight. Even though had accepted the job and the check. Since the work has been done I found nails everywhere including places I am not even sure how they got to, three different pieces of siding have just come off. Which never happened in the 20years the old siding was on. Worst of all the skylight that had a slight leak before has now apparently been leaking into the wall to the point that a small flood of water came pouring out a lower area and there is mold in the wall. When my wife called the company to try and rectify the situation, they told her that the sales guy we dealt with didn't work for them anymore, and hadn't handled the warrantee paperwork properly in the first place. There was nothing they would be willing to do for us. I tried to call back and reason with the representative I was speaking to. He was rude and would not even discuss the possibility of helping us rectify the mistakes made. It rather quickly devolved into an argument which ended with him hanging up on me. Nobody from this company ever did there job properly or fealt the need to make any apology for doing a crappy job.
