Sunday at brunch is not the best time to go to First Watch but I joined the wait list online so the hour wait turned out to be only 15-20 minutes. The did have coffee in the crowded lobby so that was nice. The restaurant stayed completely full the entire time we were there and the noise level is always high. The staff was running and our server, Jade, took care of us nicely. My daughter had the Chimichurri Steak and Eggs and it was supposed to have spinach in it but there was only one or two tiny pieces. My Bacado Omelet had brown and spotted avocado that had seen better days at least a week ago. Jade did bring me some fresh avocado but it was concerning that the kitchen sent it out like that. Busy place on the weekends for sure. The wait for a table for four wasn't too long and our server was awesome with the amount of tables he was assigned to. It was hard to hold a conversation with the amount of people as well as being sat next to the kitchen, but that's to be expected at such a busy time. Ordered the Sweet Honey Pecan salad for lunch. The honey dijon dressing was really good and paired well with the roasted pecans and perfectly ripe avocado. Can never go wrong with a hash at First Watch, but this visit really stood out. I tried the seasonal Chimichurri Steak & Eggs Hash and fell in love. The only complaint I have about First Watch is that they don't have a location that is conveniently close to me! It's a bit of a drive to get there but well worth it! I had received a coupon via email for a buy one get one entree, and have been craving my beloved Bacado breakfast so I planned a trip to First Watch. As usual I ordered my Bacado which was SO INCREDIBLY GOOD! Plenty of tasty crispy bacon and avacado! Cooked to perfection and arriving warm and delicious. I tried one of their seasonal drinks - Blazing Dragon - and it was delicious! Typically I get black coffee but I wanted to try something different. Had brunch with friends and put us on the list online. Walked in to check in which started the clock. Waited about half an hour and then we were seated. Parking is crowded in the shared lot. But with the meal you eat here walking is a good option :) There are seats in the waiting area which helped. Jens was our server and he was friendly and helpful. She ordered market skillet, her daughter a half waffle with fruit and orange juice. I chose the smoked salmon and roasted vegetable frittata. And splurged on a purple haze juice from their spring menu. It's a combination of lemon, cane sugar, butterfly pea flower tea with a hint of lavender. I also added the boost which is a blend of antioxidants. My frittata was delicious. The salmon not fishy in taste or smell. Light and well seasoned. The egg was well cooked and fluffy. The purple haze drink was so pretty in color and wasn't overly sweet which is how I prefer my drinks. Her daughter inhaled her waffle and fruits. And she said her market skillet was pretty tasty. She is going to bring her husband next. Restaurant is bright and clean. Restrooms were also clean which is always a plus. This First Watch is a very nice establishment! It's very clean and vibrant. It's great for family, friends, or even work events. Overall it was pretty good and we wouldn't definitely go back. It's right around the corner from our house. Our sever was training someone and they were both very nice and good service! Their website/Google has an option to add yourself to the waitlist which was nice!! We got mimosas and the kale green juice with coffee. I got the BLT eggs Benedict and the whites of the eggs were not cooked properly. The "side salad" was literally just lettuce... no like tomatoes, cucumbers or anything just lettuce... My husband got the biscuits and gravy and the biscuit was burnt and hard to eat. The chocolate chip pancake was subpar at best. This is a nice little brunch location in Parker in the same plaza as Ross. They have a seasonal menu items so take a look at that menu on the chalkboard before you decide on what to order. I love the drinks that they have. The purple haze actually tastes like a lavender lemonade so it's a nice fragrance with each sip you take. The presentation of the food is really pretty every time. I love the colors present and they give you a salad with the omelette. Today I ordered the biscuits and gravy and it was okay. Well, my daughter and I went there on Palm Sunday and it was crowded of course so we had a long wait. They were busy so it took a while before we got our food so my daughter got got the salmon be a dick and I got the chick Chunga. They both were very good. I was really hoping this place would knock it out of the park, but it was a miss. I ordered the quinoa power bowl and my partner ordered the biscuits with turkey sausage gravy. My power bowl had a ton of quinoa, with only two mushrooms, very little kale, and four bits of sausage. However, the eggs on top of it were perfectly cooked and runny. I'd reduce the amount of quinoa in this dish and increase the other ingredients. The turkey sausage gravy was a bit thin and lacking flavor and the biscuits were a little too dense for our liking. The potatoes that came with this dish were crispy, well seasoned and delicious! Towards the end of our meal, we added the donut holes and bingo! Crispy on the outside, moist and cake like on the inside, and the raspberry sauce on the side was a fire! The service was good for a burn and turn breakfast place. Love the ambiance and decor, and establishment was very clean! I am curious if we just ordered the wrong items today. We may give it another go in the future and see how it goes with other items. We love to come here for breakfast or brunch because of their dog-friendly patio and healthy, flexible options. My dog gets all the lovin' when we come and they usually offer pets and water for her so it's great! I appreciate that both the physical and online menus give you some nutrition facts and since it's a chain, most menu items are easily found on MFP. My favourites are the Frittata Rustica and Banana Granola Crunch Pancakes. And if it's with the girls on a weekend, maybe a Kale Tonic with Vodka - genius! Unfortunately, I've had bad luck after 1030am on weekdays. I'm not sure if it's because I'm alone with a dog or I've been behind the brick wall each time but we just end up forgotten. Today was particularly bad. A server never came to my table after being seated so I had to go inside. After placing my order, I was brought a plain coffee and then never checked on again so I was unable to get any water for myself or my dog. I once again checked in inside and found out my food was still in queue and unsure when it would be ready. At this point we had been outside with no server, water, or food for 45mins... A touch base really would have gone a long way. Even though I was not in a hurry, I ended up leaving today. The bacon is pretty incredible and one of their trademark menu items. It's a little tricky to find if you're not turning into the parking lot from Parker; just head towards the TJ Maxx and it's right there. And fun spot to do a little shopping after you eat! read more

The waiter came and poured a half cup of cold coffee for the two of us. When he finally came back he brought a carafe of Luke warm coffee and did not give us new cups so we got to add warm coffee to cold. T got the parmesan hash, the eggs were hard rather than over medium, there was very little cheese and maybe a tsp of sauce. My friends eggs were runny and the pancakes weren't warm enough to melt the butter. We didn't see the waiter until he brought the check, he never checked on us. I won't be going back. read more
