I reached out to Junk360 via their website request for estimate and got a prompt response. A couple emails later a pickup date and time was set. On the day of the pickup I received a call, as I was told to expect, telling me they were on the way. The crew was on time, professional, courteous. I presume it was a light load for them but they had everything out in just a few minutes. Less than half an hour from parking the truck to closing it up. I'm glad I used Junk360.

It's a small shop with minimal waiting room so if your car is going to take more than 45 minutes - you might consider waiting at a coffee shop or something. I had an appointment that I arranged via email. They were prompt with bringing my car back for the oil change and I was out within half an hour. During my wait - I had a lovely chat with the guy behind the front desk, he talked to me about the history of the shop and the experience Troy has. Another patron brought them fudge while they worked on her car and a second patron tipped them for pumping gas - in this economy?! To me those were clear signs that these people take care of their customers and the customers keep coming back! I'm glad I found this place for all my future car maintenance

I called several towing companies looking for a rough estimate and some guidance on getting rid of my 2010 Toyota Corolla. Since I wasn't familiar with the process, I had a lot of questions, but most places seemed uninterested and weren't very helpful. I found Sell A Junker through Google, called, and spoke to (if I remember correctly) Riley, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how everything worked, from the assessment and towing to the title transfer and payment. He made the whole process easy to understand. They made everything pretty simple. We set up a time that worked for both of us, they came out to my car in South Minneapolis, looked it over, handled the paperwork, and paid me on the spot.
