We were greatly disappointed by the food and service at first watch today. When we were first seated, the server asked for what drinks we wanted. One person in our party asked for the million dollar Bloody Mary. Which is advertised as below. Our server brought out a pop bottle that was initially half full of just tomato. After telling her, she brought back another bottle claim it had 2oz of liquor. It didn't and was definitely not worth the 10$. Next was the bacon, first the million dollar bacon was burnt. This is one of their highest grossing products and they had apparently ran out. The normal bacon was covered in grease from the stovetop. The server was overall incompetent. While we were waiting for our food she was seemingly distracted other staff that were trying to work. We will not be using this establishment again until they fix the clear problems they have here. A good ole boy putting on his "Sunday jeans" and tucking in his best button up shirt. That's what First Watch did with country breakfast, and I'm here for that. Yes you'll find the staples; eggs and bacon, biscuits and gravy, french toast and pancakes (and come on, don't even ask about grits). Yes they'll bring a pot of coffee and a mug just for you. But as my Alabama family likes to say, they also get a little "city-fied." That coffee is made from beans roasted just for First Watch (Project Sunrise-Columbian origin). There are gluten free and vegan options. The bacon is "hardwood smoked...with brown sugar, black pepper, cayenne, and a maple syrup drizzle." You think that juice comes from a jug? You must not be reading the same review I'm writing. Juiced daily, all natural ingredients. But wait, I need to tell you about one item dear to my heart. I tend not to comment on specific menu items when a restaurant-cafe-bar-etc. first opens because things change. The menu, how something is prepared, even the presentation. But I would be remiss if I left this out. The Smoked Salmon and Roasted Vegetable Frittata. As I perused the menu it caught my eye like that special someone you've been crushing on since the first day of 7th grade and now they're just standing by the punch bowl, no one asking to dance. I'll highlight a couple of key ingredients, as I don't want to ruin the experience for you. The smoked salmon was cooked to perfection. Salmon has a texture that lends itself well to warm dishes. It can remain intact, even when filleted thin. The slight smoke paired perfectly with the creaminess of the Parmesan cheese and chive cream drizzle. And here's what truly caught me off guard. The tomatoes. Tomatoes, much like properly prepared banana pudding, has a much richer flavor than its origin. These tomatoes reminded me of 'mater gravy, and I welcomed it! I look forward to returning to enjoy more dishes and later trying their stronger drinks (I was told April or May for the liquor license). I recommend you do the same. read more

I always love getting breakfast at First Watch. My first experience was in Florida while on vacation and so far all the locations from Florida to Georgia do not disappoint. Service is great, food is fantastic and the ambiance is relaxing early in the morning. read more

A great breakfast/ brunch spot! Ive been wanting to dine here since grand opening a few months ago. First suggestion is to "get in line" a reservation. This place is very popular and is always busy. After checking in, we were seated within 10 minutes. It took some time before anyone came to our table but eventually greeted with a smile and friendly demeanor. It took about 40 minutes for our order to come out. They were very very busy but was also told the kitchen was short staffed. 2 of our plates came out cold but was still delicious and filling. Really a 3 and a half stars for me. I really like my hot food presented hot, but I do want to give it another try. Nice decor and outdoor dining available. read more

I am not a breakfast person. This place here is my brunch spot. I had the CHICKICHANGA with season potatoes and fruit. It was good. The flavor was of tortilla with spicy chicken breast with green chilies, cheddar, Monterey Jack, onions, and avocado tasted pretty good. read more

This was our first meal at First Watch. We've passed by several times and it stays packed. We came just after opening on a Saturday and there were only two other couples. We waited a little over six minutes before someone came to get a drink order, and the server said she didn't see us. Aside from that, the experience was fine and service was fast. I got the elote hash with tortillas and it was awesome, and my husband got the waffle with bacon and egg. The coffee was good, and the decor pleasant. read more

This place is great when it comes to cleanliness of the restaurant, customer service, & food presentation. The reason for 2 star is my eggs Benedict did not taste anything like it. My poached egg was close to hard boiled. The Hollandaise was very sour. The meat is cold cut ham which is nothing like traditional Canadian bacon. You can't call it classic if it's far from it. I wish the food was as good as what I've read on the reviews. Hopefully next time I'll get a real classic eggs Benedict if i return. read more

PSA being on the "wait list" does not decrease your wait time and it does not secure your spot in line. There is no point to get on the waitlist prior to coming, you will still have to wait the full time. read more

The wait is the only drawback, but the staff does a good job keeping the tables moving. Let me start by saying the server was good, even though it took her a minute to come to the table. I don't take points off for being busy. However the food was lukewarm at best, 2 potatoes were hot under my eggs, the rest not. Person bringing the food plopped it on the table, didn't ask if anything was needed or anything was missing. That is my go to place I have been there 6 times breakfast, brunch and lunch. They have a large variety on the menu. All of my meals,have been spot on. They really put it together. The hours are7a to 2p,but you can always have a big menu choice. The w a it staff is friendly and fast,the cost is a better Sat down meal than less you would pay a a cheaper unhealthy fast food pace. I got in line through the app and was quoted 1-1.5 hours so we got there and I checked I. And was told it would only be 40-50 minutes. We had been there 40 minutes checked where we were in line and was told 20 mins we were 4th in line then we checked 30 mins later and was told they didn't go by the list it depended on the size of your party. I asked the hostess about where we were on the list and she said it just depends. Then I told her the times we were quoted and she said I was wrong that when we came in the restaurant the 40 mins were in addition to the 1-1.5 hours, so I guess we have another 40 mins.
