I loved the waitress we had, she was very personable, joked with my 10 year old son, had good suggestions on what to eat, and was always smiling. I wish I could remember her name, but I'll be back sometime and try to remember to update that information. I also don't remember the unique name of breakfast item I had, but it sounded like "Chimichanga" and was delicious. Finally! First Watch is finally in our neighborhood. I enjoyed the special of the day: eggs Benedict carbonara. Delicious. The salad was just okay. The dressing was a bit tart. I've been going to First Watch since 1979 while I was going to college in Detroit, Mi. and have always been satisfied. It's not Tavern on the Green, but you know what your getting into when you visit. The food is always very good. We went there today to use my breakfast coupon I received . Upon checking out the cashier scanned my coupon several times then said the coupon doesn't always work anymore, some times it works and sometimes it doesn't. So we ended up paying for both meals (coupon was bogo birthday coupon) I was just sent the coupon. Hope no one else has this issue. It will be a long time before I go again. read more

It's a great place love the decor the staff can make improvements they slack a bit when busy on making sure your drinks are filled but other than that food is excellent they have something for everyone I'm type 1 diabetic and they accommodate me every time.. Very disappointed, the new seasonal menu described on the website was not available as advertised. They said "sorry, you're a day too soon it starts tomorrow." Visiting family in the area and was very excited to check this place out. My waitress was super friendly and had the cutest bacon and egg earrings on! I had the Mediterranean baked eggs which included tomatoes, Chile's, chicken, and feta. Sooooooo good! Came with delicious herb bread and dressed greens on the side. So darn good! I had Lemon Ricotta Pancakes. Thank goodness the server told me that I could get one instead of two. It was so good I didn't want to stop eating! I really do enjoy going to this place once in a while , the service is friendly, the place is clean and the food is good. I do like the fact that they have some outdoor seating. The only little thing that I would say is that yes food is amazing and super healthy, but it is a little on the pricier side - I love and appreciate good food and dont mind paying but it does cost you a little more thank your regular brunch restaurant - now mind you : it is made with fresh, organic ingredients so that is the main reason behind it - besides prices everything there is delicious! read more

The wife and I got tired of the same old Cracker Barrel, Breakfast Station, etc., and they just opened a First Watch near my house. The menu was little, shall we say, out there for me. Arugula for breakfast? Not really my cup of tea. But we went, and I settled on a Frittata Rustica (omelet w/ Crimini mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, kale, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses and it was FABULOUS. The menu is full of "take a walk on wild side" meals, and from what I've seen, they're probably all excellent. They do have a traditional breakfast and it's big and had the biggest and thickest bacon I've ever seen. Great service. Better than average food. Prices are a little high, but nothing that is insulting for what you get. I left feeling full and happy! read more

Food has declined. The roast beef tasted like Arby's. The million dollar bacon has devalued to a buck fifty. Salad was very salty. Jelly now comes in little plastic tubs like Denny's. All could be better. We will try again in a few months. read more

This is my first visit to First Watch. I'm so happy to have this option in my area. Everyone is very pleasant, the service very good. Hubby had the breakfast sandwich with avocado and bacon on brioche, side of potatoes. He thought it was good, everything was fresh and hot. I had the Mesa Hash, I think i forgot the right name, sorry. It was chorizo, potato hash with a basted egg, with guacamole and chipotle ketchup. Although I think it was just...ketchup, which was a little weird. It was good, I'd try something different next time. We both had the Red Medicine juice, really good. Coffee is great, but marred by International Delights on the table for lightener. In an up and coming place I'd like to see cream, and a non dairy option like soy or almond milk. So many people use alternative dairy today, I'm always surprised when diners don't have them. For lactose intolerance, it's a must, so I've learned to do without. Oddly enough, when I ask for soy, I usually get the answer, "no, but we have skim milk". Not sure why that would be considered nondairy. All in all, I'm happy to have this choice, the food was good. I will return to try different things. Although it's a little pricey for breakfast, so it would be a special occasion. read more

Went for breakfast, menu seems limited, and less food on the plate than other restaurants in the area. In addition to that their prices are substantially higher. Coffee's good enough to not need sugar or creamer, the pancakes are super fluffy and yummy, and the eggs are cooked exactly how you want em - the cheesy grits were made with a mix of cheese and was nice and melty! All the food is bright and colourful, healthy, and the fruits taste as fresh as they look! The wait staff were quick to seat us and get our orders + drinks, as well as checking on us only when needed (make sure food was okay, take plates, and give us our check). The restaurant was pretty busy when we visited but it wasn't super annoying and obvs we were seated with no wait time. Will definitely be coming back next time I visit this part of Florida read more
