Tri-Fecta and Bacado Omelet
Jasmine J.

Love it the food was great and price was less than $30. Love eating here! The place was basically empty so me and my friend didn't feel overwhelmed. The service was also great as well.

First time visiting Miami Lakes' first watch location, it didn't disappoint. The restaurant menu is similar to the other locations and the food tasted as great as I remembered. We ordered the breakfast omelette and the lemon pancakes, our dishes were excellent and exceed our expectations. I was able to reserve a table with the Yelp app so we didn't have to wait when we arrived. Service was friendly and hospitable. We enjoyed the hot and freshly made coffee! Parking available

Food and service was good like always. Lavender lemonade cocktail is refreshing. Food was good as well, bacon was a little over cooked this time.

Biscuits and gravy and what's left of the blueberry lemon cornbread.

Thank goodness Dennys was closed! Was gonna go to it for convenience sake but luckily a quick search took us to First Watch! The Blueberry Lemon cornbread was to die for (seasonal special)! I had the biscuits and gravy which was super delicious Biscuits were fluffy and gravy was tasty and light. Wait staff were friendly and attentive. Will definitely look for this place when in Miami again!

Million dollar bacon

Love this place it's become a favorite I've been to different locations this is my first time here the kale tonic is a must, also love the Bloody Mary with the bacon in it, my daughter and I shared the avocado toast with egg whites and we shared the million dollar bacon we also shared the French toast all of it was delicious and I definitely always recommend!! The place is always loud just a word of warning , the service can be ok depending on the server.

My review is solely based on service. We sat for a bit before we were greeted. Quickly given our drinks and ordered an Avocado Toast to start. We let our server know that we would be sharing. Our appetizer touches the table and he walks away... no plates or extra napkins. Our server didn't come touch the table to check and see if anything was needed. I had to ask another server for plates. But they never brought them. Our food then came, so I asked the food runner for plates for our appetizer. We ate our meal and app at the same time. Our server then came to ask if our food was good. Nothing else after that... he came to grab our plates then asked if we wanted the check. Sadly, I was disappointed with my visit. I can say the food was great & fresh. But unfortunately, service was terrible!

Chicken pesto bowl

I was in the area Wednesday after an early morning meeting, and decided to stop by for a bite. It's located in a strip mall right off the Palmetto with plenty of parking so it is pretty convenient. As the name implies, it is a breakfast and early lunch spot "cousin" of that famous chain 'D'iner but with a few healthier plates and as I noticed on the menu yesterday, some cocktails. I will have to come back for those though (maybe a lazy Sunday brunch). That rounds up to 4 stars. The interior is a little more modern-looking and almost aerier than its competitors, and the Miami Lakes location has some outside seating. The hostess was pleasant & energetic, and my waiter pretty attentive. For my bites, I enjoyed their chicken pesto quinoa "power bowl". Served with a quinoa base, chicken breast, tomatoes, and a smattering of greens it weas healthy and tasty. I undid the healthy and satisfied my sweet tooth with a Belgian waffle with berry compote. Since it had been a busy morning, the fact they had bottomless coffee is definitely a plus.

For a chain, it's great. Frittata rustica and million dollar bloody are my go to. The location is a little sketch, but other than that it's a good place to grab a bite. Just go in with chain expectations and it won't disappoint.

Came for breakfast with a couple of friends for the first time and had an overall good experience. Our server was one of the best servers I've had in a long time. He was very attentive and apologized for the long wait. I can see how some people would be upset about the 30 min wait to get a table and prob at least another 30-40 min wait to get the food once we ordered. However, this was not an issue for me because I was just looking for a place to catch up with my friends While enjoying a meal. Now for the important part--the food! I tried their classic breakfast option that comes with 2 eggs, bacon, chicken sausage or turkey sausage, potatoes and toast. Everything came out great and was a good deal for $12. We also tried the hot chocolate and though it's a water hot chocolate, the waiter recommended adding the whip cream and that really did the trick--specially in one of Miami's coldest morning of the year. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a good breakfast option and you're not in a rush.

Sweet note

This review is a direct NOD to Rosennys - once or twice a month I place an UBER order from First Watch to share with my coworker, I order the BIG blueberry pancake and healthy turkery wrap. And, every time no syrup and no butter is included, no biggy. Today, I needed to have butter and syrup - so i called the location after I placed the order, and Rosennys answered the call, I explained that these items are never included with the order. SHE assured me that they would be included. LONG AND BEHOLD - she sent 5 butter containers and 5 syrup containers! LOL - so sweet, she even included a note.

Eggs not cooked correctly

I asked for over well eggs and got over medium. Yolks are slightly runny. They NEVER get the eggs right unless it is scrambled. Plus when I first got my order it was with a sausage and not bacon so I had to ask them to correct it.

I stopped by after the lunch rush to have a hialeah heat sandwich was the perfect version of typical cuban sandwich with a kick. I loved the touch of spicy in my sandwich. I also had a cafe bom bom that was really good. Loved the condensed milk. The girl who served me was very attentive to me when I visited and helped me with any questions i had; made me feel very welcomed. When i couldn't finish my coffee she packed it up for me in a to go cup.

Was meeting with some friends for an early lunch last week and I suggested this restaurant. The inside is not that big and parking is terrible, but I figured the food would make up for it. Very few tables inside but it was clean and has a counter area where the customer can sit or can sit and wait for their to go order. Not sure what has happened during the past two years but the food wasn't that great this time around. We shared the simple egg sandwich with bacon, and ordered a cafe con leche, the croqueta sampler and some islas canarias croquetas. The simple egg sandwich was unflavorful. The croqueta sampler and islas canarias croquetas were my favorite. Sadly, the cafe con leche didn't even taste like cafe con leche. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed although it was just our table and two more tables she was serving. There was a total of maybe 8 customers. We had to keep asking her for more water and napkins.
