Miguel was extremely helpful with navigating the menu and made sure the items with meat stock were removed or avoided. That kind of care matters a lot. The food was also pretty good. I had the South of the Border Omelette, and my wife had the burrito. Both were solid, and Miguel's service made us feel taken care of instead of like we were being difficult for asking questions. It wasn't busy, it wasn't about space, and it wasn't about a policy. It was simply another group of customers not liking his presence, and the staff acting on that. After years of loyalty, that was incredibly disappointing. If there's a new policy, that's fine, just communicate it clearly and apply it consistently.
