It is served on toasted ciabatta with tomato, red onion, shaved turkey, bacon, roasted poblano pepper and chipotle aioli with pepperjack cheese. Yum! I got fries as my side as well as an extra serving of the chipotle aioli to dip. My daughter selected the Works Burger with the day's soup, corn chowder. I'm not a big pancake person and I couldn't get enough. They were fluffy and yet they didn't fall apart and I could taste the vanilla they use in the batter.
