After I reserved the unit online Dolly called to confirm a time when I could come set up everything the following day (as I planned) so she could focus on my mom and my needs. Then when we came, to do all the paperwork, she went through everything in full with us. She made suggestions and walked us through the unit before confirming it. I loved how she was attentive to her surroundings as well. While assisting us she was watching the gate and it gave me security about storing our items here. I guess my favorite quality about this place and her is that she seemed to care about our needs and her job and that's important when your storing items of value (sentimental or monetary) in a location not close to home.
