It's been at least four years since I've eaten at first watch. I must say, what an improvement. There is now four pieces of bacon on my BLT. Not just 2, the bread has not been stale for the last five times. They're offering a green salad which is quite tasty. I'm always been very impressed with the service of the restaurant. I have been to First Watch many times and every time it is great. They are very accommodating if you want to alter something about your meal. The food is always great and the service is friendly and helpful. A group of us meet there every Friday and take up one of the big tables and have a wonderful time. read more

Ordered eggs benedict florentine- spinach was watery, poached eggs were underdone, accompanying potatoes were room temperature, coffee had a peculiar aftertaste. On the plus side the service staff was uncommonly friendly. I must note that I am not in love with this chain and this location is no better or worse than all the rest. This restaurant is unbelievably good. I don't even like eggs but they are so fresh and fluffy. The multi grain bread is delicious. The service is great too. Sometimes there's a wait to get in but it's worth it. So glad we have this restaurant in Stuart. We do take out in the mornings now there's only a 15 minute wait. The ham on the ham and tomato benedict was too salty... I pulled most if it off.... the elevated egg sandwich is good with nice, thick bacon and a brioche bun . The sweet tea is good and the staff is very friendly. We liked how they left a carafe of water and coffee at the table, which was helpful, we didn't have to ask for refills. read more

Never heard of First Watch Cafe until the Stuart location opened in 2007. Awesome experience!! Very unique restaurant and very health-centered. Not your typical breakfast-lunch spot. Favorite salad is the Santa Fe salad.Favorite wrap is the NOT Guilty Your Honor with cucumber, mushrooms,spinach,tomato and feta cheese with hummus.Their pancakes are huge. I can only eat one.My favorite omelette is the bacado with bacon and avacado and cheese(monterrey jack) with sour cream. Out of this world.Grilled Turkey sandwich on the lunch menu was also fabulous. I moved back to my home town in Brevard county,Florida and hope they will bring First Watch here soon. read more

I am here visiting from out of town and every brunch place I have eaten at so far has been excellent. Generous portions, well done food, clean... But this place misses those marks. I ordered the Belgian Waffle with a side of the Seasoned Potatoes because they seemed incredibly appetizing on the menu. When I got my order, I was extremely dissatisfied. My waffle was so small and there was a measly side of a "berry compote" which tasted completely like sugar water with a rotten berry aftertaste. I spent almost $9 on something that should have been $6, if that. At least give me real berries on my waffle for that price. And my potatoes were completely burnt on one side of them and then undercooked, like raw potatoes, on the other. Another issue that I was appalled at was the fact that tables weren't being cleared when we were eating. I understand if the staff is busy, but there were very little people there when we were eating and the tables should have been cleared off. The staff was friendly, the only reason they are getting 2 stars. I will not be coming back to this place, I am going to travel out of my way to go to a different place and I suggest you do too. read more

The breakfast burrito I had at First Watch was excellent and the service was great. The only reason they aren't getting 5 stars is because the breakfast potatoes they give you as a side dish were stale as if they were from days prior or had been laying out all morning. Otherwise great. read more

We loved the place. Sorry we only made it here once while visiting area. Mum, the BF and I hit it early after going to sunrise at the Ocean. Coffee was good and plentiful, brought to table in individual pots. We started with an order of Million Dollar Bacon, on the specials board, 4 strips, candied with syrup and cayenne-d and peppered. Yum. Not crispy, but a decadent way to start the meal. I had the whole grain pancakes, Mum had a veg benedict, the BF an omelet. My pancakes were as big as my head, which I wasn't expecting, so one went home. A bit too much glow-y lemon curd and not enough berries, which I thought would be saucy, but were just plain old strawberries, but these are observations, not complaints. Service was a team approach, which meant things came out promptly and hot. I'd expound more about the menu, but I was too busy waking up to the day and enjoying the pancakes that I almost never order and am glad I did. Caveat: you have to ask for genuine maple syrup, otherwise you get the gooey gunk that calls itself maple syrup, BUT, for only $1.29, which I think is fair, you get about a 2 ounce little bottle that you can actually take with you, unless you have a syrup drinking problem, in which case you will have to order another. . . . read more

This seems to be hit or miss. They failed on Friday when I went to lunch with my co-worker. She always orders the same thing every time we go there. Always soup and salad. I am a little more adventurous and always try something new. This time I opted for the Parma hash. It was ok. There were tons of mushrooms and I am not a fan of mushrooms. I picked them out and gave them to my coworker. After they were gone there was very little left. I had expected a moist potato and sausage combo. I did not find any sausage and the potatoes were dry. What really ruined everything was that I could not get a drink. Every table had a decanter of water on it. Not ours. I asked for tea, it never came. Fifteen minutes later the check arrived and still no tea. The cashier asked how things were, I told her I was disappointed about no tea. She said "oh", not an I am sorry or I will go get you a to-go tea. read more

Great place for breakfast and the 100 other people there today (Sunday) at 10am would agree with me. Tables are turned over quickly - including the manager helping which is nice to see - so the 15 minute wait was only 10 minutes; plenty of coffee or ice cold water with lemon slices while you wait. Our family is hooked on this place! We go every Sunday and can order something different every single time. The kids enjoy fresh fruit, yogurt, and a muffin instead of the typical "chocolate chip pancakes' at most places. Went here for New Years Day breakfast 1/1/16. I have 2 daughters with food allergies and they were very educated in dealing with them. Both kids had the chocolate chip pancake and loved it!
