It is the place to go for special occasion dresses or outfits. I got the most previous green Christmas dress her in December and I got her Easter dress here too and she looked adorable. I got some pajamas here last winter too and the material was surprisingly cheap so I'll steer clear of sleepwear. But, by far this is one of my favorite stores to shop.

I'd never been to a store before so she explained their setup, showed me a few sections and asked how she could help. I confessed I was only looking to exchange sizes, but she didn't balk and grabbed a few that were similar to the one I had in hand since I said I liked it. And, what she grabbed was on sale! I would presume the associates work on commission, but even just for my simple exchange - I received great service! I'm sure I'll be back!

I do a lot of shopping at Goodwill but I prefer to donate my clothes to organizations like Clothes To Kids of Denver. I called them up and asked what kind of clothes they accepted. Note: they take all season clothes, shoes, hats, and accessories. That was great news because I had all of those things to donate including a few purses and a couple of bags. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were deep into a major reorganization of all of the clothing donations which was massive! Denver: take your gently used clothing to Clothes To Kids it will go a long way to helping kids, teens, and adults get back on their feet.

January 2025 (happy new year!), this so-called "professional" hair establishment decided to transform a routine children's haircut into a dramatic medical investigation worthy of a WebMD fever dream. --The Misdiagnosis Heard 'Round the Playground-- Picture an innocent 6 year-old, sitting peacefully in the salon chair, when suddenly - PLOT TWIST - the stylist transforms into an amateur epidemiologist. With the dramatic flair of a daytime soap opera doctor, she declares: "OH MY GOODNESS, YOUR CHILD HAS LICE!" Spoiler alert: No. They. Did. Not. The Forensic Evidence (aka Total Nonsense): dried white hair gel (come to find out louse eggs are brown not white) so way off... What followed was a masterclass in medical hysteria: * Dramatic gasping * Frantic scalp examination * Completely incorrect diagnosis The "evidence" for this lice declaration? My wife and I went to purchase PJ's on a Saturday on line. The on line web site had issues an…read morecharged our debit card with each attempt and no PJ's confirmed. We tried to call support, however the on line support does not work late on Saturday night. We called on Sunday, waited over 20 minutes. We received credit for one of the five charges. Thank you. After $1,200 dollars of charges by Vineyard Vines four days later we still have not been issued an additional refund or any attempt at leadership in customer service. The response, this is a bank issue. The bank states it's a merchant issue. I expected more from Vineyard Vines! If you want to be an on line merchant than act like one! Give our money back!
