This is a walk up and order establishment. They are a very small little room that's about big enough just for a few people to be there making bowls. They have seating at the outside tables or you can go next door and sit inside. Staff was friendly and my bowl was ready in no time. I've had acai bowls elsewhere that were better for the cost but this was quite yummy. The fruit was fresh and this hit the spot for my breakfast. read more

I had the pleasure of trying Fit bowl on Davis Island. It's true, if you blink you will miss it, I'm glad we didn't miss this tiny slice of healthy heaven. I had the Berry Power Bowl. Everything was fresh and tasty. The service was fast and friendly. It's a great spot for a healthy breakfast and I'm so glad it's within walking distance to where I live. I've been coming to the business next door to Fit Bowl Co for years and have been so curious about Fit Bowl Co. It was never open during the times I could stop by, but today I finally had the chance to try it. I am SO happy I did! It tasted delicious - I got the berry power and my husband got the island life. We both loved our bowls. We could tell all the ingredients were fresh and healthy. I feel like a million bucks after my bowl. This was my first time coming here and let me tell you, it is so hard to find! It's basically the size of a closet next to DI Coffee Bar. If I didn't see the neon banana in other yelp photos I don't know if I would have ever found it. The only real sign is the sticker on the clear plastic. I tried the smaller location at Sparkman Wharf. They have upbeat and friendly employees who draw you in with their charm. We were looking at the menu just contemplating, but they convinced us without being pushy. I am definitely looking forward to trying more. I only tried a drink, the Pitaya Refresh. It's certainly beautiful to look at and it tasted much better in the beginning. For my taste, it's not sweet enough. Perhaps, it needs more lime and less coconut to help out dragonfruit which I find to be a little bland. Fresh and delicious açaí bowls on Davis Island. We stopped in for breakfast while bike riding on the island and were pleased with the acai bowls from here. I loved that they had almond butter and Nutella to top our bowls (I know it makes the bowls less healthy, but more delicious). Mistakenly found this spot looking for coffee & it ROCKS! A little hole in the wall (actually) run by two guys. The one that helped me was SUPER NICE and helpful. I got the OG with raspberries and banana and an almond butter drizzle UHM YUM. Plenty of places these days to get açaí bowls. But nothing is nearly as good or as fresh as fitbowl. I have been a customer since the beginning. And it's still as perfect and good. Plenty of imitators out there. But many are canned fruits, with preservatives or very odd after taste. If you want fresh and healthy ingredients this is your place. read more

Hands down the best Acai bowls in tampa. They have the perfect ratio of granola and toppings, not too much granola lime other places and the acai base is more concentrated and sweeter than any others I've had. always consistent and great service. read more

No one makes an acai bowl like Trent at Fit Bowl located on Davis Islands and now at Sparkman's Wharf. I recommend the Davis Islander Bowl, but , really, all of the menu items are delicious. Fit Bowl has the perfect consistency with its acai base with ample portion of granola and fruit. I've tried other acai bowls in the area. Most places have the almost frozen acai base, mushy bananas, tasteless almond butter, and sweet granola. You won't be disappointed with Fit Bowl. This is one of the true small business gems in the area. read more

Super impressed with Trent (owner), Fit Bowl, and this concept. This is in a great location on Davis Island, beside DI coffee. I ordered 15 smaller acai bowls for a work event to promote healthy eating, and it was a hit. Even though it wasn't on his menu, Trent was excited to try something new and created a healthy delicious acai bowl station with all the yummy fixings. Can't say enough about this Hole in the Wall (literally) establishment. What they seem to lack in square footage they make up for in everything else. I had the OG Acai Bowl with recommendations from the owner, as I have never tried one before. I can tell you that I am hooked, came with açaí blended with bananas, blueberries, almond milk, agave nectar, topped with organic granola, almond butter and pineapple. I wish I could share a photo, but I ate it all. It truly is a hidden gem in Tampa, that more people need to discover. The food quality and presentation was on point. This was my favorite food item. Fourth - Queen Stella Margherita pizza. Surprisingly, this was my least favorite item. We got it thin-crust, and while it looked good, it was served completely cold, and the flavor can only be described as cardboard-like. I would definitely try another pizza here, but not this one. My friends also split an order of meatballs, which they loved. While they had wine for dessert, I had a piece of limoncello cake for dessert. It was fantastically lemony and moist, which I loved. Their parking lot is valet only, but fortunately you only have to pay the $6 fee Fri-Sun, so we just had to tip the very friendly valet.

Once they started their coffee truck on the corner of Gandy and MacDill (the parking lot of Yogurtology), they became an easy choice for me, and I was able to stop by. I believe the vanilla bourbon latte is supposed to be the least sweet and the banoffee latte is the sweetest? All the syrups are house made. I tried the horchata iced latte. It was delicious. It only took a few minutes after my order was placed. Prices were a little higher than Starbucks, but if everything is housemade, there's a value to that! The breakfast burritos looked pretty good, and I'd happily return to try them out.
