You simply choose the fish or shellfish you want, they assemble your order, print a ticket, and you continue on to the wine shop. The staff will tell you exactly how each item can be prepared. Once you have your ticket, you head into the wine bar. The team already knows how your meal will be prepared and offers thoughtful wine-pairing suggestions based on your selections.
