Three folks came, very friendly and courteous. They helped to wrap the furnitures and load and unload them. The wrapping is beyond perfect. Haven't seen anything wrapped like that before! It's basically any road condition proof. Your furniture wouldn't even have a scratch. They didn't take any extra time to waste, which I appreciate. They acknowledged the error and agreed to a refund--first promising full repayment within 12-18 business days, then switching to monthly payments on the 23rd of each month. We've received only three partial payments after exhausting efforts. They ghosted us repeatedly, blocked our phone number, and ignored scheduled payments. On June 19, 2025, I informed David Albert via live chat that this would be our final request before filing formal complaints. He said either James Fletcher (Manager) or Paul Millers would follow up that day. They did not. This has been an outrageous waste of time and resources. The company has: - Failed to deliver on its own agreements - Ignored communications - Removed Google reviews and selectively promoted only positive ones - Repeatedly misled us while holding our money We are now preparing to file complaints with: - The California Attorney General - The Department of Consumer Affairs - The FTC - The BBB - And other consumer protection agencies This company is not legitimate.
