Listen this meal was delicious! The potatoes are always so good and cooked perfectly with a nice crisp on the outside and hot and soft on the inside. To compliment my meal I ordered the morning meditation fresh juice mix which is AMAZING! I ordered the churros to go but I didn't particularly care for those and that's a new menu item so I'm okay with that miss. The restaurant was very clean and service was on point. I hope that this location bring back the crab cake egg's Benedict! I would recommend this location. I recently had the elevated egg sandwich with the vodka kale tonic! This was amazing. The egg was perfectly cooked and the arugula, avocado, and bacon all on a brioche bun tasted so perfect together. I love kale tonic, so to add the vodka to it was just a game changer for me. For Sunday morning we were looking for the breakfast place and decided to have breakfast at First Watch. One of the best thing about first watch is that from website online you can add yourself to the queue. So this gives you an opportunity to go at the restaurant when it is your turn for the seating. So when we reached at the restaurant our table for 2 was ready. We were greeted by our server with water and menu. By browsing through the menu we decided to order coffee and hot tea for the drinks and Chickichanga along with Avocado Toast with the side of bread and jam. We sat outdoors and were served very quickly. The brisket hash was a lot of good things mixed together. It had sweet potatoes and a parmesan sauce that felt a little heavy. The staff here is super friendly and fun. Their menu is very easy to navigate. If you want a light and healthy breakfast/brunch, it's available. If you want something heavier - like I did - they have that too. There is always the in between. My go to brunch is usually eggs Benedict, but I wanted to try something different. I ordered their egg hash skillet with Italian sausages. It was delicious. It comes with a side of fruits and toast. The fruits was super sweet and not those questionable ones that you wonder if you'd get a sour one or a sweet one. Make sure to eat the toast with the side of jam it comes with. I love ordering off of their seasonal menu because it has so many different things and at a lower price compared to the rest of the menu. Really good pancakes and omelets! The chocolate pancakes are fluffy, sweet, you will get plenty of chocolate, it was delicous and sweet enough on it's own that we didn't even need to add syrup on top. We also got the Chilie Chorizo Omelet. I'm a fan of chorizo, which is ground pork with a bit of spice. Had to substract 1 star because they didn't get my order completely right, I wanted greens as a side instead of potatoes, no big deal. I didn't mention it nor did the waitress noticed it when she checked with us later on. They don't seem to do do well if you try to substitute items. This is a popular spot. Most of the restaurant was full. We got lucky and several tables left right before we walked in about 11am, they were quick to clean and get the tables ready. FYI if you have a hard time deciding on all the great items they have, it might help to go on their website, they have pictures of each dish on there. Then completely disappeared for a minute. We were tired from our drive and flight and ready to get to the hotel so we were anxious to get going. Perfect variety of healthy and treat-yourself options FOOD: 4.5/5- I've tried their blueberry pancake, blueberry stuffed french toast, floridian french toast, florentine benedict, and the elevated egg sandwich (and probably a few other options that I can't remember), and I gotta say that my favorite was their pancake and egg sandwich!
