6'26 - chicken, avocado, chopped salad
    Nonie B.

Ordered the chicken, avocado, chopped salad, but replaced the dressing with the lemon vinaigrette. Overall, a very good solid. Only reason for the 4 vs 5 is that I had to request a fill up on my iced tea a couple of times.

Every time I get take out they burn my bacon to be inedible. Why would you think this is ok to serve ?

    Hash

The hash was large enough to share, it comes with a piece of toast and 2 eggs we had on the side. Good flavor with the goat cheese on top. The fresh juice is a great morning pick-me up I highly recommend it! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant is clean and homey feeling. I will be back to try new things!

Shoutout to Perla for great service! We got here at 9am on Sunday and there was barely any wait. We enjoyed the Chimichurri steak & eggs hash, Farmhouse hash, and chocolate chip pancakes. Coffee is hot, syrup is warm, and food is solid.

Great new breakfast spot in Verrado. The ambiance is warm, modern, clean and welcoming. The service is fast, friendly and attentive. The food options are plenty and the coffee is never ending and fresh! The biscuit and gravy is really taste, the eggs cooked as requested and the breakfast potatoes were cooked amazing and tasted even better. My wife loved her avocado hash and my son's half waffle was fluffy and hit the spot. My daughter loved her yogurt with fruit and muffin. The service, food and atmosphere is what you would come to expect for a First Watch and this one doesn't disappoint I love having a great breakfast spot down the street!!

Million dollar bacon :( not so millionaire quality

I entered as soon as the restaurant opened, and although there were plenty of staff on the floor, no one seemed to know who was supposed to take our table. We sat for about 14-20 minutes before even receiving menus. Three different staff members appeared confused about who was responsible for us. One person eventually brought the menus, but a different server ended up taking over and bringing the food. Unfortunately, she seemed irritated during the few brief interactions we had with her. The food itself was just okay. The "specialized" bacon was mediocre and definitely not worth the price. Our meals arrived lukewarm, and throughout the entire visit we only received two refills in their small glasses, aside from one pitcher of water. To make matters worse, when I went to pay, there was no one at the register, and I had to wait nearly 10 minutes for someone to show up. Even then, the register wasn't working properly and required two staff members and multiple reboots just to process the payment. There were only about eight tables occupied, so it wasn't even busy. Overall, this was a disappointing and frustrating experience from start to finish. I will not be returning, which is unfortunate because I really wanted to enjoy this place.

We had the chimi steak and egg hash and the kids chocolate chip pancakes. Honestly the chimi dish was amazing st twice the price. Complex and delicious. The kids portion was very large and had perfectly cooked crispy bacon. (Sub 8 dollars). 5/5 or 10/10

Mine and Hubbys first time and it didn't disappoint! He got the chimichurri steak hash and ate it all!! He Said it was that good! We shared their blueberry lemon cornbread and it was heavenly! We also got the tres leches French toast and the power wrap! Tres leches French toast was really good could only take a few bites as it was super sweet for me but the power wrap was sooooo delicious for only being 500 calories, also it was super tasty as well! Our server Angallah was attentive and great! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and we will be back! Found our new breakfast spot! Oh and their Pineapple Express was refreshing and their hot coffee was great as well! Not a bad thing we had!!

What a great evening we had at Tempo Urban Bistro. I found them some time back on Yelp and had to…read moreremember to get my reservation in early. Well, I finally did and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. For starters, the town square square is picturesque, with a pretty little park at the end of the street. There was plenty of parking, so no hassles there. We were warmly greeted and promptly seated by the receptionist. The place has a modern upbeat feel, that is inviting and mood improving at the start. I especially love the garage doors that open to the outside on mild days. They had one open during our visit, which really opens the place up to the beautiful town square view. There was a great special going on that featured that included a Filet Mignon, Lobster Tail, Salad and Cheesecake. I had my mind made up before even entering. I thought the price on it was very reasonable. In addition to the all of the other great things, we had a server named Todd, who was not only a great server, but who seems to genuinely enjoy the people that he serves. He was attentive and friendly throughout. He really made us feel appreciated and special. Now the food. It was fantastic! My filet was perfectly cooked and the lobster tail, sweet and wonderful , nicely served with a fully loaded baked potato. In addition to a great entree, my Caesar salad was one of the best I've ever had and included crouton toast and a slice of pancetta. My wife had a Caprese salad, gigantic shrimp and pasta. We both enjoyed everything. Last, it was nice to see the owner and Chef out in the crowd visiting with his customers. That is a good sign that a business cares about their customers. Tempo Urban Bistro is truly something special and different. It is so nice to have a place like this nearby without driving to the opposite side of Phoenix. Yep, these good folks will see me again!

My wife and I went there one night, just the two of us. Couldn't decide where to eat (because I put…read morethat decision on her) and we ended up here. It's a new location and a very nice building. The place was only about 30% filled so we sat right away. The server was nice, friendly. We arrived during happy hour so got a slight discount on the drinks. So we ordered some buffalo wings. As you can see from the pic we ate them all. They were just OK. No crisp to them and hardly any sauce. Then the food came and oh boy, what a mistake our dinner decision was. My wife got the AZ Burger which tasted like rubber. The fries were strange also, like they were microwaved, cold. She barely ate 1/4 of the burger. Took it home and the kids didn't even eat it. Then to top it off, the dogs turned it down. For my plate I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak. Looked good but zero flavor. I loaded it up with salt and pepper and I ended up eating it all. Then I find out the total bill was just about ninety bucks!!!! Holy smokes. One other time I want to the Litchfield park location for breakfast and it was good. But this location, for dinner, never again. Hopefully they just had an off night.
