This was a really cool experience! Todd was as warm, welcoming, and friendly as everyone says. He ushered us into the ultrasound room, which was really impressive! A large projection screen to watch your ultrasound on (complete with TVs on either side of the bed in case you have to turn to your side!), couches for friends and family to watch, set up theater-style, and an extra comfy bed/chair for mom. I was expecting to be able to watch her move around and see what she was up to in HD, but that's not what this is like. Getting that expectation out of your head will help you enjoy this process much more. This is all about getting a good photo of the face. Initially, I was let down by this. I'm just so curious about what she does all day! But after the appointment, I couldn't stop staring at the photos and I was so thankful to have them. So just let Todd get those photos for you! He will locate your baby in 2D, then record a few seconds in HD which renders an image for him, then he cuts out the extraneous junk the image captured that isn't your baby, until he has a nice, clear image. I had family watching from out of state and thought this would be really boring for them since it was just about taking the photos, but they totally loved it! They were all commenting on what an amazing experience it was. Todd made us comfortable and did a great job, and I stared at the photos all night. Now I can't wait to see our baby and kiss that little face! For $100 (mid-week HD special), I think it's totally worth it. Helps you put a face to the little thing wriggling around inside of you! We are only even more excited to meet her now. I recommend! ***EDIT: Be aware that though your package includes streaming to as many friends/family members as you would like, there is an additional cost through the third-party service they use to provide this. It charges $12.95 per device/account to the person watching (not to you). I recommend either bringing people with you to the actual ultrasound (he has SO much seating!), or advising your family to all get together at one device and watch together, so they only incur the fee one time. Out experience at this location was wonderful, the gentleman was nice and friendly. I was not able to see my baby at all it was a struggle, I liked that he kept trying. (Not his fault at all) I wish he could of just offered to end session and reschedule. I think is very pricy for what you really get. My first time we went for an early peek, we got to hear our baby heart and got good pics, we decided to go again at our 25 weeks. It said we get a discount on our next visit but we did not, it also said you can get a digital copy of pictures sent to email and video but that does not come with what you paid you need to pay another 12.99 to even access it. You get no baby swag! Not even sure what that is, I may be wrong but its just a flyer from magazine you fill out, but again you never receive ANYTHING! We didn't see our baby 4d either only 3D as a picture taken from our normal 2d screenshots transformed and the ultrasound was completely 2d normal black and white all the time. That is the negatives I have to share regarding our experience. Mostly my hopes of expecting more. For me this was as normal as a doc appointments ultrasound, without the medical advice on what your seeing in a very cute setting. read more

Wonderful Ultrasound experience. Especially during covid when our OB office wasn't allowing hubby in to any appointments. We scheduled with firstview and had a wonderful experience. It means so much to have your partner there during these times, especially as a first-time mom, and I'm glad some businesses are able to help couples who are expecting during this time, despite all the nonsense rules elsewhere. You can have 4 guests in addition to yourself, and we were so satisfied the first time, we're coming back for a 30-week ultrasound this week with family. read more

I went here for the early gender testing. The place is nice and clean and Todd and the phlebotomist were welcoming. However upon arrival I had to sign up for the testing and learned they use sneak peak gender testing. This is listed no where on their site and the site actually says they use Gateway genetics. I'm not sure if the two are related at all. I debated for a few weeks about using sneak peak my self or having this place to the testing since this place is about $60 more just to find out they too use sneak peak and like i stated, charge about $60 more for it. I don't think it's right that this is listed no where on their site. If it was I would've just done it my self. On to the actual service, the phlebotomist was nice but did seem to have a hard to finding a vein, which isn't anyone's fault but I've never had anyone struggle to find a vein on me before. Then a few seconds after she inserted the needle she moved it inside of my arm because no blood was coming out! It really hurt. After everything was done she used a clear tape to tape the cotton on. I have never seen this tape used before on skin. My arm was irritated for a week from the adhesive on the tape and it hurt really bad to remove it. And surprise I had a huge bruise on my arm. So just a few things that seem really off to me. Not terrible but not the best. read more

I came here at 9 weeks and one day for my sneak peek test. I was happy to get my results in 2 days. The process was they have a phlebotomists who draws the blood and it gets sent to a lab. I wanted to come back to get my gender scan at 14 weeks to confirm and double check the sneak peek and of course it was accurate we are having a boy ! I am so thankful to have gone to this ultrasound clinic I am very happy with their customer service they have so much availability and the best sneak peek reviewed facility which is why I chose them. My husband and I are expecting our first child, and when we decided to get a 3D/4D ultrasound, my OB recommended Todd @ First View. I am a radiologist, and my OB must have known that I needed an extremely experienced sonographer (so that I would not end up micromanaging the entire experience). Todd was very professional, friendly, prompt and courteous. Baby was unfortunately not cooperating for much of the ultrasound and kept hiding his adorable face behind his chubby hands and feet, but Todd was very patient and had me reposition several times and used sound to have baby move his extremities out of the way. I was really impressed with how successful Todd was in obtaining pictures despite an uncooperative baby. We were overjoyed to meet our son face to face and I cannot recommend this service more highly. read more

I made an appt here for an elective 2D ultrasound a few weeks ago (I think the 3d ones are creepy). I wanted to bring the in-laws to take a peek at their grandbaby. Scheduling was easy, and I got in within a day or two. Everything was clearly explained to me over the phone and also on their website. I was 28 weeks pregnant at the time of the appt. I showed up a bit early for my 3 pm appt. We had to wait a bit, as the appt before ours went a bit late, so we didn't get started until 3:18 pm(I checked the clock on the ultrasound machine). The ultrasound room is more like a movie screening room- there's a table for the mama and chairs/couches for the guests. The ultrasound is projected onto a screen for all to see, which was cool- no neck-craning for me to be able to see what everyone else was looking at on the tiny ultrasound machine screen. The u/s machine was much higher tech than ones I've had used during my normal doctor appts. Even in 2d, it gave much clearer pictures. He switched over to 4d for a second and that was cool to see as well. The in-laws LOVED the experience of seeing their little (or not so little) granddaughter moving around. They were on cloud 9 for days. I've had 7 ultrasounds so far with this pregnancy, so I have a few comments: I paid $107 for what amounted to a barely 15-minute ultrasound. I got a disk of the images taken (around 70, with many taken in quick succession so they look like previous ones) and a video of the whole shebang. They offer online viewing for out-of-state family members to watch, and I think they also post the pics online for a limited time. The owner, who gave the ultrasound, was very good about pointing out what was what. However, he kept the wand moving so that you couldn't really watch her movements. I know he was trying to highlight certain body parts (heart, profile, etc.), but I would rather have had him leave the wand in one place and let us just watch her for a bit. This would have made it very tricky for anybody viewing online or watching the video later to keep up- lots of jerky movements of the wand so you don't really know what you're looking at without the "guided tour." I feel like the ultrasound could've been a bit longer given the price, but my in-laws were so over-the-moon ecstatic, I can't complain too much. And it was awesome for me to have an ultrasound that was so relaxed! I left with a ton of pics to share and with 2 very happy grandparents-to-be, so it was well worth the $100 price tag! And if I change my mind about the 3d/4d, I can go back for another u/s at a discounted price! read more

I have had such wonderful experiences here! I went for my first gender determination ultrasound at 14 weeks where I found out I was having a little girl! I was over the moon excited! I just went back today for an HD ultrasound and oh my I am in love I got the best pictures of my little one! This is such an amazing place, very friendly and family oriented! We had to wait a while for the current group to finish up and leave before we could go in. The couple who had an appointment after us arrived for their appointment while we were still waiting (I don't know if they came in early, or what).. There was only one room/tech available at the time, which I think is standard for this place. During the ultrasound, my daughter apparently wasn't cooperating. When the tech was preparing our prints/CD, I could see the list of other customers. We had the least amount of pictures taken, and our session was the shortest. I was really upset about that, and I regretted not speaking up and asking for another session at a later date, in hopes that my daughter would cooperate. In all, if/when we have another child, we will strongly consider coming back to First View, and if I am not happy with the results, I will be sure to speak up about it. I would recommend them to others. **Edit: Originally my review was for 3 stars, as I felt this particular visit was "A-Ok." I received a message from the owner (tech mentioned) and he brought up the fact that if I wasn't happy at the end of the visit, I should have mentioned it and they would have corrected it. The tone of the message was sincere and very nice. Due to that fact, I am raising my review up a star. He cares about his company, and admittedly I didn't give him a chance to make things right at the time. Extremely happy with the products and experience at FirstView. Todd made us feel very comfortable and did excellent work. The bed for the ultrasound is big and so comfortable! Definitely better than the ones at the doctors office. Our baby was hiding most of the ultrasound but Todd worked at it and ended up getting us good, clear shots of the face. He was very patient and courteous when repositioning me and trying to get the baby to move. We did the midweek HD ultrasound special which included a 30-minute HD ultrasound, all pictures on a USB, recording of the ultrasound and 10 B& W photos and 2 color photos for $90. We also purchased the live streams for $12 to share with our family members who watched from their laptops and phones and they were equally impressed. Next time we will invite them to join us in the office since there is a huge seating area for up to 10 additional people in the room for viewing. Our scan and pictures were more than we expected. An experience I would recommend to anyone that is expecting. read more

This place is awesome! Our baby girl is known for being stubborn. And she definitely was the day we did our HD 3D ultrasound. But this guy knew exactly what positions to put me in and tricks to get her to show her beautiful face. It was an awesome experience and will definitely be coming back for our next baby. We got a cute stuffed bear with her heartbeat in it and when our daughter arrived May 11th 2018 she definitely looked like the pictures we had done. I highly recommend this office. My husband and I just couldn't wait to find out what we were having so we made an appointment with First View and got in the same day! Although the office isn't the fanciest, the room that you go into to have the ultrasound done is quiet and cozy. The owner, Todd, is SO nice and made us feel so comfortable!! He didn't rush us, answered all of our questions and offered us both tissue when we burst into happy tears upon hearing the news that we were having a boy.
