Haven't been in a long time, we went today,I had hoped it would be better, it wasn't. I ordered avocado toast with poached eggs, specifically asked that the white be cooked, it wasn't came all clear/raw looked like water but it wasn't the avocado toast was fine. Husb got the traditional ordered his eggs over medium, they were hard like hard boiled. Service was ok, she didn't care, was available for order and to give the bill. Ambiance was nothing special ..lotsa direct Ac wind tho. I've given this place so many chances only to be disappointed yet again. Came by myself for late breakfast. Ordered the athlete omelette various vegetables inside with a cup full of delicious fruit. So nice and healthy. They leave the pot of coffee on the table so you can refill at will. I had also asked for a glass of water and received a cold bottle of water again enabling me to refill my glass at will. My husband and I went this morning for the first time and wow! The food is so incredible and flavorful. I love how many southern, latin, and healthy options they have. Whoever was in the kitchen this morning knew what they were doing, & whoever came up with the menu is a genius. Flavors you wouldn't expect pop out and balance out the sweet and the savory. Not to give them any ideas, but I'm truly surprised they aren't more expensive. Our server was Jennifer and she was such a joy! She handled such a busy dining room with grace and took such good care of us. We were sat quickly and our food came out in a timely manner. We decided to give First Watch a try, and the food and service were phenomenal! We sit down and are greeted with a jug of cold water and a pot of coffee. I ordered Eggs Benedict - even though it is a bit out of the ordinary - served with shaved ham on a ciabatta - and it was great! Wayne opted for a new special Prosciutto Parmesan Toast - and it was also really good. We came in late, like 20 mins before the closed and I was worried we wouldn't get the opportunity to give it a try before we left town but wow, we walked in and the waitress met us at the door. She was so kind and welcoming and told us not to worry about the time. We ordered and all of the food and drinks were great. I love first watch but today's service was so bad I had to write a review. First they dropped our drinks on us. To rectify, they gave us the drink for free. (Coffees and water) We were fine with that we were not looking for free food. The server was extremely apologetic took our order AND NEVER RETURNED. We couldn't even ask for a fork or extra water. Not only that but we ordered a starter which didn't come until we finished all our food. (They also gave us the starter for free since we got it so late) Again not looking for free meals. They were clearly overwhelmed with the amount of orders. My eggs came out raw. And had to be sent back. The hash is too salty. So glad we stopped in First Watch for breakfast this morning. I had the Power Bowl Breakfast that left me full but not overstuffed and bloated. It was great start to the morning in this cute and spacious restaurant. We added the Million Dollar Bacon for a sweet taste to the morning. It has a syrup honey glaze that is delicious. The staff and our waitress (Jean) were wonderful. The coffee was great too. We even bought a pound of the coffee which is grown by women coffee farmers. Breakfast / Lunch First Watch is a decent chain specializing in Breakfast / Lunch offerings in more of a traditional restaurant type setting. I use this location mostly for breakfast to go when I am in that area of St. Lucie - otherwise, it is too far for me to drive over. Everyone is always pleasant and easy to deal with. I tend to take my orders to go, but the place has a very large seating area if you have the time to sit and chill. It does seem to be noisy in there for whatever reason. The menu is more comprehensive than the typical breakfast deli type offerings and the portions are large and should fill you up. First Watch is also a notch higher than the typical diner setting for breakfast - you can get essentially the same items, but more of a gourmet bent on the offerings. Coffee selections range from regular stuff to all kinds of Starbucks-style confection drinks - not really my cup of tea but it might work for you. I typically go with the breakfast burritos as they are good sized and the side of beans are a nice touch. Prices are somewhat on the higher side of things (but then again, so are all restaurants these days) so plan accordingly if you are in a tight budget. My parents and I had brunch here and let me tell youuu this is a really great breakfast, brunch, and lunch spot! We came on a Sunday afternoon and had a 20/25 minute wait but ended up only waiting about 15 minutes. When we sat my mom got the morning meditation fruit juice with extra vitamins that she loved and I got the cinnamon toast cereal milk cocktail which came in a cute little milk bottle and poured table-side. Since I'm in the fall mood I got a single pumpkin pancake in addition to the honey bacon Brussels hash. The pancake and the hash was soooooo good! I loved that they brought out warm syrup for the pancake and I don't think I've ever eaten a pancake so fast before . The hash is def a lot of food so I ended up taking the rest to go. We had a disaster of an experience. We had toddlers so per usual, toys hit the floor. When I went to go pick them up I observed what looked like black mold under the window. Immediately I was grossed out and concerned cause now my kids and I were eating near it. I ordered a potato bowl, my husband ordered French toast. Very classic breakfast. I've been to First Watch several times, and I've never been disappointed. The wait staff is always enthusiastic and accommodating, the food is delicious, and the restaurant itself is always clean. They give you a lot of food too, so the price is worth it. My boyfriend and I together usually cost $30-35. I personally recommend the millionaire bacon to add to your meal-- it has that sweet maple flavor with a hint of heat. I will continue to come here for all of my brunch dates! read more

It was pretty disgusting. Having a meeting on the restaurant floor is not a great idea since they were discussing income and profitability information as well. This kind of profane meeting should be held away from clients. There were mostly adults in the area, but there was one child. They also discussed previous issues about food prep. Service: OK but things were just to out of hand with the pathetic neighbors. Food: the food was tasty but not hot. The potatoes were undercooked and under seasoned. I must say that the pumpkin pancake for $9 was very tasty and I would order again but the price for one was a little steep. Two people for breakfast for $60 including tip was a bit pricey also. Not worth the time and effort. Future: Its going to be a long time before we return. Nothing was good enough about the place to warrant a return anytime soon. So sorry to report this establishment has fallen in both food and service. Ordered omelets and potatoes, the omelets were a see through crepe with luncheon ham and cheese plopped in.... I ordered a vegetable... Another egg crepe with boiled veggies thrown in, potatoes were beyond burnt! They were like charcoal lumps. Black! Cashier asked how everything was, I replied not good.
