Wow! This restaurant was busy when I visited. Worth the 20 min wait? I'd say so. The food was delicious. Service was fast and efficient. The interior is nice and relaxed. I think the million dollar bacon was one of the best ones I've ever had. Limited parking spots in the plaza on busy times.

The service was on point with everyone being friendly, accommodating, and professional. The food was seasoned amply and well. Besides the mis matched timing of when everything came out besides a BLT Benedict coming super late, it was a great time at this First Watch.

Ordered the Cobb salad to go. What I got vs what is pictured on the menu(website) couldn't be any more different and sad looking! There was also no avocado to be found !!!! So not worth the price! Also got the club sandwich and that was very good.

There are so many great breakfast restaurants around Phoenix, though when it comes to First Watch, I have learned it is a chain of breakfast restaurants that is consistent, offers great food, and has some wonderful deals here and there. While I typically frequent other First Watch locations, my wife and I stopped here yesterday morning on the way to do some errands in the area. This was our first time visiting this location. It had a large indoor seating area as well as outdoor seating. The waiting area inside was rather small with overflow to outside. The staff were nice and welcoming. First Watch serves breakfast, brunch, and lunch. They have a Jump Start menu with unique dishes along with a juice bar, iced coffee, breakfast cocktails, healthier side dishes, EGG-sclusives, omelettes & frittatas, from the griddle items, power bowls, salads, sandwiches, a kids' menu, and small plates and sides. My wife and I chose to each get one of the two classic favorites on the menu. My wife ordered the Traditional, which includes two cage-free eggs any style with your choice of bacon, smoked ham, chicken sausage patties, turkey or pork sausage links, and it is served with whole grain artisan toast, all-natural house preserves and fresh, seasoned potatoes. I chose to order the Tri-Fecta, which includes two fresh cage-free eggs any style with either a light and airy Belgian waffle or a multigrain pancake plus your choice of bacon, chicken sausage patty, turkey or pork sausage link. We both ordered our meals with fruit instead of meat. The pancake was large and warm (easily melting the butter on top). The potatoes were tasty, and the fruit, toast, and eggs complemented the meal for both of us. As there was a 15-20 minute wait today, we used the app and checked in online in advance. This allowed us to jump to early in the line. The service was good and food arrived rather quickly with everything correct on our orders. Special tip...go to https://firstwatch.com and at the bottom right of the page where it says "Love Brunch? Join the club," enter your e-mail address and eventually your birthday to start getting Buy One Get One Free promotions during the year at random times including around your birthday. Nothing better than a free brunch!

I love FW. So I stopped into this Arcadia location to quickly grab a to-go bite to eat. Upon entry I noticed the set-up here is a little different. Very cozy, nice lighting - staff was quick at servicing me. I did recognize some staff were a little more preoccupied in sharing a little gossip - but figured; that's what they do here - so I pretended to not hear. I ordered my food with the tall gentleman and received my to-go order (drink and meal) within 8 minutes. In the meantime I washed my hands in their bathroom and noticed there were 4 single-use bathrooms labeled M (Men), W (Women), M/W, M/W which I assume was men/women. I happen to peek into the M (Men's) because I'm always curious to see if the restaurants I visit ever think about Single Fathers or Father Daughter time and to my disappointment- there was no baby changing station in the M (Men's) Restroom. There was one in the W (Women's) Restroom - but in most cases in society- that's to be expected. Back to my order. I purchased a Quinoa Pesto Bowl and upon receiving it - I quickly noticed it was lacking in portion size. I've visited a couple other First Watch locations and this portion size seemed a lot smaller than other locations - I'm not sure if it was a fluke or may e portion size was smaller in this area because folks are on specific portion control diets? Lol. Welp, this was my first visit to this location and while the flavors as a whole were spot on (once mixed - the temp of the food was at best a little warm (I prefer a hot plate; but I figured since it was placed in a to-go container, that was the culprit of cool food). Hopefully next time, both portions and temp will be on point. The question is: Would I recommend this particular First Watch? My answer; Yes. The facilities were clean & while a few of the staff could transform their gossiping into positivity; I believe this place would make a great place to enjoy a delicious meal.

Had an amazing experience from the services to the great food. The Drinks were strong and delicious. The service was absolutely fantastic from the hostess to the server and the food was done quickly. It was hot and delicious.

It was okay. I enjoyed my fresh juice and Quinoa bowl. My Mother asked for a biscuit and it came out burnt and hard twice. The waitress came off condescending when we asked about it. She was "nicety" that nice nasty. The booths need to be cleaned. They were stained from wear and tear. Other than that we had a pleasant breakfast.

I cannot speak higher about our experience at First Watch- everything was perfect. The project sunrise coffee is some of my favorite ever, it's perfectly balanced and just strong enough. Our server Kate was amazing, she was so kind and bubbly, gave us amazing recommendations and really took time to make sure we had a great experience. We modified multiple items (cheesy eggs and grits, gluten free french toast, and extra crispy million dollar potatoes) and every single item came out perfectly. The food always tastes very fresh and flavorful so huge props to the kitchen staff. I would recommend first watch to anyone in the area and can't wait to return again soon! Thank you for such an amazing experience!

Pretty good with good service. Had BLT eggs Benedict and thought the sauce had a little too much lemon for me but that is a preference. Million potatoes were good but I wish I would have asked for them to be crispier.

My overall experience here was not good. Our server Albert was almost to the point of rude. He acted like it was a bother to take care of us. On top of everything, I had a whisker in my scrambled eggs. It would've been nice if he had said, "I'm so sorry that happened." He did replace my eggs.

Our server Jacob was excellent and very professional and friendly. He checked on us regularly and never left us waiting for service. We started with dirty martinis and they were prepared perfectly. Icy and filled to the rim. I ordered the Short Rib Potstickers $19- As an entree. Toasted sesame, cilantro, ponzu. Delicious. A good amount of short rib in each potsticker and plenty of sauce. My husband ordered the Blackened Sea bass Tacos $28 - blue corn tortilla, grilled pineapple salsa, red cabbage slaw, poblano crema. He loved these tacos. He said they were very, very good and the fish was cooked perfectly. For a side, we ordered the Spicy Double Egg Fried Rice. $9. Wow, this was packed with flavor. A nice size for the price. It is beautiful, spacious, and has two floors! The setting is clearly above your usual brunch spots and the booths offer a more intimate experience. My party and I were privileged to sit in direct view of the open kitchen. We got to see and hear the kitchen staff working together and communicating smoothly. We even heard the "hands" announcements like you see on The Bear TV show! I believe the food here was on par with the West Hollywood location, so points for consistency. Unfortunately, I have the same qualms for flavor for their dishes. I tried the short rib pot stickers, the tortilla soup, and the Bolognese pasta. I would say that the flavors were not especially strong for each dish. I think they each needed a pinch of extra seasoning to really make their flavors pop! Moreover, I tried my girlfriend's Rigatoni Alla Vodka and the cheese had no taste! Nevertheless, the dishes were beautiful. Lastly, I had a bit of an issue with our service. Our server passed by our table multiple times as we tried to flag her down to ask for the check. I think she could have been more attentive especially in the context of this higher-end brunch spot. With all of these factors combined, it's an overall 4/5 for me.

The ambiance of the place overall is so nice. It's located inside Global Ambassador Hotel. It offers indoor and outdoor seating. No misters outside so plan on that. He checked on tables to make sure everyone was satisfied. Even when our table had a minor hiccup, he made sure to turn the whole evening around and top it off (which wasn't needed but that's how they are, always going above and beyond). Every waitress or waiter I've had is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Just this alone makes me want to come back every time. Now about the food. Words don't do it justice. You have to come by and try it for yourself! I always order the escargot they did recently change it from a savory version back in May, to now it's a lemony, breadcrumb, light version. Both versions are delicious (maybe offer both?). This particular evening I was there for the steak frites dinning menu....WORTH IT! It's silly not to order this. The steak is a decent size and you get lots of fries. My table and I split the steak frites menu and order a few things from the appetizers and we were stuffed. Not a lot of places have a good dessert menu...but this place does! Everything on the dessert menu I've had, and I would get them all again. Overall, you can't go wrong here! I stopped by Society Swan for a nightcap after having dinner at Teleferica Barcelona. I parked in the complimentary lot at the mall. Ambiance (5/5): This is part of where Society Swan shines. It's a beautiful restaurant. With speakeasy vibes (although it's not a speakeasy). The bar area is essentially in its own room which is where I sat. If you're dining in, there's a spacious dining area (along with a mini bar). Think deep wood and sophistication. Service (4/5): While they weren't too busy, service was solid. I was greeted promptly and presented with a menu. The bartender checked back in after a reasonable time to take my order. I had to grab his attention to close out. Food (N/A): I had dinner prior so only a cocktail for me on this visit. With that being said, I love French food so I'd definitely love to return to check out the fare. I'm generally a fan of Fox Restaurant Concepts and their flock of restaurants (did you see what I did there?!), so I imagine the food is quite good. Drinks (4/5): Society Swan has an interesting cocktail list, with a good portion of it being martinis. The speakeasy vibes hit here too as you see creativity and sophistication with the cocktails. They're a bit pricey, but overall, my cocktail was good. It's tough for me to say no to drinks with Japanese elements like yuzu. The steak was probably a 3.2/5 for me--it was good, but at $62, I expected more, especially considering it was served with fries. Service was good overall, although the experience started off a little strangely. We had made a reservation and mentioned that it was our anniversary, that we were trying a new restaurant, and that we were hoping to make the evening special. Unfortunately, none of that was acknowledged. When we arrived, we were directed to the front, where the hostess seemed confused about our reservation before eventually taking us to our table. I wasn't expecting anything extravagant, but even a simple "Happy Anniversary" would have made a difference. The ambience was definitely one of the highlights--moody, intimate, and a nice setting for a date night. I was actually happy that we were seated along the back wall rather than in the main dining area. Overall, I'd give the experience about a 2.7/5. The food was decent and the atmosphere was nice, but for the price ($85 per person), I expected a little more from both the food and the overall experience. Especially for an anniversary dinner, it was disappointing to make a point of mentioning the occasion and have it go completely unacknowledged.

Catch them during HH Monday to Friday from 3 to 6:15 pm! We left happy and full and without breaking the bank. Prices are average, service is great, bougie resteooms, and valet parking? Hit up The Porch!!
