Wow! This restaurant was busy when I visited. Worth the 20 min wait? I'd say so. The food was delicious. Service was fast and efficient. The interior is nice and relaxed. I think the million dollar bacon was one of the best ones I've ever had. Limited parking spots in the plaza on busy times.

The service was on point with everyone being friendly, accommodating, and professional. The food was seasoned amply and well. Besides the mis matched timing of when everything came out besides a BLT Benedict coming super late, it was a great time at this First Watch.

There are so many great breakfast restaurants around Phoenix, though when it comes to First Watch, I have learned it is a chain of breakfast restaurants that is consistent, offers great food, and has some wonderful deals here and there. While I typically frequent other First Watch locations, my wife and I stopped here yesterday morning on the way to do some errands in the area. This was our first time visiting this location. It had a large indoor seating area as well as outdoor seating. The waiting area inside was rather small with overflow to outside. The staff were nice and welcoming. First Watch serves breakfast, brunch, and lunch. They have a Jump Start menu with unique dishes along with a juice bar, iced coffee, breakfast cocktails, healthier side dishes, EGG-sclusives, omelettes & frittatas, from the griddle items, power bowls, salads, sandwiches, a kids' menu, and small plates and sides. My wife and I chose to each get one of the two classic favorites on the menu. My wife ordered the Traditional, which includes two cage-free eggs any style with your choice of bacon, smoked ham, chicken sausage patties, turkey or pork sausage links, and it is served with whole grain artisan toast, all-natural house preserves and fresh, seasoned potatoes. I chose to order the Tri-Fecta, which includes two fresh cage-free eggs any style with either a light and airy Belgian waffle or a multigrain pancake plus your choice of bacon, chicken sausage patty, turkey or pork sausage link. We both ordered our meals with fruit instead of meat. The pancake was large and warm (easily melting the butter on top). The potatoes were tasty, and the fruit, toast, and eggs complemented the meal for both of us. As there was a 15-20 minute wait today, we used the app and checked in online in advance. This allowed us to jump to early in the line. The service was good and food arrived rather quickly with everything correct on our orders. Special tip...go to https://firstwatch.com and at the bottom right of the page where it says "Love Brunch? Join the club," enter your e-mail address and eventually your birthday to start getting Buy One Get One Free promotions during the year at random times including around your birthday. Nothing better than a free brunch!

Ordered the Cobb salad to go. What I got vs what is pictured on the menu(website) couldn't be any more different and sad looking! There was also no avocado to be found !!!! So not worth the price! Also got the club sandwich and that was very good.

I love FW. So I stopped into this Arcadia location to quickly grab a to-go bite to eat. Upon entry I noticed the set-up here is a little different. Very cozy, nice lighting - staff was quick at servicing me. I did recognize some staff were a little more preoccupied in sharing a little gossip - but figured; that's what they do here - so I pretended to not hear. I ordered my food with the tall gentleman and received my to-go order (drink and meal) within 8 minutes. In the meantime I washed my hands in their bathroom and noticed there were 4 single-use bathrooms labeled M (Men), W (Women), M/W, M/W which I assume was men/women. I happen to peek into the M (Men's) because I'm always curious to see if the restaurants I visit ever think about Single Fathers or Father Daughter time and to my disappointment- there was no baby changing station in the M (Men's) Restroom. There was one in the W (Women's) Restroom - but in most cases in society- that's to be expected. Back to my order. I purchased a Quinoa Pesto Bowl and upon receiving it - I quickly noticed it was lacking in portion size. I've visited a couple other First Watch locations and this portion size seemed a lot smaller than other locations - I'm not sure if it was a fluke or may e portion size was smaller in this area because folks are on specific portion control diets? Lol. Welp, this was my first visit to this location and while the flavors as a whole were spot on (once mixed - the temp of the food was at best a little warm (I prefer a hot plate; but I figured since it was placed in a to-go container, that was the culprit of cool food). Hopefully next time, both portions and temp will be on point. The question is: Would I recommend this particular First Watch? My answer; Yes. The facilities were clean & while a few of the staff could transform their gossiping into positivity; I believe this place would make a great place to enjoy a delicious meal.

Had an amazing experience from the services to the great food. The Drinks were strong and delicious. The service was absolutely fantastic from the hostess to the server and the food was done quickly. It was hot and delicious.

I cannot speak higher about our experience at First Watch- everything was perfect. The project sunrise coffee is some of my favorite ever, it's perfectly balanced and just strong enough. Our server Kate was amazing, she was so kind and bubbly, gave us amazing recommendations and really took time to make sure we had a great experience. We modified multiple items (cheesy eggs and grits, gluten free french toast, and extra crispy million dollar potatoes) and every single item came out perfectly. The food always tastes very fresh and flavorful so huge props to the kitchen staff. I would recommend first watch to anyone in the area and can't wait to return again soon! Thank you for such an amazing experience!

It was okay. I enjoyed my fresh juice and Quinoa bowl. My Mother asked for a biscuit and it came out burnt and hard twice. The waitress came off condescending when we asked about it. She was "nicety" that nice nasty. The booths need to be cleaned. They were stained from wear and tear. Other than that we had a pleasant breakfast.

Pretty good with good service. Had BLT eggs Benedict and thought the sauce had a little too much lemon for me but that is a preference. Million potatoes were good but I wish I would have asked for them to be crispier.

My overall experience here was not good. Our server Albert was almost to the point of rude. He acted like it was a bother to take care of us. On top of everything, I had a whisker in my scrambled eggs. It would've been nice if he had said, "I'm so sorry that happened." He did replace my eggs.

I came here as a group of 5 around 12pm. The wait wasn't that bad, about 20 mins. The service was so quick and very very polite. My whole table LOVED every dish they ordered. I had the best smoked salmon hollandaise entree. I also ordered a blueberry muffin, the waitress asked me if I wanted it grilled, she recommended it so I ordered it that way. I've never had a grilled muffin but that was amazing and buttery. I also tried my friend's pecan pancake.. also perfect! 10/10 breakfast brunch place:)

It's a place for all seasons. No one in my party of five complained about the food. We all liked the service. Mine was Pasta with Meatballs, Spinach and Mushrooms. The food was very hot (temperature) and full-flavored. The sauce was thick and smooth, made from tomatoes. Nothing very fancy, but very satisfying in taste and portion size. Nice place, maybe that's why it's so crowded on Saturday

The service was stellar from the get-go, and we were quickly seated and tended to. The coffee was flavorful and yet not overly sweet, which paired great once our savory meal arrived. I wasn't sure how full it was going to be so I made a reservation online for 11:45 am. FYI we did our own self parking outside the garage but we found parking can get validated here. It wasn't too full and we got seated right away. The inside is beautiful and elegant. Service was excellent. Everyone was so attentive. I started off with the pressed juice, Parisian Cure: Carrot, Apple, Cucumber, Ginger, Lemon. It was so good! That is usually my to go to blend of fruits and veggies for a pressed juice. Very natural tasting and perfect. 5/5. You can take these to go which I will in the future. Fair price too compared to other places. My partner has the L'orange martini: Park VS. Apricot Liqueur, Cointreau, Lemon, Orange Oil. He found it strong (but that's the nature of martinis), flavorful and refreshing. He enjoyed it 5/5. Next up we shared the French onion soup and Caesar salad and they were made into our own individual portions. French onion soup wax to die for! By far my favorite onion soup I've had. 5/5 The Caesar salad called the, cacio e Pepe Caesar was simple but perfect. Dressing wasn't too peppery and great in flavor. I was worried about the croutons being more crumbled but it still added the perfect crunch. 5/5 Next up, main dish: steak frites. Amaaaazing! We've been on a mission to look for a yummy steak frites and everywhere we've been we have been disappointed (flavor off, sauce terrible, temperature of meat over or under cooked, steak quality not good, fries unimpressive). HOWEVER that was not the case here! EVERYTHING was delicious. The steak was cooked to perfect. Flavor was simple yet enough. The quality of the steak was good for what it was. Got the classic fries and they were beautifully made with crisp crunchy outside and soft inside. Salty but not too salty fries that hit perfect with every bite. Looooooved! 5/5 I came in with skepticism but left with happy stomach and heart! This place definitely lived up to the hype. Happy we came. I would love to check out the coffee/matcha in the future. I also would love to find back to check out the dinner since we loved it so much. What a great experience. Definitely recommend!

The food and beverage program shines in a lot of ways. Cocktails are inventive and ai tried their riff on an Old Fashioned they call Fancy Cowboy Attire. It includes a peanut mole and cinnamon ... I was hesitant at first, but my knowledgeable server Izzy assured me it was really good. She was spot on. I loved it. There are some nice maki sushi appetizer offerings as well as some other shareable that evoke American and French influences. I ordered the oysters from the west coast US. Really fresh and served traditionally. Don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. For entree, went with the New Orleans/French. Inspired Salmon. Perfectly cooked and served with roasted potato, artichokes, arugula, and I think a béchamel sauce. Light and flavorful. Paired well with a nice 9 oz pour of French Sancerre. For dessert tried the schoolmate sticky toffee. Melts in your mouth. Dessert menu is fantastic. Had a hard time picking just one. Throughout the meal, staff was attentive and knowledgeable and my server Izzy was not afraid or hesitant to offer recommendations. I was super impressed. Service felt a little rushed like we were taking too long with our 3 courses for 3 people. Crispy chicken potstickers were pretty good, w a great sauce for dipping. Ten vegetable salad was good but a little small if that was the regular menu size. Wagyu pigs in a blanket were my favorite thing. Short rib had good risotto but sauce was way too sweet. Chicken francese was our favorite entree. Good flavor w great sauce. Maine lobster roll wasn't that good. Didn't taste like much, like no seasoning and seemed to have something extra that didn't help. As a person from New England, this wouldn't hold up back East. Desserts were okay. Sticky toffee wasn't for me. Praline cake thing was alright. The tart was the best. I wouldn't call their martinis "world famous" as the restaurant does. My wife's dirty was almost crystal clear. Anyone who orders a dirty martini wants enough brine to make it cloudy, at least a little bit. This one was like it had no salt to it. Fancy Cowboy Attire is a horrible drink. Like diabetes sweet. I don't know how a rye whiskey drink could be this bad. It may be the worst $18 cocktail I've ever had. I had to chug it and hated it. For drink drinks we ordered the old-fashioned and also the big easy. We both enjoyed our drinks and moved on to ordering Andre's. My husband ordered the aftermath burger and I ordered the meatloaf. All in all, we were really happy with our selections and actually ended up getting a second round of cocktails as they were really delicious. For this round of transition to the Cabernet red wine, which is Dauo Wines and it was really tasty. We'll definitely be back, hope that this musician continues to play live music. The drink or music on Sunday night, really made it a fun date night experience.

I had this place on my list of must try burgers…read more WHAT AN ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!! We ordered the wings and two burgers. When I ordered my burger, I asked for bacon and the egg, and my friend said to the waitress " make it two". Burgers came out after about 20 minutes. I asked about the wings and she had forgot to add them, so I asked her if she could still put them in and bring them out. My burger had no bacon and no egg, my friend's burger had egg, but no bacon. Fries were fried to a dark brown crisp!!! Halfway into the burger she finally came around, I mentioned that it was missing the items. She went to the kitchen and sent the manager to come to our table and see what the problem was, I simply explained that it was missing the items we added and still had no wings he said he would be right back. He came back with the check and said to us "I apologize for the issues, here is your check I only charged you for the burgers". Well geez man, thanks for not charging me for the wings that I asked for 3 times and still never received.... How kind of you sir. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING OUT THIS PLACE IT WILL DISAPPOINT
