Counter dining

Searched for a breakfast place while up in the west Phoenix area and this cute homestyle place came up and we are so glad it did! It is home cooking with the friendliest service, real families and truckers in the country style decorated dining rooms, and huge portions of deliciousness. The blueberry muffin was especially tasty loaded with blueberries. My husband and I shared the big breakfast which could easily have fed 3! Plenty of parking and very affordable. We will be back!

Good food. Homestyle cooking. There is something for every one. We were a little disappointed that the eggs Benedict used what tasted like canned spinach. Service is hit or miss. Casual diner environment.

Food was delicious. Service was well it just say there was one lady working waiting on five tables big big groups. It is what it is. She did as good as she could ambience . It's just a 50-year-old restaurant cool as hell check it out you'll love it.

We arrived as a party of 3 and were welcomed with a wait of over 30 minutes due to kid's soccer teams, PIR event, MADD walk, We Walk for Hope Walk.... The wait was worth it. The soup of the day was albondigas hands down the best I have ever eaten. Compliments to the chef- the broth was full of veggies and the meatballs (yes, two) were flavored and spiced perfectly. I also ordered the green chili omelette- the green chili was very good. My dining partner tried the cinnamon roll French toast topped with butter and syrup. It was a very good combination . My other diner has the chorizo omelette and a strawberry shake. All of the food was very good. As a plus the staff was efficient and kept the coffee full. This is a hometown diner clear on the opposite side of town.. a mom and pop shop .. we will drive for the service and the good down home style cooking !

The food was delicious, and there was a great country style atmosphere, with a really friendly staff. Definitely worth the trip.

Amazing customer service and delicious food. When you go be sure to order a pistachio shake. It is my favorite item there.

I felt like walking into a bar in Nashville - it was big and had a stage for live music. We went…read moremid afternoon on a Saturday, so no one was playing, but I would definitely go back for some live music! We ordered the Mac n cheese with hot chicken and the steak fingers. Both were okay - the Mac n cheese alone is nothing special, but the hot chicken was great. The steak fingers were not our favorite - would not order those again. We will definitely go back - the service was great and it's a pretty cool spot. I think next time I'm going to try their hot chicken sandwich.

Absolutely unacceptable and honestly shocking behavior from security here…read more My friend went out for what should have been a normal night, and instead was met with completely unprofessional and aggressive treatment. Her ID had a small dent in it -- still clearly valid -- and instead of handling the situation appropriately, the security guard snapped her ID leaving it almost completely in half. Destroyed it. Then turned her away. That is not only disrespectful, it's completely out of line. Security's job is to verify IDs, not damage personal property. There are proper procedures for questionable IDs, and this was NOT one of them. No apology, no attempt to resolve the situation -- just unnecessary force and a complete lack of basic respect. If this is how they treat people at the door, I can't imagine how the rest of the establishment operates. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else where staff know how to handle situations professionally. I'm just curious - is the security guard now going to pay for her new ID?? This is OUTLANDISH behavior coming from a plain old Jane of a security guard. Clearly he didn't make the cut at the police academy...

Funnily enough Harmony who worked at the Park West location has an identical Twin sister Mia, who works at this location. That was a fun surprise. We came for dinner and had some yummy pasta. Salmon Alfredo and Lemon Chicken ( minus the Chicken ) Both were super tasty and the garlic bread was toasty and perfect. Mango Matcha Arnold Palmer to drink. Service was excellent, which is per usual. They always take the best care of us. Clean and Quiet, just the way we like it! Beautiful bouquet of Blown glass flowers hanging in the middle of the restaurant. It's about 10 miles away from home for us to come to this location but so far we like the atmosphere here better than the Arrowhead location. But we will see. Happy Friday!

We have been coming to this Wildflower location as a family since the day it opened, my kids, my…read moremother, my husband, and even out‑of‑town guests. We've spent a lot here over the years and have always supported and recommended this location. That's why my son's recent experience was so disappointing. He stopped in to get some work done, something he's done many times during slow hours. Sometimes he buys something, sometimes he doesn't, and it has never been an issue. This has always been a welcoming place. This time, a staff member told him he couldn't sit and work unless he purchased something. What made it worse was the explanation: a table of eight older gentlemen "didn't like" that he was sitting there working, and that was the reason he needed to leave or buy something. It wasn't busy, it wasn't about space, and it wasn't about a policy. It was simply another group of customers not liking his presence, and the staff acting on that. After years of loyalty, that was incredibly disappointing. If there's a new policy, that's fine, just communicate it clearly and apply it consistently. Asking a long‑time customer to leave because another table "didn't like" them is not acceptable. This experience genuinely made us rethink continuing to support this location.
