Went for breakfast yesterday. I ordered the bacon benidect and my wife had the waffle. The service was very nice but the food came out like warm. Server wasn't around for us to say anything so we ate what was in front of us. The food tasted good and would have been great if it was warm. read more

My friend and I came on a Sunday at noon. It was not busy. Our waitress took our drinks and food all at once. We waited ten minutes for coffee. Then when our food came I had no syrup on my table for my pancakes. I had to ask the hostess for it before my food got cold. Then when my friend realized there was no dressing on her salad she told another waitress because our waitress was nowhere to be found. Then the waitress instead of admitting the mistake said she would get her "more" dressing(when there was clearly no dressing). Then I went to order something else and it was delivered and set down on the wrong table. Finally we asked for coffee to go. We waited ten minutes then decided to just pay for our meals and hopefully get the coffee at some point. We turn around and our waitress is hanging out doing nothing and sees us and realizes she totally forgot the coffee. Overall, the food is bland and the service is terrible. I used to love the Good Egg and now I can't convince anyone to go there again with me. read more

Excellent accommodations. The staff is attentive and tries to please you. The food comes quickly and the variety of dishes and their uniqueness makes this place one of a kind for breakfast/ lunch. You can come in a sit down at the no wait table if you wish and usually there's a pot of coffee there to help yourself before you order. They also have a nice waiting section with coffee and water and the newspaper. The music can get a little too loud but they will lower the volume if you want it lower. I've been to other locations but this location is my favorite. My server, Nikolas, was prompt with taking my order and the food (a chorizo omelet with potatoes and toast) came out quick and was delicious. As well, the iced coffee was incredible. Interesting experience. I have come here multiple times and decided to bring my roommates because it's always been a good breakfast place. Travis, our waiter, ruined our experience here. He came to our table a total of 3 times and only gave 2 glasses of water for a table of 3. They dropped off our food and it seemed like the English muffin had a bite in it. He didn't know much about any of the food options and the menu seemed to be restricting. There were no dairy free options and every type of coffee seemed to be empty. Absolute mediocrity and the food was a great let down as Good Egg fans. The new decor is nice and the service was acceptable but the food is disappointing. I had the Bacado omelet, which was OK. Not much flavor, unripe avocado, oddly textured eggs. Multigrain toast was good. Overall I wouldn't order it again. My husband had the Trifecta with sunny side up eggs, turkey sausage and a waffle. Eggs were fine, turkey sausage was good, waffle was far too sweet - before even adding syrup or compote. Tastes very processed. We miss the full flavors of the Southwest and wide menu that the Good Egg had along with the strong Arizona connection/fun sports vibe (with the waitstaff wearing their favorite team jerseys). This was like eating at a Denny's with better decor at double the price. If you loved the Good Egg, this place will break your heart. read more

So just got here and already not impressed. Long wait, lots of empty tables. Very disorganized, help not very bright. Kids screaming and no place to really wait. Let's see how the food is? I love new healthier vibe. A cool perk is the little coffee and fruit infused water while you wait. I had the Tri-fecta, which was delicious. The banana granola pancake was divine. My husband had the biscuits and turkey gravy. He was happy with the flavor. The only negative was that they need more staff on the weekends to staff the patio. So, second experience, not so great. My husband and I stopped in for brunch. Our waitress was Madison. I ordered the smoked salmon and vegetable frittata. When I received my dish, it tasted very plain. I looked and looked , but not one speck of salmon. So, I asked Madison if the salmon was forgotten and she replies like it is no big deal that she wrote my order down wrong. I waited for her to rectify the problem, which she did not. She finally offered to bring me a side of salmon. It was not the same at all. When it was time for the bill, she announced that she did not charge for the salmon. She totally did! When my husband brought it to her attention, she said ohhh I forgot to change it. Not sure how she wrote veggie on the original slip(I saw it when she brought the bill) but salmon on the bill. She very generously (sarcasm) then went and changed our bill by 50cents! So very unprofessional and not good service at all. I'm bummed, because we had a good experience the first time we went. read more

The Trifecta is a favorite of mine as it includes a Belgian waffle, eggs and sausage link (yum!). We were so disappointed in the new menu of "First Watch" I used to order The Huevos Rancheros and just loved it. That was gone off the menu so today I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was so gross. I also got a side pancake, just didn't have the good flavors that the Good egg used to have. So bummed.
